Prince Jared smiled and is greeted by many friends as the first night of his father’s party is thrown, in his honor for course! It was the Prince’s time and he would make sure he had the best food, plenty of beautiful women around, and music! A little dancing here and there, some wild fun, maybe combat.
He finished his bite of cured meat and sends away his friends as he steps up to his seat at the high table and talking ceases as he raises his cup. “Thank you everyone for attending the first night of my party.” Yureg, a loyal friend flashed him a look and shook his head as if to say: ‘Don’t do this.’ His warm eyes searched the crowd and he grabbed a scroll, a royal edict should he need to use it. “I would love to honor certainly some of the most beautiful ladies here tonight from the various regions of our beloved country!”
The crowd erupts with cheers and people drink. His eyes scan the crowd to see which of the noble ladies might be attending, and looked back at Yureg with a solemn smile and a nod.
Yureg quickly left, leaving two of his other close friends in the back as some musicians and heralds came in to wait on the Prince’s order as he searched the crowd.
