Her breath was a hard pant as she ran, her long strawberry blonde hair blowing behind her, her books held tightly between her finger tips, flicking her watch up she checked the time. Great first impression.she grumbled to her self, she was late so incredibly late. It was her first day at a new University and here she was running for her first class that she was already ten minutes late for! her boots clicked against the marble staircase as she ran up and burst through the double doors. She peered around the hall quickly fiddling in her pocket to find her timetable, she grumbled again quickly reading the text her shimmering bluen hues peered up to the signs finding where she needed to go she quickly hurried in that direction. Her chest was heaving, her breath a heavy pant as she made it down the quiet corridor until she made it to her classroom, grasping the handle she pushed the door open practically flying into the room, in her haste she dropped a couple of her books, she bent down to collect them from the floor, hearing a few muffled laughs in the room she felt Heat rise in her cheeks, gathering them quickly before standing again seeing the stern gaze from the teacher.

I..I'm really sorry, its my first day and I couldn't find the class.." she whispered out sheepishly her voice soft as she shifted on her feet " Holly Evans I assume?... i can accept your apology today but don't make this a habit, take a seat and get your books ready you've interrupted the class enough.." the man spoke out, causing Holly to shift on her feet again she nodded " Sorry sir..it won't happen again.. " She quickly stepped into the class peering around for a spare chair when she found one at the end of the aisle, noticing a male beside her she didn't take much more notice sitting down she quickly gathered the book she needed , trying to settle down her breathing as she settled into her chair.

the first lesson was always a bore for Liam , he didn’t really pay my attention to Mr David it wasn’t really anything he didn’t know already even if people thought he was a typical bad boy not going anywhere in life. While sitting in class he was looking at his phone reading mediocre texts from girls who had a clear interest in him all asking the same things as if they where the same person which caused his to release a deep sigh before placing his phone away in his coat to look back to Mr David at the front of the class . Liam sat on his own as he would normally distract whoever sat beside him, according to Mr David at least. When a small framed girl burst through the door falling to her knees to pluck the books from the floor that she had dropped on entering the open class he didn’t laugh as everyone else did he just watch her face brighten with a cherry tint as well as her chest rising and falling fast “ first day” he whispered to him self which was confirmed when she apologised to Mr David, the whole display was amusing to Liam causing him to smile to himself which only grew bigger once she sat down beside him placing her books down on the desk, everyone looked over at her and him as if she had just sat beside the devil or like she had just done something wrong. Liam examines the woman with a smile before he then placed his work book on the desk the cover was warm and had doodles all over it was clear he didn’t have a long attention span but it all changed when he opens the book to the latest page for todays work, on the outside the book shows one side of him but on the inside the work was completed and neat almost uncharacteristically for someone like him. After a few minutes of silence he looks over the woman’s shoulder at her work with a smirk before closing his book putting it in his bag, while Mr David spoke he leans over and gently nudged her “ you should be fine arriving late Mr David has a thing for shy ones “ he jokes with laugh

Holly could feel people's gazes on her and it did nothing to settle the nerves bubbling inside of her, she was new and already she had made a fool of her self, she tucked some hair behind her ear gripping her book and bringing it forward she grabbed a pen holding it delicately between her fingers. Her blue hues watched to the front as he started talking, already she statyed jolting down notes not noticing the boy behind her keep looking towards her, her breathing had settled now, she was much more relaxed before she felt a nudge to her shoulder, the contact caused her pen to skid a little on her paper. Her eyes came up then to look towards the boy beside her, taking in her features she realised how handsome he was, she blushed a little again looking away from him. " I dont like being late...especially on my first day.." she whispered sheepishly starting to write on her paper again. @Rangers

as she replies to Liam he leans back in his chair and then watches her writing in her notes casing him to smile as she was so nervous on her first day and before he could even speak Mr David had walked over to his desk and placed his hands down in front of Liam with a thud “ now! Liam as part of your disciplinary you will be showing Evans here around the campus after class “ Mr David always had it out for Liam but this was genuine from the principle of the university. Lean frowned at Mr David before rolling his eyes “ that’s fine David but you’ll have to speak to miss Evelyn about why I am late to motoshop “ Mr David shakes his head as he walks back to the front of the class causing Liam to look over at Holly with a smile “ I’m Liam by the way “ he said swiftly before picking up his books and placing them in his backpack noticing that the rest of class started to whisper about him and her sitting beside each other causing him to frown “ fuckin idiots “ he whispers to him self while pulling out his phone with more messages and other things people had sent him which he had no interest in he puts an ear phone in his right ear before he starts to listen to music offering holly the other earphone with a smirk on his face @Amari

Holly watched as the teacher made his way over to where they were for a moment she thought he was going to shout at her before he turned his attention to the boy beside her , shouting that he would have to show her around , she blinked a few times turning her attention to the boy beside her again, seeing the irritation on his face she wondered if she even wanted him showing her around... " I'm Liam by the way..." she smiled a little to him then tucking a hair behind her ear. " Holly..." she said gently before she turned her attention back to the front of the class, of course she heard the whispers but she didn't pay them any attention, clearly he was bothered by it hearing him curse under his breath. She watched the class again taking down notes on her pad, before he offered her a ear bud, she pondered for a moment before shaking her head. " No thanks...I wont hear him with that in.." she said carefully before facing forward once more. @Rangers

Liam shrugs as he puts the earphone in his ear and then stairs at his phone while the rest of the class was doing their work he was playing a game on his phone as the class generally bored him, he would look up from his phone every now and then to look up at the clock hanging on the wall waiting for the period to be over so he could leave class, he wasn’t exactly the most patient person in the world but then again he was on his own outside of his school his dad was a drunk and nearly came home and his mom died when he was aged four. He waited until the bell had sounded the end of class before he took his ear phones out and put his stuff away in his bag before swiftly turning to holly “ I suppose I should show you around then “ he said not really bothered about his punishment at all at least he didn’t have to go to class he thought to him self “ show me your time table and I’ll show you the classes “ he said again before standing up behind the desk putting his backpack on his back

Cassandra sat watching the teacher at the front of the class scribbling in her work back when the time called for it, she peeked over to the boy behind her who seemed less then interested in the class, she wondered why he was even taking the class if he simply wasn't that bothered by it.. She heard the bell and started to shift on her chair popping her books into her bag, she heard his words and reached into her picket for her timetable. " Only if you don't mind...wouldn't wanna bore you.." she said carefully clearly he had a low attention span and she didn't want him to get annoyed walked her around! @Rangers

Liam looked at the girl and shrugged as he walked towards the door with his backpack now over his right shoulder, he looks back in to the class and sees her following along causing him to smile to himself “ it gets me out of half a day of class “ he said as he then opened the door to the hallway outside the class which was full of people swarming from one class to another . Liam stood to the side watching as people pushed and shoved their way through the tight hall, he made sure that holly was stood close to him so that she didn’t get trampled even if she couldn’t tell what he was doing “ so… tell me what’s your first class “ he said loudly so she could hear over the crowd which had slowly started to dissipate in to the classes around then @Amari

of course she knew instantly this guy would enjoy being out of class...already she had the impression that perhaps he wasn't much for doing the work he was given, infact he looked bored to tears in his last class. " I guess it does.." she responded lightly, feeling a little awkward if this boy even really wanted to help her or not... Suddenly she was met with crowds of people bombarding through the hallways and it was a little daunting, of course Liam was nice enough to keep her safe, fishing into her pocket for her timetable she looked at it. " Buisness studies.." she called loudly so he would hear her over the roar of the crowd. @Rangers

Liam looked at the time table with a smile before he waited for the swarm to die down again “ okay business studies hmm “ he starts to walk down the hall waving holly along with him. While walking down the hall he turns to take the stairs up to the second floor which opens up with massive glass windows over looking the parking lot “ soo business studies class…” he takes the time table out of her hand and then reads it again “ with miss French “ Liam looks down the hall and points to a brown stained door “ that’s the class for business studies “ he hands the time table back and then leans against the window facing her “ were else do you need to go ?” He asked while he took out his phone again looking down at the endless notifications, he frowns before he turns it off and slings it back in his pocket “ right I’ll take you to all your class locations and then it’s should be the end of the day… no need to rush. Is there ?” He smirks a little as he pushes off the window and looks out at the campus layout through the window @Amari

Holly watched him studying the timetable before she followed him when he ushered her to, she pulled her bag a little tighter onto her shoulder trying to remember where they were going so she would know for next time. Holly smiled as he showed her the room. " Great thanks..." she offered him the timetable again. " Those are all my classes on there.." she said pointing to the different classes she had, she had noticed his frown when he looked at his phone. " Not happy with someone?.." she asked carefully pointing to his phone. " Didn't seem like you wanted to talk to someone anyway....tell me to mind my buisness if ya like..." she said offering him another smile before they started to walk again. @Rangers

Liam looked over his shoulder at holly and smiled slightly. He stopped walking and then turned to face her handing back her timetable “ I was a popular guy a few weeks ago but I just don’t want to be part of that group I’d rather be me “ he says before continuing to walk down the hall stopping by another class. Liam looks at the door and then nods “ this is your next class and just at the end of this hall is the one after but your last class is in the other block “ Liam looks over to holly before folding his arms “ tell me why are you here ? “ he asked while leaning against the wall “ why move to this small town ? Or have you just changed school ?” @Amari

Holly smiled at his explanation nodding lightly. " You couldn't be yourself and be popular?...seems a shame to remove yourself from people you might like being around, but then..what do I know.. " she said with a smile. She took note on what he was saying. " Great, thanks...hopefully I'll remember where they all are, this place Is like a mind field.. " she teased with a chuckle. His next words had her face faltering. " Me and my mum moved here, we...we had to move so.." she said kind of skimming over the information a little. " So I don't really know many people here if anyone, but it was the best place for us to come away from everything there " @Rangers

Liam smiled as he looks at her, he could see she was hiding something but he didn’t want to pry “ I didn’t like the people I liked the attention but at the end of the day fake people wear on you “ Liam sighed a little before shaking his head “ sorry I shouldn’t tell you that “ . He comes off the wall and then walks over to the parking lot looking down at his old truck sitting there wanting to go home. He looks up from the parking lot and then nods “ look.. people will think things about you without knowing you don’t let them bully you “ with a small smile Liam walks past holly “ if you need any help I’ll be in the lunch hall “ Liam points to a sign on the wall to the pointing towards the lunch hall @Amari

Hollys face faltered as he spoke, she could understand what he meant, she could understand that perhaps the people he was hanging around with were sometimes fake, she had the same situation in her old school, she was never one of the popular ones, probably because she simply didn't want the attention, she was quite happy just to plod along and do her own thing and not get swept up into that world...it seemed he was feeling the same way. " You don't need to apologise, you've helped me today, I don't mind listening to what ever you want to share.." she watched his eyes peering outside wondering what he was thinking about before he said he was going to the lunch hall...she really didn't need to go to her lessons today, today was just her simply adjusting to her new school. " Do..do you mind if I come with you?..I could do with something to eat, then I guess I should go and check out these classes before I get myself into trouble.." she teased. @Rangers

Liam looks at holly with a smile “ sure I don’t mind I don’t hang with anyone else so it might be nice to chill “ he started to walk towards the lunch hall. While walking he watches holly trying not to show that he thought she was attractive “ so tell me about yourself “ he said breaking the silence. The lunch hall was empty and the large hall was silent until they had sat at a table in the corner of the room, Liam reached in to his jacket pocket and took out 10 dollars before he slid it across the table to her “ go get something to eat on me “ @Amari

Holly smiled as he agreed to let her eat with him she tugged her bag tighter to her shoulder as they walked in. The lunch hall was quiet which she was grateful for, she guessed most people were still in classes. He asked about her and she pondered for a moment. " There's really not alot to say about me.." she teased, tucking a stand of hair behind her ears. Watching him hand her money she shook her head. " Let me get you lunch..a thank you for helping me, come on let's pick some stuff and then we can talk.." she said with a smile making her way to the food. @Rangers

Liam smiled and took the money back, putting it back in his pocket “ alright that’s fair, a deal for a deal “ he smirks while standing up and walking over to the canteen he felt looser than he had in a while “ thank you …” Liam said while the stood looking over the food. “Why don’t you get your food first then I’ll grab something after you “ Liam was trying to be as nice as he could even if it might not seem like him. Most people had the wrong view on him “ I think I’ll have an apple or something to be honest “ Liam didn’t eat a lot anyway with all the other things going on in his life it wasn’t something he really focused on

Holly smiled as he accepted the food, heading over to the lunch hall she picked up a sandwich and some fruit as well as a bottle of water. Hearing him say he wanted a apple she peered at him. " A apple?..really that's all you want?.." she asked with a grin. " Come on you can get something else if you want..." she said, waiting a moment to see if he did pick anything else, making her way to the till she paid for the food they had before making their way over to A table by the window. Popping the tray down she slid into her chair grasping her water bottle she opened it and took a sip. She couldn't help but look at him a bit more now, he was handsome especially when he smiled, she tipped the water up taking another sip before picking at her fruit. " Have you always lived round here?..." @Rangers

Liam takes an apple and then follows holly over to the table before sitting down next to her. Liam takes off his jacket now he had a white t-shirt on “ me ?… I’ve lived all over this town my dad keeps moving around but I’ve been going to the same schools “ Liam frowns as he mentioned his dad but then clears his face as he noticed he had pulled the face. Liam heard the bell for the end of the class period causing the room to be filled with people, which caused Liam to frown as a red headed woman stopped across the room giving holly dagger eyes “ that’s Cora, you should avoid her “ he said before Turing his back to Cora so that he sat between her and holly “ she’s a little crazy. She is one of the popular girls who keep trying to get my attention “ he said with a frown still on his face @Amari

Holly of course noticed as he pulled a face about his own father, her own face faltering over the mention of dad's to. " Dad huh..." she said giving him a knowing sympathetic smile, opening her sandwich she pulled it out picking some of it and popping it into her mouth. She heard the bell ringing and peered up noticing people filling in now, her gaze fell on the woman and felt her angered gaze she shifted a little. " Is...is it going to be a problem me sitting here with you?.." she asked carefully clearly not wanting to cause any problems for him. Suddenly the girl came over sliding to sit on the other side of Liam. " Hello stranger you been avoiding me?.." she practically purred at him, her gaze falling to Holly her eyes showing her distaste before looking back to Liam. " You coming to the party tonight?.. its gonna be good..." @Rangers

Liam looks at Cora with a frown “ Cora…. Please just go away you know that I’m not interested “ . Her face turned red as she looked over to holly who had been sitting with Liam and by now the school had been whispering about her and Liam sitting together. Cora fluttered her eyes and then smirked a little wrapping her arms around his “ please Liam come to the party !!” She pleaded with him while looking straight at holly with a smile . Liam shook her off his arm and then shook his head looking at Cora with annoyance “ I’m not going to your stupid party and I have told you many times I don’t want anything to do with you ! “ after Liam had spoke Cora swiftly stood up and slapped him across the face before storming off scream. Liam sat still holding his cheek as he took a bite out of his apple looking at holly “ and that is a glimpse in to the people I used to hang out with “ he joked before shaking his head “ I might just leave early today continue working on my mums old car “ @Amari

Holly watched the display infront of her noticing how the girl seemed to be all over him, it made her feel a little uncomfortable, she didn't know if she should be there not wanting to cause any problems for him . Suddenly she watched as she slapped him yelping a little she turned maybe about to say something to her before she stormed of. " Are you okay?.." she asked with clear concern, his joke made her smile a little. " Well your definitely better of without people like that..." she said sympathetically. " You like doing mechanics?.." she asked popping more sandwich into her mouth. @Rangers

Liam nods slowly as he takes another bite from the apple “ I do indeed my mom used to fix things and make small things to sell “ Liam paused as I throws the apple in the bin causing him to then stretch slightly “ what about you, you haven’t really said anything about your self, now I could talk about my self all day but I’d like to know more about a fair woman like your self “. Liam spoke with a smirk knowing that she was a shy girl deep down and that she would blush, he watched as people watched the two sitting and talking “ we should leave… do you drive ?” He asked while grabbing his jacket @Amari

she smiled warmly as he spoke. " Take after your mother then huh?.." she said credulity finishing her sandwich she brought her water to her mouth taking a sip. His words did indeed cause a small blush to cross her features. " There isn't much to say about me, I enjoy reading.. like doing yoga going running.. I enjoy games to.." she said with a small shrug. She looked around her then to see the people watching them and shifting on her chair a little not liking the idea of everyone watching and talking about her. " I do drive..I dont have my car today though, its being serviced." She said moving to stand up grabbing up her bits. @Rangers

Liam slides his jacket on and then holds his arm out to help her up from the chair, he wanted to show that he could be a gentleman “ I can drive you home if you want “ Liam speaks as if he wanted to help her but not knowing why or with what. Liam looks over to the door seeing people walking out to go to class giving him a sense of relief but even so he wanted to go home either way “ I’m sure that your first day has been amazing anyway “ Liam have a small chuckle as he walks with holly towards the parking lot

She reached up and accepted his offer to help her up standing she pulled her back onto her shoulder. His offer had her smiling. " Sure why not...saves me a walk.." she teased as they started to walk together. His words had her chuckling. " Well I havent done much really now have I?..." she teased with a smile. " But either way...its been good..thanks for your help today, I appreciated it..." @Rangers

While they walked through the halls Liam remained quiet as the other students watched and commented on him. But as soon as they reach the front door Liam takes a deep breath taking his keys out of his pocket “ that C10 is my truck “ he points to an old rusted truck a few spaces down from them “ I wouldn’t worry to much about your attendance here they usually send you the work through email “. Liam opens the drivers side door and climbs in before putting his bag on the bench seat with a smile then he starts the engine getting it warmed up as the town was cold this time of year @Amari

Holly followed him out she felt a cool breeze brush over her as she shivered a little looking over to his truck, she smiled to see it . Sure it was old..my it had character for sure. " Oh they do? I didn't know that.." she said with a small smile. She walked to the car opening the passenger side door she dumped her back in before climbing in, the truck was cool but she knew she would warm up in no time. " So are you going straight to working on your mums truck?....I could always keep you company if you want any that is.." she said with a smile. @Rangers

Liam looks over to holly with a smile as he puts the truck in to gear then Turing his head to look at the road he pulls out of the parking space before beginning to drive through the parking lot “ you are welcome to come keep me company my dad isn’t really around all to much so he wouldn’t be interrupting and I’ll be honest he won’t be around for at least a few days “ Liam turns on to the main road before driving down towards the town outer limits “ don’t you want to go home first ? Drop your stuff off ?” He asked while glancing over to her @Amari

" Then I'll come over...I wouldn't mind watching you working on your mums car, gives me something to do anyway, my mum be at work until tonight anyway so saves me being on my own.. " she said with a smile. As he offered for her to go home and drop her stuff of she shook her head. " No its okay, I can keep it with me and take it back later its no problem.. Liam nods with a smile as he drives “ do you have anyone special in your life ? “ he asked while he concentrated on his driving, pulling up to a set of lights “ I don’t mean to pry… I’d just like to know a little about yourself “ Liam states out of respect. The light changes to green allowing him to continue driving and it didn’t take long before they reached liams home. The house was two stories made from wood and the paint was pristine. It was painted in white and blue causing him to smile as his truck stops up on the drive way. Little did he know holly lived in the same neighbourhood @Amari

At his question Holly brushed a little bit shaking her hand towards him. " Oh no...no I don't I'm not with anyone. " she said carefully, watching him out the corner of her eye as they drove together smiling lightly. " Are....you seeing anyone? " she asked casually back. She watched as he pulled up to his drive, blinking a little as she turned her body and looked down the street suddenly noticing her own house she chuckled. " Your never going to guess what?..." she said with a teasing grin. " I literally live three houses down..." she said with another chuckle. @Rangers

Liam looks back and sees her house not far from his “ oh that’s crazy I noticed people moving in not long ago I didn’t see you “ Liam shuts off his engine before sitting and looking over at his garage seeing a trapped covered car causing him to smile with joy “ no… no I don’t have a girlfriend or anything like that. People usually stay away from me…. Well Cora is different but she isn’t for me “ Liam opens his door and then climbed out of the truck before walking inside the garage where he turns the heater on and then waits for holly to join him inside @Amari

" Yeah small world huh?.." she teased deciding go leave her bag in his truck she listened to his words and pondered what he meant as she climbed out of the car and walked go follow him. She went and sat near the heater to keep her self warm. " If you don't mind me asking...you said people stay away from you..is there any reason why?.." she asked gently. @Rangers

as Liam uncovers the 65’ mustang he hears her words causing him to pause while opening the hood “ people stay away from me because they say I’m not stable or reliable…. Because of how my dad is and because of how my mum died “ Liam had a saddened look on his face as he then walks over to the tool box taking out a few wrenches and screw drivers. When he returned to the engine bay he takes off his jacket, Liam starts to ticker inside the engine compartment for a few moments he doesn’t say a word but then he stands up and looks at holly “ you can ask me anything I’m an open book I have nothing to hide… I am who I am am. Nothing more and nothing less “ Liam puts his tools on the fender of the car before he sits in front of holly on an set of old wheels “ I also get attached to people that I connect with way to fast “ Liam adds with a little embarrassment in his voice as he looks down at hollies feet not sure weather he should look up or not. It wasn’t normal behaviour for him, Liam didn’t normally open up but something about holly was different @Amari

Holly's face faltered a little bit then as he spoke, a saddened expression crossing her features. " I'm sorry to hear about your mum..." she whispered out, she watched as he started to tinker with the car, she wasn't sure if she should say anything else or not..she didn't wanna step on his toes or upset him. She watched as he stood up and looked towards her, she smiled lightly then watching as he came and sat infront of her. " Hey....we all do sometimes right?.." she said offering him a kind smile. " And you know...I dont know anything about that, or about your past...but I know your already trying to at least better your self staying away from people you don't want to talk to or be associated with right?..besides you seem like a nice guy to me.." @Rangers

Liam looks down at his hands and then let’s put a sigh “ I guess we all have our things right ?” He asked before looking up to meet hollies gaze “ what’s up with your car anyway ?” Liam asked trying to get on to a subject he could get he head out of the dark spaces . Liam looks over to his mothers car before then standing up to close the hood and pulling the tarp over “ I assume your mum would be upset to know your not in school right now ? “ he asked as he washed his hands in the sink that was in the garage his thoughts go back to his own mum angry that he used to leave class but she never knew that he was always making her things just as she did for everyone else. @Amari

" Yeah...no life Is perfect despite how so might say it is.." she said, meeting his gaze before he asked about her car . " Nothing that I know of yet, was due a service and mot so its gone in, there bringing it back once its done so hopefully it will pass.." She watched him move back to the car hearing his words she sighed " Probably..." she said sheepishly. " But I'll just say today was me getting used to the classes and everything she will be fine. Liam walks back over to holly before sitting down again looking out a the cold street made him smile slightly “ do you want anything to drink by the way or maybe something to eat ?” Liam looks at her completely forgetting his manners “ I’m sorry I didn’t ask before I was kinda all over the place “ Liam stands up again and walks over to the garage door which he closes to keep the warmth in then he walks back to holly leaning against a tool box he tries to admire her looks from across the room “ I hope you don’t think this strange or perverse but you are a beautiful woman “ Liam blushed slightly while looking to the floor he might seem confidant with woman but it was more of an act as he didn’t really know what to say half the time @Amari

When he offered her a drink and food she smiled shaking her head. " No I'm fine.." she chuckled then as he apologise . " Don't apologise , its fine honestly...I'm okay at the moment.. " She reached up and tucked a stand of hair behind her ears, her eyes peering around the garage taking in the array of items, his compliment how ever had her stilling, a brush crept against her features. " I'm not that beautiful..." she whispered out carefully, peering down to the floor now embarrasement taking over her composure . " But...thanks.." she whispered . @Rangers

it had been a few weeks since holly and Liam had first met and since that time they had begun studying together and Liam had enjoyed class a lot more since hanging out with holly. Liam also helped holly with her car after the mechanic that she sent it too tried to charge her way too much for what needed to be done. It was safe to say that they had been spending a lot of time together. Liam was up and was doing his morning work outs on his porch about 8:30 am. It was Saturday so not many people would be awake this early and that’s why he was doing it and luckily he had just finished when he saw the first car pass his house. Liam stood panting slightly as he leans against the wooden railing over looking his front garden he got lost in his thoughts just watching and looking out at the yard and street beyond that @Amari

Holly was up pretty early her self, she never slept well anyway, she had said goodbye to her mum who had left for work early that morning. She was sitting in the kitchen drinking a coffee when she peered up to look outside the kitchen window. She noticed a red car turn up then, her face furrowing to look at the car before she saw the male getting out. She froze quickly moving her self to hide in the corner of the room away from Any of the windows.. The male who got out of the car went to the door and banged on it. " Mary! Holly! Answer this door we need to talk! " he holloared at the door banging on it again before moving to the window looking in as he banged on that to. " I know your in there answer the door now! Liam watched as a car had pulled up out front of holly’s house casing him to stand up straight before walking down off the porch and watch a little closer. When the male started banging on the door and window he walks across the street and stands beside the red car with his arms folded over his chest “hey! What’s going on here ?! “ Liam shouted at the man who was clearly causing a disturbance and it was clear to Liam that the man wasn’t around for good intent. Liam had his feet in such a stance so that if the man was to become violent he would be able to react appropriately @Amari

The man at the door paused in his actions turning round to see the man beside him, his eyes narrowing as he stepped back a little to look at him. " Nothing that concerns you boy, so I suggest you go back to what you was doing and stay out of people's buisness..." the man snarled towards him before hammering back on the door again. " Someone better answer this door.." @Rangers

Liam frowns as he takes a few steps forward “ this is my business now what the hell do you want ! “ Liam could tell this might get ugly quick but he was ready for it “ why don’t you leave ?! Before you get in trouble and do not call me boy ! “ Liam had a short fuse but he wasn’t stupid if anything was to happen he would make sure the man made the first move @Amari

Holly suddenly became aware of the shouting outside, she peeked round the corner of where she was currently sat sitting Liam there now her eyes widened. She didn't want him to get hurt...or get in any trouble. She could feel tears coming to her eyes then . " Liam please go..." she whispered helplessly wanting to go out there and tell him to leave, but knew if she did he would see her....and she was to scared what he might do. The man sighed now turning to look at him. " Tough guy huh?.." he mused his eyes looking up and down. " Yeah you look like a boy who likes to get involved in stuff he shouldn't...god damn busy body.. " he growled taking a step forward before he looked around noticing people out on door steps now he growled. " Alright I'm going...but I'll see you soon boy.." he snarled towards him before he jumped into his car and drove of with a skid. @Rangers

Liam watched the man race away causing him to frown standing by holly’s door “ass hole” Liam then knocks on holly’s front door with a gentle knock “ hey… are you alright ? “ he asked through the door wanting to make sure that they were okay before leaving. But something felt wrong about this all and that gave him a feeling that they needed help . @Amari

Holly thought she heard the sound of a car driving away, she stayed on the floor for a moment perhaps to worride to move incase he hadn't. She heard Liams voice then and peeked out, moving carefully to stand she saw the car had gone rushing over to the door she quickly unbolted the bolts that were there, flinging the door open she found her self rushing into his arms, holding him close to her as she sobbed against him. " Are you okay?.." she whispered against his shoulder blade. @Rangers

Liam was shocked by the fear that holly had in her trembling body “ y-yeah I am fine the guy seemed like a full on dick “ he says before wrapping his arms around holly trying to comfort her. Liam after a few moments gently rubs her back “ what’s going on ? It’s okay you can tell me I want to help “ his voice was sincere and he genuinely cared about her even if they hadn’t admitted it to one another yet. @Amari

For a while Holly simply couldn't speak, just simply wanted to hold him, she worride about his safety more then anything. " That....That was my dad....we left where we was because he was violent towards me and my mum...he wasn't supposed to find us Liam, now he knows where we are..." she said with a soft sob against his shoulder. @Rangers

Liam smiles and then walks her back inside the house closing the door behind him and then Siri her down on her couch before he kneels down in front of her “ hey… it’s alright men like him are bullies nothing more, you don’t need to worry about him people around here look out for there own “ Liam gently brushes away the tears on her face with the back of his finger before moved the lose hairs back over her ear “ I’ll look after you I promise “ Liam spoke as he looked her in her eyes his filled with purpose and love even if he didn’t know @Amari

Holly walked in with Liam now trying to control her emotions as he sat her down on the couch. Holly looked up to Liam as he spoke feeling the way he stroked the tears from her face feeling him brush the hair from her shoulder. ill look after you I promise She smiled down to him then leaning forward she kissed his cheek lightly. " Thankyou Liam..." she whispered leaning back as she swiped the rest of her tears away. " I just don't want him to cause anymore trouble for my mum..she doesn't deserve it " @Rangers

Liam nods slowly before placing his hand on top of hers “ hey it’s okay nothing is going to happen “ as he says that he gets an idea about how he could help casing him to smile “ oh wait I have a great idea !!.. why don’t we go to my gramps cabin ?! “. Liam of course was blushing from the kiss that had been placed on his cheek but he didn’t want to make this about him. This was the moment he knew he could help holly and his mother “ it’s not far just an hour drive up in to the mountains… gramps was always a little bit of a loner and loved being out of the way “ @Amari

Holly smiled as he placed his hand on top of hers, her fingers grazing over his a little, she found it comforting to have him there, his next suggestion had her brows pulling together. " A cabin?.." she said carefully as she tried to think if that would work. She listened intently as he spoke before her face furrowed. " Do you think he would mind? I wouldn't want to put anyone out or anything..." she said carefully @Rangers

Liam smiled as he shakes his head gently taking his hand away “ no he won’t mind at all he would love to see me and anyone I bring with me “ Liam stands up and walks over to the window thinking about hollys father causing him to frown “ will he back any time soon….. we can leave today if you want “ he turns and faces holly while smiling “ where is your mum we can go pick her up if you want ?” @Amari

Holly smiled then with a nod. " Well as long as your sure..." she watched him go to the window then, a small rush of nerves pulled through her hoping he hadn't come back. " He probably would....now he knows we are here, my mum is trying to get things sorted so he can't come near us but...its difficult.. " As he said about leaving that day she pondered. " It might be good, mum's at work right now she should be home soon, I just don't know if she would want to come....she might go to my aunts but we will see...,if not..I can always come with you? Being out in a cabin for a bit sounds nice...to get away from everything " @Rangers

Liam smiled while listening to what holly was saying before he sat down beside her “ we will do whatever you mum is comfortable with and me and you can go up to the cabin together and I’ll stay with you until it’s safe for you come back “ Liam gently placed his hand back on top of hers. As his skin rests on hers he thinks about telling her the feelings he had for her but wasn’t sure if it was the right time or if she would believe him. On the out side Liam was a confident guy but inside he doubted himself a lot and with holly he didn’t want to mess anything up by moving to fast. Liam looks at there hands for a moment before trailing his gaze up to meet hers “ are you feeling any better ?” He asked knowing he should of asked another question but fear took hold of him .. @Amari

Holly smiled as he come over and spoke about her mum nodding lightly. " When she comes home we can talk to her.." she watched his hand come over hers and smiled warmly allowing her finger to roll over his. " I'm feeling a bit better think ill feel better once were away from here..." she said with a smile." I should go and pack and get everything ready .." she said releasing his hand she headed of to get her stuff packed up . @Rangers

Liam watched as holly walks away and up the stairs to gather her things which caused him to stand up and walk over to the window again people where still talking about what happened causing him to frown. Liam walks around the living room looking at the pictures and ornaments around the room making him smile seeing the pictures of holly and her mother . @Amari

Holly made quick work about getting her stuff together coming down stairs with a suit case of enough stuff to last her not knowing how long she might be there. She reached the bottom and noticed Liam looking at the photos she smiled. " Some nice photos there...happier times.. " she said before she heard her phone ringing, she walked to it and picked it up. " Hey m..what?.." she paused moving to sit down. " He was here to....Look This guy I know Liam he's offered us to stay at a cabin..." she paused looking to Liam before back down. " Well you do that if you want...I'll go to the cabin with him...mum ill be safe..Liam will look after me " she said offering him a small smile. " Okay keep me updated okay?....love you mum ." She hung up looking to Liam. " She's going go my auntie I thought she might....sure you don't mind me coming there?...I could go there if its a problem.. " she said carefully. @Rangers

Liam turned to face holly with a warm smile “ trust me gramps had two cabins a barn and an old garage up there, he has the room and doesn’t mind me visiting with people although it’s been a long time since I have” Liam walk back towards holly thinking about her mum “ I hope your mum is okay with you coming with me I know it might seem strange “ @Amari

Holly smiled warmly then. " It sounds like a lovely place to go and stay for a while then, and I'm sure your gramp might like some company occasionally " she said with a warm smile.. Holly peered to Liam as he asked about her mum. " She will be fine,. I told you I trusted you...she knows that's a big thing for me, should we go then?.." she asked pulling her suitcase along as she went. @Rangers

Liam smiled a little as she said he trusted him it made him feel better about the whole situation “ we. An go now if you’d like we can take my truck or your car its up to you “ Liam paused as he walks closer to holly “ how long do you think you will need to stay hidden before he goes away ?” He asked before rolling his sleeves up. @Amari

Holly returned the smile , as he asked about the vehicle. " Might be best to take your truck..I.dont know if he could find me if I took my car." She said carefully. His next question had her pondering. " I'm not sure.. Hopefully he will think we've gone again, maybe I should take my car at least then he doesn't think I'm still here. Should I follow you up in my car?.." @Rangers

Liam looks out at hollies car and thinks about the dirt tracks leading up to the cabins, causing his to think her car wasn’t suited for that kind of terrain “ what if we put your car next to my mums in the garage ? “ he asked turning to face holly again “ I don’t mind it being in there and it’s hidden away then we can take my truck up with no issues “ Liam thought his plan was a good idea as he looks down at her suitcase he nods “ yeah the truck is a better option for sure “ @Amari

'Okay sure we can do that, as long as its hidden and out of view that's the main thing " she grabbed her car keys and left the house bringing her suitcase out with her locking fhe front door she got into her car placing the suitcase in and drove it to his garage pulling her car in, she grabbed her suitcase and walked out watching as he shut the garage smiling " Okay great...you ready to go? I'm excited to see this cabin.." she said with a smile @Rangers

Liam walked over to his truck as holly closed the garage door then he opened the passenger side door with a smile “ of course just hop in and we will get under way “ Liam quickly jogged up to his front door and locked it to make sure everything was secure before also locking the garage door. Liam turns to face holly with a grin as he opens the drivers side door and climbs in to the truck, starting the engine with a sigh of relief @Amari

Holly pops her suitcase into the back before climbing into the passenger side, she felt a little nervous about going there with him..on her own, she likes Liam, he made her feel self and happy something she hadn't felt for a long time. She clutched her hands together on her lap as he started the engine and pulled out, her eyes watching the scenery as they went. " Will it take long to get there?.." @Rangers

Liam shook his head while driving down the main road, his old truck purring along happily. “It shouldn’t take too long once we reach the edge of town about an hour drive in to the country and we will be there “ Liam looks over at holly and the light hit her skin in such away times give the impression it was glowing. If he wasn’t driving Liam would have stated for much longer but he managed to pull his gaze back to the road “ hey…. Do you mind if I ask what happened to your father ? “ Liam didn’t want to over step but the man seemed crazy to Liam “ my dad was like that when he was around. I mean not with my mum it was after she passed that he became angry and bitter “ Liam opened up about something he had never spoken about with anyone else in his life and it was a gamble maybe he let her in to fast but at this page didn’t care. He trusted holly and cared for her @Amari

Holly sigurd as she watched out the window watching every pass by, the sun beaming through the windows occasionally. As he directed the question about her father she sighed. "My mum hasn't been happy for him for a while, he was over protective, he never let her do anything go anywhere same with me, he hated me seeing friends or going out, mum had enough and said she was leaving him and it turned him into this crazed lunatic...he goes crazy .." she said with a small sigh " He wants her back, but she isn't going to and that makes him.furious..." @Rangers

Liam nods as he turns up on to a dirt track which was flanked both sides by trees and bushes. If you didn’t know where to look the track would be invisible to a passer by. Liam drove the bumpy road while smiling “ at least now you will be out of the way for a while and you mum can stay with her sister “ as the track climbed the trees became taller and then landscape changed as it had been untouched by man for years “ anyway my gramps is going to love you !!” He said breaking the talk about the family business they both had in their lives @Amari

Holly watched as they vanished down the dirt track her eyes falling to the trees already getting lost in the tranquility of it all. She peered over to him and smiled. " Yeah let's hope so..." she said peering back outside to watch the trees getting thicker, she grinned at his words . " Well let's so otherwise it will be a very short visit huh?.." she teased. @Rangers

Liam smirked slightly as she teased at him and shortly after the trees began to thin until they reached a small opening. In the opening stood three structures the main building was a two story cabin made from logs and glass windows, the second was an old barn made from planks which still had remnants of red paint over them and the third was a smaller cabin away from the others it was in worse shape than the other but still liveable. Liam slows to a stop just by the main cabin before he shuts off the engine “ alright this is it “ he said with a smile looking over to holly, Liam ions the drivers side door and as he does his gramps emerges from the smaller cabin wearing a white vest and blue jeans. The his gramps sees Liam his frown turns to a smile causing Liam to walk towards him and embrace him in a warm hug, the two speak for a short time before Liam turns and points to the truck with holly still inside. Liam and his gramps walk over to the truck before liam opens the passenger side door with a smile “ he said it is alright for us to stay and that if you need anything just to ask “ liam watched his gramps walk back in to the smaller cabin and close the door behind him. @Amari

Holly watched the deep forest they was in now but was unable to stop her self from smiling, it looks so peaceful and tranquil out here, already she felt so relaxed. She looked out the front just in time to see the cabins coming into view she looked out to them smiling warmly. " Wow...there stunning.. " she said in admiration, she watched Liam jump out and noticed the older man come out which she assumed was his gramps. She climbed out the car smiling lightly. " Thank you so much for letting me stay.." she shouted to his gramps giving him a small wave before she grabbed her suitcase. " Well lead the way Liam, let's get settled..." @Rangers

Liam smiled before walking in to the large cabin with holly closely following behind. When they walk in to the main room of the cabin they see the hand carved door and window frames as well as a stair case leading up to the second story and a landing. Liam walks over to the middle of the room looking around at the furniture that was outdated by at least twenty years “ it isn’t much but it’s freedom at its very best “ Liam said looking over to holly. He though for a moment about all the events leading up to them being up here away from everything causing him to smile deeply “ I’m glad that we are up here away from the distractions “ he said as he walks back towards her to help her with the suitcase “ oh one other thing this place only has one bed “ Liam blushes a little before picking up the suitcase “ I don’t mind the floor or couch if you don’t want to share “ @Amari

Holly followed Liam into the cabin, she allowed her eyes to take in all the fantastic features smiling brightly. " It's beautiful here..." she said showing him her smile. " It will certainly do for now " His words caused her to smile Brightly as she nodded. " I'm glad I'm here to...its really beautiful and tranquil here.." she watched him take the suitcase before hearing his words, her own blush coming against her cheeks.." Well....were both adults, I'm sure we can share..." she said carefully. @Rangers

Liam smiled as holly spoke to him and he thought about what is happening with the two “ I’ll show you up stairs and then give you a small tour “ Liam says as he walks up the stairs holding the suitcase in his arms. As he ascends the stairs he listens for hollys footsteps behind him causing him to smile and as they reach the top of the stairs the landing opens up to a corridor with two doors either side. Liam walks down the corridor and turns right and opens the door to reveal a large bedroom with a large bed as well as a few wardrobes “ so this is the bedroom we will be sharing “ @Amari

Holly nodded as Liam offered to take her upstairs , she followed him her eyes taking in the features of the cabin they were in. She reaches the corridor her eyes continuing to peel around the place it had such character, she loved it. Stepping into the bedroom she smiled more looking around it was so big and the bed was certainly large enough for them to share. " It's beautiful in here, I really like it...I'm sure we're be fine here.." she said offering him a small smile. @Rangers

Liam watched as holly took in the entire cabin looking amazed by it all he gives her a smile before walking towards a door on the exterior wall “ this is the best part “ he said joyfully. Liam opens the door to the back of the cabin which lead to a balcony over looking a small lake behind the cabin, Liam leans against the railing made from strong oak wood that had been polished and varnished “ my gramps and my grandma came up here after he left the military to build a life up here away from all the noise and crowds of the town “ Liam turned and faced holly Leaning back in the railing @Amari

Holly followed him as he opened up the large balcony doors, stepping out she peered out to the area outside her smile widening more. " Wow..it really is beautiful here.." Stepping up she leaned over the railing leaning down a little so she could take in the details better, turning she peered towards Liam with a smile. " I can see why, its nice out here...I've always preferred the quiet, the city is nice and all but its definitely to noisy and busy...this...is amazing.. " she said with a smile. @Rangers

Liam nodded as holly spoke cashing him to smile as she loved the little place they had gone to get away from her father “ my gramps moved out of this cabin when grandma passed away so he won’t come in to see us we would have to go out and see him “ Liam walks back inside the bedroom and stood by the door watching holly leaning against the railing. Liam was thinking about what he would cook for lunch and dinner as the sun was now getting high in the sky casing the land around the cabin to light up and the temperature started to rise casing Liam to smile a little “ oh one thing… because we are high up the heat can be a little intense so the lake is perfect for cooling off “ @Amari

she felt her face sorrow as he mentioned his grandma passing away. " Well I'm glad he is happier out here, can't say I don't see why it's so peaceful and lovely out here. " Holly did indeed feel the heat rising around her but she liked it, she always enjoyed the warmer weather. " We will have to go for a swim then...I'd like that.." she said offering him a smile.. @Rangers

Liam smiled across to holly before sitting down on the bed with a small sigh “ it would be nice to relax for a while… since meeting you I have had a weight lifted from my shoulders “ Liam looks up to holly with a smile and then he looks down at his hands “ maybe we should make sure we have fire wood and candles for when the sun goes down “ @Amari

Holly listened to his words as she smiled , moving back in from the balcony she moved to sit beside him on the bed. " Well I'm glad I've helped a bit..." His next suggestion had her smiling. " Sure...we can go out and gather stuff ready for later..." @Rangers

Liam placed his hand over hers and then clears his throat before looking from their hands up to her face. His eyes meeting hers caused a fluttering in his chest. “ holly…. I don’t think that I need to say what I am going to say but “ Liam pauses as he takes a deep breath before then bowing his head slightly “ holly I really like you and I can’t hide it anymore “ . Liam felt a little insecure about opening up as he had never really done this kind of thing before “ I understand if you don’t feel the same but I just wanted to say that one way of another I am always going to be here for you “ he also felt he was being super heavy in the moment so he stands up and walks over to the window beside the outer door @Amari

She felt his hand come over hers then her eyes watching him face as a array of emotions seemed to roll over him. When he started to talk she felt her face falter with her own emotions. " Liam..." she whispered giving his hand a squeeze . " I...I really like you to.." she whispered watching his eyes look to her she smiled before her expression changed a little. " But I....I've been hurt, in the past before....and I, I would be lying if I said I wasn't afraid of being hurt again, but I do really like you Liam....can we just, take things slow?...see how it goes?.." she said with a small smile.. @Rangers

Liam turns to face holly and then gives her a slow nod before granting a warm smile “ of course holly I don’t want you to feel like you have to commit to anything and I am aware we have known each other for a few weeks but honestly I can say I am just happy to have you as company “ Liam walks back over to holly before offering her his hands. “Come on let’s go and grab some fire wood and candles, perhaps you’ll get to speak to gramps too “ Liam helps holly up off the bed before walking with her back out of the room and down the stairs to the front door “ which would you like to do? Firewood or candles ? “ he asked quickly as he opened the door showing the amazing green grass and tall trees outside once again @Amari

Holly smiled as he expressed his understanding, he really was a nice guy....something she wasnt used to. " Thank you Liam...that means alot to me..." and she meant it. She stood then stretching just a little. " Let's get to it then. " as he said she could speak to his gramp she smiled more. " That would be nice..." She followed him down the stairs, at his suggestion she pondered. " Why don't we do it together?.." she suggested looking out to the trees outside she smiled more, it was so peaceful here. @Rangers

Liam walked out in to the sun with holly by his side and then took a deep breath taking in all the fresh air. Before he did anything else he took hollys hand in his and then began walking towards the smaller cabin where his gramps was living “ I’m sure he will ask you all kinds of things by the way “ Liam said as they reach the door. Liam knocked three times on the door and after a few moments his gramps had appeared behind it with a small smile on his face “ what can I do for you both ?” He asked politely before opening the door. As he looked over at holly he took out a small key from his back pocket “ well why don’t you tell me what it is your looking for ? “ he asked with a friendly tone @Amari

Holly took Liam hand back as they walked together out into the sunshine, it was nice out here, it was warm the breeze felt nice good. She smiled then . " I dont mind.." Holly followed him to his gramps house watching as he appeared, she smiled warmly towards him. " Were hoping to get some fire wood and candles, I assume you would know the best place to find stuff? " @Rangers

Liam stood and watched as they conversed and he stood beside holly with a sense of belonging. As his gramps hears the request he nods before holding his finger up in the air “ one moment little dove “ he says before walking back inside for a few moments. Liam looks over at holly and smiled “ little dove huh. Already got a nickname “ he chuckled slightly before seeing his gramps walking back to the door. As his gramps steps out in to the sunlight he hands holly a small wooden box with a sliding lid “ those are some old candles but they should be alright for you both.. as for the fire there is an axe around the back of the barn and some logs for chopping “ he smiled and then gave a small bow with a laugh “ and I’ll leave you both to your little get away “ his gramps quickly disappears back inside the house. Liam looks at holly again before looking down at the box “ that does look old “ he smiled before looking over to the barn “ have you ever clopped a long before ? “ he asked as he walked with holly towards the barn @Amari
