Tommy didn't want to go to this party, but Britney, his long time fling, girlfriend, significant other, whatever she decided they were that day made him go with them. Them being her and her gal pals that wanted to "party in the spooky mansion," he had no desire. He was never afraid of things like that, but always got a weird vibe when he passed the placed. However, when she told him what was next if he did go, he couldn't resist any longer and begrudgingly went and got himself ready for a night out with her and her friends.
As they would make their way into the party through the throngs on people, he would be hit with every hi, handshake, and talk he could have with anyone who knew him. He wouldn't say he was big man on campus, but he was well known and well respected across it. He couldn't help but feel a sense of pride in the respect he earned, but also a little annoyed, cause everyone wanted something to do with him now.
Surprising, Britney was the first to drag him over to the large circle of people that were playing "Seven Minutes in Heaven..."
"What are we? In high school, Britney? Come on..." He would ask with a cringe in his stature and tone.
"Oh, quit being problematic," she would say to him, that was her favorite word, he thought, "You afraid someone is gonna steal my heart? It is just kissing..."
"Oh, you wanting to kiss someone else," Tommy would say with a raise of the eyebrow...
"Shut up and sit down," she said with a smile, "It's fun..."
When the bottle landed on a girl that he had noticed before but, in all honesty, found attractive, he was smiling. "Looks like I am first, huh? Wonder if she will just want to kiss me..." He teased at Britney who did not look happy at all, "Don't do anything Thomas!" She shouted as he walked to the closet.
As he entered the closet, he smiled at her question, "Party is fine... We don't have to do anything, but you know me and I know you, but not you name?"
