Both Dr. Halsey and Chief Mendez identified him as one of four emerging leaders within the Spartan-II group, along with Kurt-051, Jerome-092, and Frederic-104. Dr. Halsey most strongly expressed her belief in John by stating that he had the skills and natural ability to lead the entire Spartan-II group.

Hair: None (White scales). Occupation: Spy/Planetary scout. Personality: Cold and distant, strategic, prideful. History: Parca worked for the E.S.F (Exterior Special Forces), a special branch of the navy of a federation on a alternate universe focused on the preservation of colonies far away in the edge of the galaxy. During one of her missions infiltrated in a gang of pirates, her cover blew and had to make a ran for it out of the place. She flew in her ship, but her warp drive was damaged by a fortunate shot of her pursuers, which leaded her to make an unstable emergency warp through a part of the void known to have disruptive magnetic forces. She knew trying such a thing would most likely end in her death, yet for the lack of options she hit the button and held to herself hopping for the best. Next time she opened her eyes, she couldn't believe she escaped alive and tried to fastly inform high command of what happened, just to find her ship had no connection with any of the stations of her faction. He found this extremely odd, and started exploring the new place taking some months before figuring out she had accidentally traveled to a different universe.

Uploaded with full piloting software for all civilian and some older military models, as well as a basic self defense routine, she serves as an outstanding pilot for most spacecraft.

To his chagrin, it was difficult for him to find a career afterwards due to a lack of prospects...a source of irritation for him, as he believes himself to be suited for better things. His engineering and scientific knowledge is undeniable, even if his sociability is found lacking, having made his own tweaks and improvements to the Aurora to improve it's efficiency and performance. He has some combat experience, but he's far from a warrior.
