The butler of the family opened the door and escorted them to a fairly open room, with lush red velvet couches and chairs throughout. There were already four people inside the room. A older couple, the head of the Beaumont family, sat together on a smaller couch. They held hands and looked over the girl. A chair held the eldest son, Lucian Beaumont, the betrothed, and against the wall was Raine. She had little to no interest in family politics. She was older than her brother, but would inherit the family title unless she married first.
Raine had refused marriages and her family often threatened to send her away. She stood, arms crossed as she leaned against the wall. The girl entering had long pink hair, and it almost seemed natural which was uncommon. The thought of a pink wolf made Raine smirk
