The night was miserable, rain hammered down against the Cobbled stones outside one of the main clubs in the center of town. The multi coloured lights pierced through the small windows illuminating the puddles in a haze of colours. The sound of laughter and shouting could be heard behind the metal doors as party goers enjoyed their night. Thick plumes of smoke bellowed out of a males mouth now, he was leant against the wall of the club, his knee bent as one foot planted firmly on it, his back planted firmly against the wall as he took shelter from the rain. His glistening blue hues watched the rain idly as it fell . His name was Lucious Turner, Son of Alexander Turner, the family name was known widely in this city, they were a rather powerful and wealthy family,there wasn't many people here who didn't know who they were, they were reknown for their ruthless buisness nature, there calculated buisness sense, they owned up and down the city raging from clubs to properties...this club being one of them. Lucious wore a stern gaze, his jaw tight his chizzled features frazzled into a a frown, his free hand coming to stroke over his beard in annoyance, taking yet another drag of his cigarette, his some what pale complexation highlighed as the lights of the club silhouetted his appearance. " You know Everett you would do well to not come here and annoy me with pointless nonsense " He growled with annoyance, his eyes narrowing to peer towards his brother.

Everett grinned then shaking his head " You know Lucious You haven't got to be a asshole all the time, only when it matters.. " he teased, his words only caused Lucious to frown more finishing his cigarette he flicked it away. " Either you tell me what's going on, or I'm going back in I'm not standing out here in the rain for nothing .." His voice was thick with masculinity, it was deep and some what velvety, pushing himself of the wall he rolled his shoulders, the muscles beneath the black shirt he wore protruded out a little pulling the long grey jacket he had on a little closer . " Worried your going to get a cold?..." Everett teased yet again. Lucious growled again grabbing the handle to the door. " Forget it Everett I'm not wasting my time anymore. " Everett grabbed his arm then yanking him back. " Okay okay...god Lucious your always so serious all the time, look I don't know why he wants you home so urgently, he told me to come get you because you wasn't answering your phone, family Buisness or something, it's urgent he said..." Lucious huffed then . " Family buisness? At this time of night?.." He said with clear annoyance, watching Everett shrug. " Look that's all I know, so you either come with me or let dad come get you...I know what option I would rather have.." Lucious released a small irratated growl. "Fine..." was all he said tugging his jacket closer he followed Everett out of the shelter from where they stood to the waiting sleek black sports car. Climbing in he felt Everett pull away at speed, the sound of his music almost defening as they went, not that he was listening, his mind to pre occupied as to what his father wanted, and what was so urgent.

Lyllith had been attending to her own matters...at home. She was hungry, as usual, and had been drinking from a blood pouch given go her by one of the many butlers in the home. Lyllith not only preferred feeding this way most times, but she wasn't...properly ready to feed from the source yet. Too many problems have risen due to her attempts. During her feeding and her checking her phone, her mother entered the room, dressed up oddly nicely. That doesn't happen unless there's an occasion, and at this time of night? Oddly suspicious. "Mother...is something wrong?" Her mother spoke up, smiling to the young vampire. "No, nothing at all. In fact, you must get ready in your best dress, there is a surprise for you soon!" She'd wink to Lyllith, which made her raise an eyebrow. "A surprise...this late?" She'd ask, but well. Her mother had already vanished into a small flock of bats, flying away. Leaving Lyllith slightly frustrated and confused, she would get up and head to her personal bedroom, where she would choose a dress to wear. But that was a problem itself. What could she wear to something she didn't know about? Well, she settled on a simple yet flattering dark red dress, it was floor length and hugged her body nicely. Over that she tied on a black corset, with some black shoes and a black shawl. Lyllith exited her room after getting dressed, making her way down to wear she heard numerous voices and commotion... @Amari

Lucious eyes narrowed to see the grand home come into his vision, he looked to his brother as he parked his car, hearing his brother sigh as he sat back. " Its no good you looking at me like that, I don't know why father wants you here, I've told you all I know which is a fat nothing only that I had to get you and bring you here.." he said looking over to his brother seeing his stern expression. " Well go on, I'm not invited..." he teased which caused Lucious to become more suspicious.. a family meeting.. only be was meant to attend? He growled then pulling the door open, he stepped out, his eyes looking to the home before he took careful footsteps towards it , he watched the door open then a butler standing there bowing towards him. " Good Eveninf Mr Turner...your family are waiting for you in the west wing room, allow me to take you there.." Lucious didn't respond, instead he simply followed the man where he instructed he should go, his eyes peering around at the home with interest before he was guided in a main room, he peered around to see his mother and father sitting together, across from him were the Bradtke, of course he kneq the family, their reputation preceded them, they were a well known family, much like their own.

His father looked up to Lucious now giving him a smile. " Ah..finally, you've decided to arrive.. " His voice was thick with clear annoyance but also slight apprehension. Lucious frowned looking to his mother who was shifting slightly in her chair , she looked uncomfortable and that only made him grow more tense. " What's going on?.." he asked, he hadn't stepped into the room yet, instead standing by the door watching as his father shifting more to look at him. " Sit down Lucious, all will be explained shortly.. " His father responded motioning to a chair beside him. " I asked whats going on.." Lucious responded a small growl to his tone which caused his own father to narrow his eyes. " And I told you to sit down...are you defying me?.." he asked a stern expression come over his gaze. " We have been welcomed into thus home, I suggest you show some decorum and sit down ..." Lucious pondered for a brief moment watching his mothers pleading gaze he inwardly growled before making his way In and taking a seat on the chair arms folded across his chest.

Lyllith eventually reached the main area, her hands folded behind her back as her shawl rested on her arms and shoulders. What she saw was a surprise to her, her own parents and close family seated...across from the Turners. Her brows furrowed, gaze shifting to her mother. "What is going on here?" Her mother spoke up, gesturing to a seat beside her. "Sit, dear. Matters are to be spoken of, and you are one of the subjects." Lyllith's eyes wandered the room, an attempt to see if she could figure out anything before she took that seat. It was odd, seeing the two families across from each other, clearly not...in the friendliest of moods. Her gaze traveled over the parents of Lucious, before seeing him herself. They all didn't seem happy. What was the point of this? No matter...Lyllith made her way to her seat, sitting down comfortably before she looked up. "Well..what is the urgency this late? Clearly something is of high importance or seriously wrong." @Amari

Lucious gaze averted to see Lyllith coming into the room, his eyes unable to stop himself from gazing over her, even he couldn't deny how beautiful she was, her pale skin reflecting in the dim light of the room , the red dress she wore only highlighting her fair skin...he soon diverted his gaze how ever to meet his father's as she took a seat beside her own parents, the tension in the room was so intense you could cut it with a knife. The silence defening which caused Lucious to growl. " If someone doesn't talk, I'm going ...Im sure i didnt get dragged half way across town to sit here in silence like this..." he grumbled his patience wearing thin his hands clutched infront of him his fingers tightening with clear annoyance. His father cleared his throat then. " As you know over, over the past few years things have been rather tense with both of families and the Aldonold family, they have caused us all a great deal of trouble, they have alot of power, they hold alot of businesses hear in fear rendering them incapable of wavering our way, this family..wishes to bring down us...and the Bradtke family, and due to their nature and capabilites...that could be possible.." Lucious snorted then shaking his head. " Mathias and his.men?...there no trouble father I told you , you..." but he paused when his father's stern expression caught his glare. " It's not that simple anymore, it's just them..they've got more people on their side then you realise..there numbers are growing..they have the potential to destroy all we've built..unless er do something about it..." he said with a sigh. Looking up to Lucious and Lyllith. " If we bring out families together, unify them as one, we become a much stronger unit, divided we fall..unified we conquer.. .and that Is why, we've decided ..that both you and Lyllith are the source to bring this family together, we have decided you being Wed to one another is the best way to go about..." @Loni

Lyllith sat more upright as she felt personally insulted, her face showing it all. "Excuse me? Do you realize how ridiculous that is? We barely know one another, and I doubt we'll get along." She folded her arms, daggers glaring at the man spoken of. Her father stepped in, clearing his throat. "This is what has been decided to be the best course of action. You're both still young, and there's plenty of room to grow, especially for one-" Lyllith stood up in rage, slamming her hand on the desk. "You CANNOT decide what is good for me, when I am PERFECTLY capable of doing so myself! This is ridiculous and unnecessary! You have seen no other solution? Truly? I find that hard to believe." @Amari

Lucious felt the rage fill him before he heard Lylliths on rage ringing out from across the table, he had to say he was rather surprised at her outburst, she had never come across as the type to lose her temper, yet here she was. Not that she was the only one, Lucious pushed his chair back moving to stand up he tugged his jacket closer flicking the buttons together. " I've heard enough, I'm going..If you think I'm going to be a spawn in your pathetic game of power, your wrong..no one decides what is fucking good for me and what is right for me..including you .." He said pointing to his father, he went to leave then before his father stood up slamming his hand down on the table. " Lucious Asher Turner, you leave this house, you walk out of this room, and you are no longer a welcomed.member of this family.. " His mother paused looking up to the male before her, reaching to take his arm . " Alexander ..." she whispered, the male shrugged her of " No annabeth...If he is willing to allow his family to fall, to be met with constant anguish, fighting , to watch us fall one by one, to watch our empire crumble then he is not a Turner..." Lucious paused then feeling rage pulsing through him. " That's how your going to play this?.." he growled his eyes narrowing towards his dad. " I'm not playing Lucious...I'm being serious.. you either sit down or you leave for good.." He growled, Lucious eyes met his mother then seeing the pleading gaze she gave him a million and one emotions rocketed through him then before he pulled chair out and reluctantly sat down,at the other end away from his family. @Loni

Lyllith sat down with some minor regret to her outburst. She knew she was out of line, it even surprised her own parents. They let her vent though, before she sighed and sat down while Lucious' parents reprimanded him of his outburst. Once he had sat down, Lyllith cleared her throat and spoke up. "...I think you all can understand where we are coming from. An arranged marriage to not only someone you don't know well, but also someone in the family you have not been getting along with, isn't ideal. We're all...upset, irritated, and on edge, and I can feel that." She would look to her parents, speaking to them directly in the moment. "There is nothing else that can be done? No other solution? Nothing?" @Amari

Lucious sat at the table drumming his fingers against the woodwork, listening as Lyllith spoke unable to stop himself from chuckling. " We don't get on because you don't like...you've said so before...you don't think Everett has told me what you called me?.." he teased arching a brow towards her. His day growled then . " Enough Lucious, this bickering has to stop..when you married your be spending alot more time together " " When? So this has already been decided without out consent? Without our views? Does our feelings on this matter? " Alexander sighed then. " This is the only way both sides of all the families will unify together, a marriage, the only way to bring peace and tranquility between two families ensuring it is done in the best possible way " Lucious laughed mow. " You think that's how our wedding will be? Peaceful and tranquil? ...don't make me laugh, this is pathetic..." he growled sitting back folding his arms across his chest. Alexander looked to Lyllith then sighing deeply. " This is the only way both families will come together and solidify as one..by doing this you bring together two powerful families who will out smart and out match any opponent right now we need this stability, their is strength in numbers, and with the opposing war looming with Aldonolds this is the only way to keep us all safe..." @Loni

Lyllith ignored Lucious' taunts, sighing under her breath. She looked to Alexander speaking to her, and folded her arms. "So unifying us in a marriage is going to bond the family together all of a sudden? That's not how that works..." She rubbed her forehead and groaned, it seemed this was the only option. "I'm tired of fighting this. If this is the ONLY way, then whatever. It's just a marriage, it won't hold any meaning besides this bond and strength in the upcoming war. Is that fair?" Lyllith asked coldly, looking around at every pair of eyes at the table. @Amari

Lucious turned to look to Lyllith then his expression becoming stern shaking his head." your actually agreeing to this! Have you lost your mind? " he snarled across the table. Alexander ignored Lucious to, knowing the boy was not best managed when he was in this kind of state. " Yes thats fair, but naturally we would like to see you two bond as a married couple would ordinarily do, this marriage is supposed to solidify the bonds between us, not break them " Lucious snorted then shaking his head " Bond?....you've got more hope of Everett ever finishing his degree in physics then you've got of that happening.. " he growled , Alexander looked to him then frowning. " This marriage is happening Lucious...with or with our your consent, this family needs it, depends on it, so I suggest you get used to it.." @Loni

"Do you see any other solution, Lucious? Please feel free to share if you do." Lyllith spoke firmly to him, she clearly wasn't happy with the situation they were put in, but she had to come to terms with it. Her mother sitting beside her rubbed her shoulder, giving a small smile. "It's alright, this is the only thing that'll work. We will try to aid in any way that we can to better this." @Amari

" Do you see any other solution Lucious? Please fell free to share if you do "...Lucious growled then at her words shaking his head as he looked up to table. " So let me get this straight, in order to protect our family we have to marry? Your choosing strength and stability over your children's happiness?.." he asked looking to his parents before to hers as well. Alexander sighed then shaking his head. " It's so much more then that, yes its about strength and stability, but its about protection, irs about safety...its about keeping our families safe do you see that?..." he said again Lucious face twisted with a sigh. Alexander watched the display " Does this mean you agree?.." Lucious closed his eyes briefly his hands flexing against his palm before he silently nodded, the nodd pained him, knowing he didn't want this, but feeling he had no choice in the matter. @Loni

She sighed a bit and rubbed her forehead, it was pounding. Her gaze shifted to Lucious, she was basically pleading silently at this point. She didn't want this either. But their parents and family weren't going to budge. When he agreed she exhaled in relief. Knowing that her family would be satisfied. "Is that all, then? Was this the big important thing?" @Amari

Lucious watched the way Lyllith looked at him then and couldn't stop the small defeated growl that left his lips, sitting back with folded arms His father looked towards Lyllith then. " Yes that's it...we will make arrangements for you both to be married tomorrow.. " Lucious eyes widened then " Tomogrow?? .." he basically growled, his father shot him a look then. " This wedding is happening Lucious, why wait?...we have a home prepared for you both to live in once this marriage is done...Everett will help you, and you Lyllith to get things prepared for your move.." Lucious felt his whole body turn into rage then, he never felt so angry before, his need to feed came in increasingly hard then, he could feel the gut wrenching ache to take someone and drain them dry. His father and mother stood up then, as well as Lylliths family. " We will leave you two for a moment, you have much to discuss and it might do well that you both reach some common ground before Tomorrow we have much to discuss.." He nodded to Lylliths family awaiting for them to join him, Lucious sat clenching his jaw his foot bouncing on the floor as he tried to regain his composure as he waited for the families to leave. @Loni

Lyllith gulped as she heard that the wedding was to be tomorrow. So quick? So soon? Won't people be suspicious of it? She felt the anger within Lucious, she shared the same sentiment with him. It was troublesome, but unfortunately they didn't have an option against it anymore. As family members got up, her mother patted her shoulder. "All will be well," she would say before walking off into the home. Her father gave her a smile as he followed her mom, then leaving Lyllith and Lucious alone. "Well. That's that, I guess." She sighed, standing up and brushing herself off. "We just...have to make the best we can out of a shitty situation...I'm sure we'll understand this one day...I'm not happy or pleased but..." The woman trailed off, sitting back down in defeat. "I just kinda wish we had more to say about it." @Amari

Lucious practically sucked his teeth in anger as he watched their families depart from the room leaving him with Lyllith , his eyes turning to watch her as she stood, heard her words and it only caused him to narrow his eyes in frustration towards her. " Well that's that?.." he said the anger pulsing through him in waves. " That's all you have to say on the matter?.." he huffed now sitting back in his chair unfolding his arms he rubbed his hand along his chin, his desire for substance was growing he could feel it and the angrier he felt the more it raged inside of him. He laughed then shaking his head " Your time to say something was then, didn't seem to be putting up much if a fight now did you?..." he growled practically spitting venom from the woman across the table his hands flexing . " This is fucking ridiculous...," he found himself muttering beneath his breath finally standing his foot pushing the chair back it screeched as it ran along the mahogany floor with the force of his push, pushing a hand through his hair. @Loni

Lyllith sighed and rolled her eyes, folding her arms. "I had my argument and it wasn't being heard. Why would I waste more of my breath and time trying to change their minds on something that was already settled. We don't have a choice, Lucious." Lyllith would watch as his anger boiled and he got up, looking away from him. "Just go cool off, I can tell you need to feed. I don't have the patience to continue this if you can't see the situation for what it is." @Amari

Lucious groaned now shaking his head. " You could of tried...you could of tried a bit more, you may of pursuaded them more then I can..but instead you sat there and said barely a thing.. " he said with a s growl his arms folded across his chest. Lucious turned and looked to her then hearing her words his eyes narrowed then shaking his head. " For what it is?? What this is, is one big mess..." and with that he left, the sound of the door banging as he left the front door and went out into the night. @Loni

Lyllith sighed to herself and got up after he had left, running a hand through her hair. She was defeated, upset, angry, saddened...hopeless. She would head to her room to shut the door behind her, relaxing in her chair and looking out the window. A lot was needed to process, her head throbbing. @Amari

The next day

Lucious sat in the rather large spacious room he had been giving for the morning, one of his hands clenched onto the arm rest beside him, his other hand moving along the beard against his chin, he tried to remain calm, tried to relax but he simply couldn't, here he was dressed in his finery for something he didn't even want.. he closed his eyes simply breathing in through his nose before he heard a knock at the door, he growled instantly knowing who it was. " Piss of Everett..." he growled through his teeth, the door opening anyway as indeed Everett walked in , moving in he grabbed a chair twisting it and sitting on it backwards , his arms resting across the back of the chair his face furrowing. " I dont like this anymore then you do, you know that right?.." he said giving him a apologetic smile causing Lucious to growl turning away from him. " Like it matters...like any of it does.." he said his voice taking on a defeated tone then, Everett sighed leaning back a little. " Look at the bright side, at least she's pretty.." he said with a shrug , Lucious eyes moved to him theb, Everett blinking a few times with a shrug. " What?? She is! I mean come on Lucious you got to try and at least look somewhat happy about this....this has to be believable remember?..." Lucious frowned then shaking his head. " I'll act when it matters.. .to keep the family happy...to keep everyone happy apart from me right?.." he snarled , folding his arms across his chest . Everett stood up now moving to squeeze his shoulder. " You never know Lucious...this might end up being the best thing to happen to you..."

" Doubtful..." he spat , before Everett left with a sigh, he stepped down the grand Hall way, the wedding would be help downstairs, there was already getting everything ready for it. Everett paused looking down the hall to where Lyllith room was, he pondered for a moment before heading down that way, and knocked carefully. " Lyllith? May I come in? It's Everett..." they had met a few times before. @Loni

The majority of the next day comprised of preparations being done for the wedding. Thankfully the family could work much faster then the average person, vampires are something else. Lyllith had gotten dressed into a wedding gown with the aid of some of her maids. Obviously it wasn't going to be white. That's too far off brand for vampires. Her dress was black and red, with black lace adorning her sleeves, the dress itself just seemed amazing on her body. As her corset was getting tightened, a knock was on the door. It was Everett, and she let out a soft exhale. Letting the maids tie up her corset, she politely dismissed the maids and called out. "Come in!" @Amari

Everett walked in then, his eyes falling to Lyllith he smiled towards her moving to step into the room he let his eyes travel down her frame. " You look beautiful Lyllith.." he complimented her before moving to take a seat much like he did earlier swinging it round he plonked himself down, resting his head in his hands as he looked to her with a aigh. " I just wanted to come and talk you, before the wedding...Lucious he..." he frowned then looking across the room. " He comes across as a asshole but he isn't....he has a good heart, well..what's left of it.." he teased with a grin. " I guess what I'm trying to say is, he isn't happy about this..any of this, but he respects what needs to be done and he will do it...to him marriage its a sacred thing, a bond between people, I'm sure much like you he is devasted that something that should signify love for two people is being used for different reasons , it's hard for him to grasp..." he leaned up a little then . " But..what I really came her to say was despite his feelings towards you, despite what might or might not happen...I know he will look after you, and he will do what he feels is right by you despite his own stubborn needs...and he is stubborn..very very stubborn.." he teased with a small chuckle. " And rude..and arrogant...not selling him very well am I?.." " look what I'm saying is, despite all of that deep down, he is a good guy, he means we'll..and he cares more then your realise about the people around him...he just has a hard time expressing It.." he said giving her a small smile. " How are you feeling?..." @Loni

Lyllith smiled warmly as he had complimented her, nodding faintly to accept the compliment. "Thank you, Everett. I appreciate the compliment." She would watch as he situated his seating, her herself sitting down on a nearby chair, straightening out her dress. As Everett would explain Lucious' positioning on the matter, she listened intently. She understood, hell, she was in the same boat. This was something taken from her, a marriage that should've been with someone she loves. Someone she choose and agreed to marry. Her gaze fell to her hands, her face showed sorrow and pain, the opposite from what the maids had been seeing earlier. A girl that was smiling, laughing with them. Lyllith was being real now, in front of Everett. "I just...I understand everyone's frustrations...even I am upset. But I don't have a say in this...and I've unfortunately come to terms with it. I just wish my happiness was considered." She murmured the last sentence, as tears started to come forth in her eyes, her voice choked up. @Amari

Everett face faltered then as he watched Lyllith get emotional, he sighed now shaking his head clear frustration coming against his features. " I'm sorry Lyllith, I wish there was something I could do to help..but..the way things are, I know you ..and I know deep down Lucious understand that we need to make a stronger union to keep our self safe, it isn't ideal...and it isn't perfect...but...it's what we have to do, for now anyway.." he said, his tone saddened now as he stood up walking to her he squeezed her shoulder lightly. " Things will work out, your see...like I said to Lucious, this might be the best thing to happen to this family.." he teased giving her shoulder one more squeeze. " I better go down the ceremony will be starting soon, get yourself sorted okay?..." he said gently before making his way back out the room. @Loni

Lyllith sighed to herself and regained her composure, straightening her shoulders and taking a few deep breaths. Did the situation suck? Yes. Was it likely the most beneficial thing that could happen as of right now? Yes. And maybe they could even split when it was all over, it wouldn't matter after a while, right? As Everett comforted her, she smiled up at him and nodded. "Yes, thank you, Everett. I appreciate your kindness and light in this dark time." She waited for him to leave the room, then let out a long breath. It was challenging. This wasn't an ideal situation. It was almost time for her to seal the deal with a man that was in the same boat as her...as far as not wanting this. After a bit, a maid came in after knocking on the door, smiling at Lyllith. "It's time, m'lady. We need you at the aisle, ready to walk out and down!" @Amari

lucious sat in his spacious room, pondering what to do, a part of him wanted to run away, to leave this place to forget the wedding and never return, but he knew he couldn't.. he couldn't leave his family desperate and fighting to survive, despite what s heartless ask this was of him, he would do it. His families safety meant more to him then his own personal needs. He heard a knock at the door finally loving to stand up seeing Everett there. " It's time..." he said giving him a small smile, Lucious sighed then tugging his jacket down. " Well let's get this over with..." He stood now at the front by the archway looking around at both the families as they gathered all together to witness this marriage, he was smiling, smiling and waving at the appropriate people, this had to look believable...even if inside he was dying.. @Loni

Lyllith was situated behind elegant curtains that were strung up just to accommodate her walking down the aisle. Allowing herself those last few moments to herself before stepping out...but adding something to the process. Once she was ready, she nodded to the man sitting at the organ, who then began to play the appropriate tune for her to stroll down the aisle. As it started, two maids pulled back either side of the curtains to reveal Lyllith standing there, with a beautiful bouquet. She began walking down the aisle. She had to sell this of course. Her eyes looked up to scan the room briefly, smiling at her family, as well as Lucious'. Then she had to do the most difficult part, meeting his gaze and smiling at him. Hopefully, her smile was taken in a way to reassure him that things will be okay. @Amari

Lucious felt himself become rigid, he hated this...god he hated this, he could feel his hands clenching tightly infront of him as he tried to keep himself calm, he couldn't show anger...he couldn't show sadness...he needed to be happy, it was his wedding down..he had to prove to everyone this wedding was real. He suddenly heard the sound of the organ and released a deep breath his hands clutching tighter infront of him before he saw the curtains get drawn back, he diverted his gaze from where he was looking to look down to her, he couldn't stop the way he paused to look at her now, her dress...the way they did her hair...the bouquet she had, he swallowed a little bit then, god if he had to admit she looked beautiful. When she made it to the aisle he looked at her, seeing her smile he shifted on the spot before he smiled back to her, trying to give her a reassuring smile to nodding lightly towards her in understanding as he waited to get this over with. @Loni

As Lyllith walked down the aisle, she took each step carefully. Not to trip, not too slow, and she finally arrived before Lucious. Her bouquet being handed off to someone nearby as she then looked up to her soon to be husband. It was...still weird and upsetting. But, they had to sell it. Lucious tried to keep himself calm as he stood there with Lyllith, he could think of a million different placed be would rather be then here...watching her face he could tell she was having the same emotional anquish he was feeling. He barely listened to the man as he spoke behind the podium it didn't matter what he said, it was.meangingless to him anyway, he watched the rings get brought out and he felt his body ache , turning to look towards his father he watched his gaze before moving back to her, he spoke the word he asked him to, grasping her hand he lifted it up before he placed the ring there, his fingers trembling just a little as he did, rising his own hand he allowed her to do the same swallowing hard as he looked to the ring against his finger. It didn't take much for the ceremony to be finished, the man blessing the wedding.before he said they could kill...he stalled for a moment before his hand came up to her cheek allowing his fingers to roam over her jaw, before he bent down and captured her lips, the moment he touched them he felt a jolt of what only could be described as electricity rushing through.him, his hsnd tightened on her vheek as he held it briefly, he heard people start clapping around him then and it brought him from his trance quickly moving back from her his hand dropping from her face. @Loni

Lyllith didn't really wanna be here either. The man talking and moving the wedding along was almost a distant sound to her. She was here but...not mentally. Not really much at all. Lyllith just wanted to tough it out and get through it. She noticed his hands shake as they exchanged rings, she did her best to try to subtly calm him. Lyllith knew she was probably the last person able to do so in this moment, but when she slid his ring on she gave his hand a small pat and caress. Hopefully that helped... Then the moment arrived. The moment where they had to kiss. Lyllith felt like she could throw up, she was so nervous and unwell. But...after this they didn't have to worry much anymore. Just a kiss. Just...a kiss. Lyllith looked up and met his eyes with a convincing smile, then she was taken off guard. He caressed the side of her face, his fingers tracing her cheek and then her jaw. It made her almost weak, how was he managing this? And then, he bent down and their lips met. A surprising and unexpected feeling followed after. Somewhat...electrifying, and exciting. But, those in the wedding audience began to clap, and their kiss came to an end. Then, they were to walk back down the aisle together and conclude the ceremony. She reached over and carefully linked her arm through his, walking side by side as she held her bouquet in that same hand. @Amari

lucious barely heard the crowd, barely focused on what was going on around him, his body hummed from their kiss and had effected him more then he cared to admit, he was confused in that moment.. why did he feel that sudden rush? That pull..his body was screaming for him to do it again but he behaved...there was no need to do that, he didn't care for this woman...he didn't even know her, yet his body felt like it did. He walked down the aisle with her nodding to people as he walked trying to keep his reflection calm and subdued, her arm linking round his sent another comforting feeling through his as he found himself leaning into her a little as they walked before they vanished behind the doors out into a small foray, the reception was to be held here but they were directed down to a room a to wait for the guests to gather there before they made their entrance. He directed her in, the room decorated in a flurry of flowers and bridal attire which made him scrunch his nose in disguise.. it wasn't his taste, he hated it....even his own wedding day wasn't planned in a way to suit him. The door closed behind them and they were left alone, he guided her to sit on a chair before he released her, he needed to put a little bit of distance between them his body hummed in a way he couldn't understand around her as he moved to take a seat a bit away from her, a large sigh released from his throat his hand coming to drag down his face his eyes moving over to her glancing at her in that attire...she really did look beautiful. " Hopefully the formalities will be over soon, I don't know about you but I hate all this theoratrics, it pains me to deal with it all..." he complained with a sigh as he tried to relax in the chair he was sat in. @Loni

Lyllith smiled to her family and waved with her unlinked hand, she knew she had to do her best to pretty much sell the act. Her body felt warm after the kiss, like something within her stirred alive. Lyllith wasn't sure what, but...she knew she didn't really feel anything. It was just an act, and she was caught up in the moment. After they were directed into their own room, she looked around at the decorations. It was...okay. Her nose almost synchronized with his in disgust, before she lightly shook her head. The door closed and he guided her to sit, and she gladly did so. Walking in heels wasn't easy, nor exciting. Lyllth would sit and immediately kick those heels off, sighing in relief. Once he spoke, her gaze looked to him. He looked handsome, she couldn't deny that. Lyllith shrugged and leaned back in her own chair, her dress consuming most of her sitting space. "To be honest, the only thing I like is my dress. I would wear this to any formal occasion, it's at least my style and color." She shrugged and turned her head to suddenly see herself in a nearby window. It was odd, seeing herself in wedding attire...it almost didn't feel real. @Amari

Lucious turned his gaze to Lyllith as she spoke he could see the distaste their against her own face and he couldn't help but smirk. " Well I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this is decorated in such a Hedious manner.." he teased before his eyss travelled over her dress. " It's a beautiful dress...it suits you.." he said simply catching ber gaze he caught her for a second before turning away frowning deeply as he did " Wish they hurried up, I wanna get this day over and done with..I wanna get away from all the prying eyes, I hate people watching me and looking at me..." he growled a little then. " It's not my scene at all..." @Loni

Lyllith turned her gaze to look at him upon the compliment regarding her and her dress. She was surprised he had the energy to do so, with how draining this all seemed. "Well...thank you." She cleared her throat gently due to the awkwardness afterward, sighing to herself. "I hope this hurries along fast enough for you, then.." @Amari

Lucious turned and looked to her as she thanked him, his eyes taking in her expression a little before a small sigh escaped his throat. " Your welcome...." he mumbled. Her next words only had his inner turmoil increasing, surely this had to be awkward for her to, the whole thing, the happy families out their acting like this was the best thing for everyone and yet these two were far from happy. He may of said something if their wasn't a knock at the door his eyes turning to look at it. " Mr and Mrs Turner, your family are ready for your arrival.." the man said holding the door open. Lucious stood then stroking his hand down his suit offering his arm to Lyllith. " Let's go then..." @Loni

Lyllith sighed to herself and settled into her seat, but not for long. Eventually their awkward silence was broken, as they were summoned to present themselves newly wed. Lyllith slowly stood up and fixed herself before walking to Lucious, linking arms. "Yep...let's..." As they walked out, their families were cheering, clapping, whistling and all sorts of celebration. They were happy that this had been done, a sign of peace and unity for them all. Of course, Lyllith just couldn't wait to go home and pretend it never happened, the wedding was a living nightmare. She would bow her head to his family, and give smiles and waves to her own. The walk seemed like it was taking forever, where were they even going?.. @Amari

Lucious took her hand, carefully hooking it within his own as he guided her out of the room they were in snd headed down the ever lengthening hallway, or at least that's how it seemed, he heard the cheers heard the claps and it did nothing but make his jaw clench as he attempted desperately not to show his distaste for the whole thing. He saw her family and smiled towards them, like her he showed them the respect bowing his head towards them, his own family didn't get quite a reception from him infact he didn't look at them. A man was waiting at the end of the corridor. " Mr and Mrs Turner congratulations, Your families have prepared a party in honor of your respected marriage, you are requested to enter the room first and take your seats in the chairs at the top of the room whilst you await your family.." Lucious felt his jaw tighten then. " may as well pop leads on us and walk us around the crowds of people so they can inspect us better.." he grumbled with annoyance, his voice low the man didn't Hear it, but perhaps Lyllith did . The double doors were opened to reveal a grand reception area, everything was of very high class and value. At the top of the room we're two large chairs , almost like thrones causing Lucious to grumble. " Things simply couldn't get worse.." he muttered @Loni

Lyllith did her best, walking down this seemingly endless hallway. Once they got to the end of the corridor, the man greeted them. Ah yes...now they have to pretty much sit on thrones before both of their families. Why? No idea... She would bow her head in thanks and acknowledgment, walking with Lucious to their large chairs. She had heard him grumble, making her tense a bit...awkwardly. She spoke quietly so he would hear her. "Just a bit longer, Lucious...At least it looks nice in here?" @Amari
