ROLEPLAY HQ - kitsune-and-me

It was a peaceful time near the city. The air calm, the wind barely a whisper over the sound of the cars, the moon carelessly observing the world.. just a very quiet night. But out of the sudden in the vast forest near the city, a large rift opened up disrupting the peace. Large vibration erupted around causing massive winds, animals scurrying away for their lives and a minor earthquake that felt through the entire region. After a few minutes passed from the rift opening up, a creature ran out of it at an alarming speed. It was like they were running from someone.. or something.. this thing ran through the woods looking back over their shoulders over and over to see if they were still chasing them. And of course, half of a dozen armed assailants burst out of the same rift chasing after screaming and chanting over and over. The first creature that came out was some sort of demi-human. It had a human body but had a few added non-human features. Through the light of the moonshine beaming down, this demi-human could be seen to have 2 very large pointy ears on the top of their head, nine large tails that seems to follow her every step and a slim and petite body of a woman.. her clothes were torn up at random places and her feet were bare. Cuts,wounds and bruises enveloped her body. This kitsune creature was not having a good time.. The girl kept on running and panting. She was getting at her limits. She just couldn't stop running in fear of what the men would do to her. She ran..ran.. ran out of the forest and made way towards the city. Her bare feet started to really hurt from the new surface that she has never walked on.. it looked like stones but was very dark and tougher.. but she just couldn't stop.. Turning the corner of a random building she didn't see the presence of some one and slammed her petite frame right against them.. knocking herself back into the ground in her butt.

It was a long day on his feet, the backpack stuck to his back as he would begin his long walk from the gas station to his lonely one bedroom studio apartment. He slowly moved to the right and left avoiding people that seemed more interested in their phone or the ground than looking at someone. But, he was glad to be off the clock and heading home at this point. His tall 6'4" frame and his string bean body of 150 pounds swaying as he decided to place his earbuds in and slowly enjoy some music on his walk. As he would stare at the trees of the mysterious forest that surrounded the city, he would feel a slight rumble under his feet as the trees began to sway in the middle of the forest, he thought for a second he saw a light in the middle of the woods, but it was only for a split second, so he was unsure. He wasn't the only one who felt it as people around him look around and see if we can find a source to the ground rumble. As the final bit of the rumble stops, he shrugs and continues to walk. A block away from his house, he is looking at his window in the apartment, but doesn't see a creature rushing towards him and almost knocking him over. "Oh shit," he said with a surprised tone, "I am so sorry, are you okay?"
