Rosalina was after a multiversal criminal called Erkha. Unlike other criminals, this one had his sanity even though his ideas was insane. He was powerful, very powerful even for Rosalina to catch up. He was very powerful even before he had the power to control time itself. For years, he tried to get rid of Rosalina by speeding up to lose her and traveling to other universes. Normally, this strategy would work and Rosalina would never find him. But the bastard had a part of Rosalina's powers, she could smell his stench even though he ran as much as he wants.
The issue was either when she caught up it was too late, or she saw the universe reshaping itself again. But this time it was different. She landed on an universe that was still standing. His energy trail was leading to Earth as usual. As Rosalina approached to the Earth she felt this feeling... the different energy in earth. Last time she felt something like this the source was an unborn Celestial. She exactly knew what this meant... superheros. She followed heard a wrecking explosion at a few blocks away. She immediatly flew there to see what is going on.
