Maybe it was the bloody mary encouraging her to say yes, either way, Daisy agreed, “Yeah, let’s get out of here. There’s a long line of people waiting for a table, we can give our waitress new customers to torment.”
One of the stalls flushed and low n’ behold - out walked their waitress, who gave them each a dirty look before washing their hands, and left the restroom without a word.
“I have brilliant timing, if you couldn’t tell,” she laughed and walked out of the bathroom with a shirt that was now stained, and soaking wet in certain places.
“Want to meet me in the front? I’ll pay, and you can get the next one. Try to wave down a taxi if you see any outside.” Daisy left Gwen for the time being, making her way to the podium in the back where she could check-out. It was an easy process, and not before long, Daisy was wandering to the front of the building looking for Gwen.
