"Tell me, little girl? What is it that makes you so afraid of me? Am I really that scary, that you struggle so hard to run away from me?"
A rather eccentric man appeared before her, holding a flowing scythe, that was sharp and ready for the use.
"You see, my cousin, is beloved by everyone, Every man and woman loves her. She brings to them joy, and pain. They love to live in bliss of lies. While I am only loved by very few. It's heartbreaking to know."
Yama looked at the man, who was approaching the lady before him, with a strong intent to kill her. Besides him, a lady stood, his own cousin.
"You see.... Death is always known as the most horrific thing, and you, despite everything, still cling to the life, despite the fact that the very fact, that the lady luck, that you so desperately wish for is standing over there, betraying you to the man over there. She has abandoned you. Yet.... you are still here, breathing and clinging on the life, as if you were still being held by her."
Yama then knelled down and extended his right arm.
"I can see the fear in your eyes. And it hurts me. But what if I make a deal with you. Base your life on death. In that way, you can live, while you are not alive. Something like a blessing of the death. You will then know death as long lost lover, that you wish to see so desperately. Yet Death's answer will be, no. Until you ask that one time, the right question...."
"Take my arm, and live under death."
