Thomas left Sierra alone at the bar, not wanting to fluster her to the point of actually lashing out. He went home to his apartment that night and studied the map, wondering just what it was that the girl had in mind. The next morning, Thomas got ready and headed out to the woods at the appointed time, following the map to the letter.

Sierra was sitting on a tree stump in a clearing, her hair was tied back in a pony tail, revealing that she did indeed not have human ears, she was wearing a rather tight, white tank top, and black leggings and ankle high boots to match. she had a grey sweater draped over her shoulder. and her sword still hing from her back, as the sling lay across her chest holding it there, enunciating the curvatures of her chest, as the strap layed between both her breasts.

Thomas took the path the map laid out slowly and carefully, turning what was supposed to be a thirty minute walk into nearly an hour. However, he knew if he got turned around, it would likely add two instead. Occasionally he’d have to use his sharp claws to cut through foliage and vines, but eventually, he finally came out into the clearing. He looked up to find Sierra, sitting in the tree looking… adorable wasn’t even the right word today. She looked sexy. “I’m glad you’re actually here and weren’t just pulling some sort of prank on me,” he chuckled.

"she said stubbornly as she stood up crossing her arms, then smiled lightly." of course i'd be here, why would i have stood you up like that? that would be dumb." she said as she released her hands from being crossed and placed her right hand on her hip, letting her left hang free.

He’d been thinking about it all night, obsessing actually, pondering possibilities ranging from a treasure hunt to… Sierra taking a kind of initiative he wouldn’t expect from her.

Tommy joined her, looking at the forest around them, the natural beauty as she spoke to him. “I know some, though it’s less magic and more chi focus,” he admitted, looking down at his hands, causing them to glow orange. He didn’t know any spells, just how to focus the energy to enhance his impacts, and in desperate cases, make a makeshift shield. “When it comes to real magic, I’m pretty useless.”

He had to admit, her enthusiasm was contagious. Thomas had absolutely no idea what he was doing, but he trusted Sierra to, despite her youth. He sat on the stump and crossed his legs, feeling as if he were imitating a monk. “There’s different kinds of magic?” he asked, genuinely surprised to hear of this. He’d always thought it was like chi, simply the energy within manifesting itself.

"mhm! there are several types! some are forbidden tho, but who cares i'm not a cop... but as for they types. there elemental, which breaks off into sub categories of water, ice, fire, earth and wind. next there is ethereal magic, which is what i'm proficient in. its the lighe blue aura you saw. basically its the pure essence of magic... a baseline if you will! it has a lot of potential. Then theres conjuration,. where you can literally make stuff! its basically alchemy but with more magic than the science side of things. but the law of give and take is still the same principle, so its not very practical in combat unless you are very good. then there is what i call, the state of being magic, which includes light and dark magic. dark magic is forbidden magic because it usually consists of death curses and such. finally the odd man out is the final form of forbidden magic, gravitation. not only is it extremely hard to learn, but those that are able to master it are said to be able to bend time! thats... just a rumor anyways.. i've never met a gravity wizard... and honestly i dont think i want to!"

He took her advice and closed his eyes, concentrating on the world around him. What did he hear? Smell? What did he feel? He let his mind clear, and then he let the world around him consume him. He felt… wind. That may have sounded silly, who wouldn’t feel wind? But he felt it. He could anticipate which way it would blow. He could feel the way it billowed through the forest, twisting and turning around every trunk and branch of the trees. And he could feel… a vortex. Swirling around him. Thomas opened his eyes and found himself floating a foot and half above the stump, as if he were sitting on a tornado. When his focus broke though, he came crashing back down with a thud. “Did I.. just do that?” he asked, sitting up, rubbing the back of his head where it had hit the ground.

Once the sound of wind settled down, she finally spoke "see I told you, you'd be a natural! Chi and magic are very similar in a way. Both requiring focus. Now for the hard part. Control. Hmm... ok so try this. Think of making a tiny tornado in you hand. Don't hurt yourself now, and you can't let the wind blow anywhere else except your hand. This might take a few tries." She said as she crossed her arms across her chest

He focused on the wind again, feeling it weave its way through the forest, around them. It was… freeing. He just needed to let go, to give himself to wind. It wasn’t about controlling it but… giving up control to it. Thomas opened his eyes and looked down to see a swirling gust sitting in the palm of his hand.

she smiled looking at the ground then back up ahead. "It was many years ago.. actually about 10 now I think. Anyways Alex was alone, and he was about.. 14 at the time I think. Me? Only 10 or 11. My village had been lost to a landslide. All my family and friends were killed except for me. Because I was out of the village gathering apples in a nearby orchard. I wondered the woods almost, and one night a giant snake got ahold of me. It was about to eat me then Alex killed it and saved me. I got lucky. He took me in as his student. We had similar Backstories as far as all of our friends and relatives being wiped out. So we took care of eatch other. Hectsught me how to live and survive in the woods. He taught me how to fight and use basic illusion magic so I could go into town hiding my tail and ears. Eventually I found the library fill of magic books. And now here I am! That's the short version anyways. I wouldnr be alive today if it weren't for Alex."

"She pulls her shoulders inward a bit pressing her boobs together, slowly waving her upper half in a small circular motion as she spoke. Them she brought her index fingervup to the corner of her mouth as a sad and worried expression came across her face" all I have is this ten dollar bill. You couldn't possibly get me a meal with this, could you?" She leans forward with a light blush, letting her shirt drop as the curves under her shirt became more visible, then finally spoke in a soft, yes seductive voice. "Pretty please, sir?" She said biting her lip as she finished speaking.
