ROLEPLAY HQ - fate-aligened

The city of Novaira where dreams get shattered, but not fully. You see Ryan was working at a company in the city where he was never treated right with his co workers, especially Lauren. Lauren was one of his workers he despites, as they would never get along, and always end up in arguments for no apparent reason once so ever. Thankfully on one special's day the team was invite to party at one of the workers house for doing an amazing job and making sure the company wouldn't get shut down for something stupid. During that night Ryan was there having a great time. Casually having a drink and talking to his co-workers like it was finally start to come around with him. That would eventually end, as Ryan would turn awkwardly splashing his entire drink all over no other then Lauren. "Watch where you were going seriously." He said annoyed that he bumps into her, and most importantly in this awkwardly way. They would get annoyed, as Lauren would take Ryan up to the roof to have a little chat for sure. Getting on the roof the weather would start to become cloudy, as Ryan would see Lauren all pissed off. "It was just a drink, and a complete accident. How can you not just let that go seriously I don't understand." He would say being completely annoyed. @reddeЯ

Lauren whirls on Ryan, fury etched in the searing glare she turns on him. "Have you always been this much of a fuck up?!" She snaps, "it's not just the drink, Ryan! You've fucked up everything since you came here, and you still just keep finding new ways to get in the way!" Lauren is clearly a bit tipsy, and more angry than it seems she should be. Ryan doesn't know yet, but she just heard earlier that night that he was also being considered for a promotion that had been earmarked for her- until he showed up. It's been like that since he was hired. He keeps cutting her off from all the things she's been trying to achieve. He even got the office she was supposed to get when the last occupant retired! "There's nothing special about you, you know? The only reason you're even working here is because you're a guy! You know what they would say if I only had a job for being a woman? Ha!" She staggers just a little bit under a heavy gust of wind. Maybe bringing it out to the roof wasn't the best idea, with the way the weather seems to be turning. But she intends to tell Ryan what she really thinks of him, and she doesn't think it should be done in front of their coworkers. @Snoopy The Pug

Ryan was in shocked on how much Lauren was snapping on him. "I'm the fuck up? Listen I'm just trying to my job that's all." He replied to her confused as ever knowing now how tipsy she was. "Lauren your drunk. Lets just go back inside and have a fun night, and continue to be a snappy bitch right now seriously." He explains, as he hears her complaining how nonspecial he was. "That has nothing to do with anything that I'm a guy. I just work really hard!" He argues back, as the gust of wind begins to blow harder on the two. Ryan would just ignore it, as he was already pissed from hearing what drunk Lauren had to say about him. "At least your the one that's getting the promotion after all!" He shouts not knowing it was gonna go to him after all. The clouds would begin start becoming darker, and start to circle around the two. Ryan had enough of this conversation listening to her complaining and saying such awful insults. "You know what!? I don't care anymore why don't you use your giant tits huh? Maybe showing them off will help ya be more successful at the company!" He argues with her, as then a bolt of lighting would struck them both. @reddeЯ

Lauren is about to make a scathing remark when lightning suddenly strikes the rooftop. Well, she assumes it strikes the rooftop, because she's fairly certain she is still alive, and nobody lives through getting struck by lightning. Either way it's bright, blindingly bright, and the thunder is so loud her ears ring. It hits with so much power it knocks her off her feet, but she doesn't hit the rooftop. How close was she to the edge? Did she fly off the edge of the roof? Well, the lightning didn't kill her, but the fall certainly will. And now Ryan is sure to get her promotion. Everything seems like slow motion. She can't see anything after the blinding flash of light, and she can only hear a loud ringing sound. But her vision is slowly clearing as she blinks the spots away, and she can see the ground, far below her, and racing up to catch her-!! @Snoopy The Pug

The bolt of lighting strikes them both as Ryan goes flying, blacking out. Was this the end of his life? Soon enough a magical swirling portal would take both Ryan and Lauren to a magical world. Ryan would be blacked out, as he lands on a plot of tall grass. An hour would go by, as Ryan would gain conscious opening his eyes to see strange trees. "Fuck...... Wait where am I? Did I die!?" He said rubbing his head, as it felt like he got his by a hard metal baseball bat. Looking at the environment it looked nothing like he was used to. Seeing strange bugs flying around and very exotic flowers. "Wow...." He said softly to himself being amazed on how beautiful the area looked. "Shit! Where's Lauren!?" He then shouts remembering that she was with him when the lightning strucked. @reddeЯ

Lauren struggles to sit up, feelingnlike she got hit by a train. It has to be the worst hangover she's ever had! How much did she drink!? She doesn't even want to open her eyes, but it feels like... she's in the dirt? Outside?! Did she bypass out outside?! At a company party?! Her eyes snap open, but it takes a minute for her brain to catch on to what she is actually looking at... And is looking back at her! Sman ear piercing shriek breaks the tranquil calm of the forest when Lauren realizes there is some sort of insect she's never seen before crawling up her leg!

Ryan and Lauren were a bit far apart, as Ryan goes looking around to see where he was. He would also be questioning where in the world is well here. "Now if I was a drunk woman that is a totally bitch where would I land? If she even got here actually...." He said to himself, before low and behold he finds her. "Had a feeling you came here too." He said seeing the insect climbing up her leg, as he quickly runs over and swats it of her. "The hell...." He said confused. Ryan would then help Lauren get up from the ground. "You alright? Out of all things I never expect dying, or where ever we are at with you." He commented. All of a sudden Ryan would notice critters start running away from the forest area they were at. He would look out to see smoke in the distance. "Ok lets save the chit chat later, but I think its maybe best we run with the animals, because something is coming." Ryan recommended seeing the smoke in the distance. @reddeЯ

"run with the animals? Whats wrong with you? That sounds like a sure way to..." she notices all the animals are running, and they are unlike a y animals she has ever seen before. Fantastical creatures, things that can't possibly be real! "Oh my God, Ryan, where are we? Where are they all going?" She asks, completely shocked by what she is seeing. "Tell me this is a dream? Why are you in my dream?!" She does start moving with the animals, though, as there seems so be so many of them all moving in the same direction. She can hardly walk until she takes off her heels, then she moves a bit faster, but it hurts her feet. @Snoopy The Pug

Before starting to move Ryan would flick her arm. "Don't think this is a dream bud." He said, as they started to run towards were the animals were going. Ryan would turn around to notice Lauren was definitely behind. He sighs for a sec as he walks over. "Just get on my back. It'll be a lot faster." Ryan suggested, as he looks out into the distance to see what was the cause of the smoke. Orcs and creatures would start appearing, as they ready to hunt for food. "Shit! We gotta go no time to think." Ryan said in a hurry, as he picks up Lauren over his shoulders, and begins to sprint away from the Orcs and creatures. Lauren was lucky to be a bit light for Ryan, as he was running for both of their lives after all. Ryan would then find a big tree, as he goes behind it putting down Lauren making a quiet sign since the creatures were walking by. The creatures were speaking, but it was definitely in a very different language for sure then what both Ryan and Lauren knew. Once the creatures were gone Ryan would take a deep breath like he was holding his breath the whole time. "Ok they're gone now. My guess there has to be a village, or maybe a town or something. If this is what I think it is then that's crazy...." He talked to Lauren, but also to himself for a little bit. "I think we maybe stuck in like a D&D game really." He said like he was thinking. @reddeЯ

she has no clue what the massive green men are, but it's easy enough to realize those are weapons they are carrying, and they are bloody. She clamps her hands over her mouth so she doesn't make a sound as Ryan runs into hiding. He puts her down and she stays close and quiet, pressed against the tree as they move past quickly. They seem distracted, like they are looking for something or someone else. Lauren stares at Ryan, then at their strange surroundings, with weird animals and green men with bloody swords, her eyes wide with shock and disbelief. "What do you think this is? Because I have no clue what is going on!" She keeps her voice low, too, despite wanting to scream. She doesn't want them to come back. @Snoopy The Pug

"Well those were mythical creatures we saw, and orcs. My guess is there has to be a town near by, so we can figure out what's really going on. I know you're gonna hate this, but it looks like we are gonna have to work together to survive this." He explains thinking, as he looks at Lauren look seeing that she was barefoot. Bending down he would take off his shoes and hands them to her. "Take them already. I already know you damn well enough that you're gonna be complaining about your feet." He said being somewhat nice. He was still a bit annoyed from their fight on the roof before getting transported to another world literally.

Ryan would then think about where to go next wondering where's the best place to start. "I suggest our best bet is to start heading towards that direction until we see some type of path really." He suggested looking around the area. "What do you think?" He would ask Lauren wondering what she would wanna do at this situation really. They were just two random people that hated each other lost in a weird mythical forest. @reddeЯ

she takes the shoes, but just stands there staring at him as he talks. He isn't making any sense. Orcs? Mythical creatures? What kind of nonsense is in this guy's head? "Things that are mythical... aren't real, Ryan. What the hell are you going on about? Did you do this? Is this something kind of hair-brained prank you and your friends came up with?!" She demands, finding it easier to blame Ryan than to accept that this could actually be happening. @Snoopy The Pug

"What!? Ok Lauren how would I be able to make us get hit by lightning from a coworkers roof at a party, and we just get here!? Oh looks like you caught me haha come on guys come on out." He said being sarcastically laughing. "Oh wait! THERE'S IS NOBODY AROUND US LAUREN. This might not be mythical, but im just going with what im thinking. For crist sake Lauren I can just ya here if to die if I wanted too." He replies being super annoyed at Lauren. "Now if you wanna die you can stay here all you want, but I'm going this way alright?" He questioned, as he already starts to walk away giving Lauren a quick choice on what to pick. "We don't got all day. Probably at night those things might come back and my guess they won't be friendly." He shouts, as he continues to walk. @reddeЯ

she really has no choice but to follow him. She's no bushwoman survivalist. There's no way she could rub two sticks together and get fire. So she puts the way to big shoes on her feet and clomps after Ryan. "Do you really think they'll come back? What are we going to do? How will we get home?" She keeps up a string of questions as they walk. She doesnt think Ryan knows the answers, but it helps her feel a little less panicked to hear someone talking. When it starts to get dark, however, her questions trail off and she silently follows him through the woods. The shadows grow deeper and more threatening. She is scratched up and bloody, bruised, and feeling fairly toasted after being struck by lightning. She would do anything for a drink of water, and it's been a long time since she had anything to eat. On top of it all, she has a throbbing hangover that just isn't going away. In short, she's absolutely miserable. @Snoopy The Pug

Looking to see Lauren catch up he couldn't help, but smile softly seeing how cute it was in a way. They had been walking for awhile, as Ryan would comfort her in anyway. "We're far enough that they won't catch us don't worry. Let's just find some type of shelter. Not worry about going home im more worried is not finding something to patch you up." He replies to her questions, as nice as possible. He was also feeling miserable too. Wasn't used to walking this much. Most importantly he would never had thought being an a fantasy world with a person he disliked at times. Ryan would squint his eyes, as he would see something odd. A structure it was, but what kind of structure. It was a well, and it didn't even look abandoned. "Is that a.... WELL!! Come on Lauren I found water." He said excited as he head over and looked down to see it was fresh water. Ryan would grab the bucket and tie it to the rope. "My grandparents used to have a well just like this. Crazy that it's looks newly built?" He questioned tossing the bucket down and getting a bucket full of fresh water. "Now takes some sips, and we'll use the rest to clean you up." He said seeing how miserable she was. @reddeЯ

Lauren eagerly drinks the water, spilling some in her haste. She doesnt care, the water tastes divine. A bit earthy, but crisp and fresh. When she's had her fill shegives the bucket back to Ryan. "Thank you. Yeah, its weird that this is here, in the middle of the woods." She agrees. Once he's had his own drink, she uses the water to wash the blood off the scratches and find out how bad it really is. None of them are very serious, though a couple have thorns she has to pluck out. Her feet are a different story. She's used to wearing heels, and wearing Ryan's too big shoes has caused blisters on her heels the the bottoms of her feet. Her heels are both bloody from the rubbing of the shoes. It's painful, making her limp as she walks. @Snoopy The Pug

Ryan would see her clean up, as he rips the sleeve of his shirt off and dunks it into the water. "Sit down. Here let me help." He said helping her take his shoes off. He would clean up the blood and massage her feet a bit to help. "I'll make sure to find you shoes that are your size. I'm guessing there's a town near by since there's a well." He said thinking. "I say we camp somewhere, but don't know where. You have any suggestions princess." He said in a teasing and joking way. He also said it to see what kind of reaction Lauren would really make. "My guess we stay here for the night since your feet. Unless you wanna hike it and see if there's a town or something." He suggested to her wondering what she was going to decide. @reddeЯ

she's not sure how to take being called princess, but she is to tired to make an issue out of it. "I'd rather not sleep outside, if it can be helped. But..." putting the shoes back on her feet while they are throbbing like they are just isn't going to happen. She sits down against a tree and buries her face in her hands hopelessly. "What are we going to do?! How did this even happen to me?! What's happening?!" She cries, her voice muffled by her hands. "What did I do to deserve this?!" She cries for a few minutes, then gets herself under control. Crying isn't going to help anything. She has to use her brain, think. Figure out what to do. "How do you think we even got here?" She asks, "maybe we can get back the same way?" @Snoopy The Pug

seeing Lauren breakdown he couldn't help, but sit down next to her and pet her head softly. "Shhh shhh. I don't know Lauren I don't know." He said softly seeing her like this. Seeing her cry for the next few minutes he couldn't help, but hug her close. "I don't think neither of us want to be shocked by lightning again. Either way we're here now and we're gonna get out together weather we like it or not. I know out of all people it had to be me, but im not letting my coworker behind." He said smiling softly showing his soft side. "Come on hop on my back. I'll carry you so you can rest." Ryan said get up and turning around. "Come on my queen your horse is here." He jokes hoping to make her atleast smile. @reddeЯ

Lauren snorts, but can't help but crack a small smile. At least this way he'll get to wear his own shoes. She's quite small, really, though even a small person is a lot of weight to carry for any distance. With his help, she climbs up on his back with her legs wrapped around him, holding on to his shoulders. Once he starts moving she can't help but let her head rest against his shoulder. She notices his hair smells nice right before she falls asleep. Lauren dreams she is at home, in her office, working frantically to finish an important project. It doesn't seem to matter how much she writes, there are always just two more lines to complete. She can hear her boss coming down the hall, but those last two lines just won't get finished. Her boss breaks down her office door, looking livid, and points at the paper. "No promotion! Lightning! Lightning! Lightning!" He shouts. Just then there's a blinding flash and thunder so loud- She wakes up and almost falls, then clutches at Ryan frantically. Once she calms down again she looks around curiously. "How long was I asleep? Where are we now?" She asks. @Snoopy The Pug

Carrying her was really no problem, as they continue the night. Ryan would hear her slowly drift to sleep on his back which he couldn't help but admire it really. Walking ever so slightly finding a path. "Well would you look at that..." He said looking at a sign that said 'This way to Everwood'. "Everwood? That's a good sign really." He said to himself, as he heard Lauren moan in her sleep. He would then finally see glimpse of the village looking peaceful with a giant tree in the middle of it. By then Ryan would feel Lauren jumping out of her sleep. "Woah there sleepy head. You been asleep for couple of hours. Found a since that said this way to Everwood. I think this is the place up there." He answered her question. "Crazy dream?" He asked being curious. @reddeЯ

"yeah, I dreamed about work. Hey, let me down, I don't want to be carried into town like this!" She says, blushing. She tries to stand but it wobbly for a moment and has to hold onto him to keep from falling. "Uh... thank you..." she says awkwardly. She looks around and spots a path worn smooth over the ground. "Oh look! That should be much easier to walk on than the forest!" She manages to get to the path and grins. "Look at that, all the way to town!" Lauren either doesn't notice or is refusing to acknowledge the fact that there doesn't seem to be a single electric light on in the town, though a few windows seem to have flickering candlelight in the. Nor does she notice the lack of cars, or even parking spaces. No pavement, even. And the sturdy little houses are all quite simple, and build from log and stone. The quiet around the sleepy little village is somewhat unnerving, once she starts to notice these things as they approach. @Snoopy The Pug

Ryan would smile a little seeing how little energetic Lauren was from her nap on his back. "About work huh? Sounds like so much fun really....." He said sarcastically, as they make it to the little town. Noticing the no electric power nor light, but candles, and lamps. "Huh interesting... Looks like there's an INN over there maybe we should check it out, and see if maybe we can get a room, or something. Entering the building it would look like a bar from old western films for sure. It would be empty, as there would be someone over the bar counter. "Just one second!" A female voice would be heard, as she pops up from behind the counter. With long blonde hair in a messy bun, with sharp point ears she smiles. "Oh my! You both look like you been through a lot." She said looking at their clothes. Ryan would then come over and speak. "Um hi I'm Ryan, and this is Lauren we were wondering if you had any extra rooms that we can hopefully stay the night?" Ryan asked hoping she would agree on seeing how gross they looked. The woman would look at Ryan, and then at Lauren. She could definitely tell they had no money, at least the kind of currency in this world. "If my husband were still alive he would say no, but I can tell you both are very kind people, plus I like her hair. Though you two are not going out looking like that. I'll request you both to have a sponge bath, and new clothes too. My name is Abigail Foremen, so if you need anything let me know. Now let me get you both towels." She said going somewhere in the back.

Ryan would then look at Lauren and shrug. "I guess she likes you I don't know?" He said softly shrugging having no idea what just happened.

she shrugs, looking around curiously. This place looks strange. Really strange. "Ryan, I think we might be in one of those Ren fair towns or something." She finally concludes, "these people are so weird, but she had those stupid ear things I've seen people wearing at concerts and stuff." It just hasn't sunk in that she isn't anywhere near home. Her mind keeps trying to rationalize things, to make sense of it all. Traveling to another world on a lightning strike is... not possible. Can't be. It's just fairy tales where that sort of thing happens. Then something her mind can't just explain away happens. A cat jumps up on the bar and stretches, unfolding a pair of wings and spreading them out as it does. When it finishes, the wings fold up over its back like they weren't even there. Lauren stares at the cat with her mouth open, completely in shock, doubting her own eyes. "Ryan?! Ryan did you see that?" She asks quietly, pointing at the cat and stepping back like it's dangerous. The cat just looks at her silently. @Snoopy The Pug

Listening to what Lauren was saying kinda annoyed him. "Hey do you wanna sleep in a bed tonight? I suggest not calling anyone weird, nor stupid because how they look." He said softly and annoyed so Abigail wouldn't hear them. Ryan was just getting annoyed and also tired since he had gotten no sleep once so ever. Seeing Lauren all of a sudden jump with her mouth open made him turn and look. Ryan would see the creature laying on the counter like it was nothing. His eyes would widen seeing a cat with wings? "Now you believe me that we're not home. To think out of all things I see it's a cat with wings." He said pointing at the cat looking creature. Soon enough Abigail would arrive back with clothing and towels. She would notice how the two are reacting to the creature. "Have you two never seen a Wat before? That's Wings he's harmless don't worry! Isn't that right buddy." She said petting him, as the cat purred flapping it's wings. "Ok the tub is upstairs on the right and I only have enough for one room, but the bed is big enough for the two don't worry." She said handing everything into Ryan's arms. Taking all the clothes, and towels Ryan would thank her turning towards Lauren. "Shall we then?" He asked Lauren seeing that she was still shocked from the "Wat" it's what they're called. @reddeЯ

she just nods, not even realizing they are expected to share a bath and bed. She nods and meekly follows Ryan, in shock as she is forced to finally admit to herself that she is a long way from home. She doesn't say a word until they are let in to a ground floor room with a large tub full of steaming hot water. She looks around the room, expecting to see... something. Abigail gives them directions to their room and leaves them to it. "There's only one bath..." she points out, then feels stupid for pointing out the obvious. "Are we... are we supposed to both get in there?" The tub is plenty big enough, but she never expected she'd be getting naked in front of ryan! @Snoopy The Pug

Seeing the tub he was surprised how big it was really, as he took it in. Finally a place to relax, until Lauren mentioned something. His face would become super red realizing what she had meant. Being in a bathtub with her!? His mind couldn't even imagine it. "W-what! No, no, no, no, nope. We will take turns duhh. I'll just ummm be waiting in our uhh room yeah!" He said blushing hard, as he gives her clothing, and a towel for her. Walking away in a fast pace his face would calm down a bit. He just couldn't imagine having any sort of relationship with her. All he could think of is the annoying, yelling, bossy co-worker she was. Was that the real her though he had thought sitting on the bed waiting for her. "Wait! I have to share a bed with her too!!" He shouts quietly realizing how crazy the situation was, but really it's nothing that crazy right? "You know what Ryan it isn't that crazy really. Just sleep on the ground.... But I really wanna sleep on the bed. Do I have to be a gentleman, and just give the bed all to her!? Why am I even talking to myself really." He said to himself. Abigail would come up to see if everything was doing alright to see Ryan having a chat with himself. "Thought you two would be bathing together sorry. Thought you two were close that's all." She said feeling sorry. "Huh no it's fine Were just work buddies really." Ryan said nervously. She would chuckle "Work buddies ok if you say so." She said heading off to where ever she needed to be. @reddeЯ

once Ryan leaves she gets busy, stripping down and washing herself outside of the tub so she doesn't get the water dirty, then hopping in to soak a bit. She doesn't let the water cool off. There's a lot, so it takes a while to cool down. When she finishes she puts on the clothes that were provided and heads to the room. "I'm finished... and... thank you for that..." she says, blushing. She has no clue why, it's just... the thought of actually bathing with Ryan is... wild. Not something she expected to come up. Just because he let her use his shoes, and carried her, and got her to this town when she would have been lost in the woods doesn't mean she's just going to strip down in front of him. She still has to compete with him for the promotion that should be hers, no questions asked! Then again, it's not even his fault the boss is a sexist prick. He can't help that he's a guy. She sits on the edge of the bed while she waits, staring at the dark outside the window, trying to figure out what she wants to do next. @Snoopy The Pug

Seeing Lauren come in with wet hair, and new clothes that looked liked medieval times he took a deep breath, and smiled. "No problem...." He said nervously, as he scoots by and enters the tub. Stripping down and just soaking in the warmth. He just wanted to stay in that bath forever if he had to pick. "Ahh that feels quite nice for once." He said to himself feeling relaxed. Once finishing the bath he would get out and dry himself up. He would then start to wonder if they would ever get back home. Putting on his clothes he would then wonder why in the world out of all people it picked us. When he was done he would enter the room seeing Lauren wet, soft red hair, as he couldn't help, but looks for a second. Ryan really never got to get a good look on how attractive Lauren can be, but no he couldn't. Why would a girl like her like him anyways, she's probably just using him like she did to get a dumb promotion at work. "Hey I'm done with my bath. You want to just have the bed, and ill sleep on the floor or something? I don't mind doing something like that." Ryan asked seeing he was only being a gentleman about it really. "Kinda weird you know us sleeping in the same bed together huh." He said with a nervous laugh not wanting to make this anymore awkward then it already had. @reddeЯ

she looks at him and raises an eyebrow. "Stop. You don't have to be like that. You carried me halfway here, do you really expect me to take the bed! Look... the bed is huge. There's plenty of room, we don't even have to be near each other." She points out. The bed is quite large, and it would be ungrateful for her to let him sleep on the floor after he was so considerate of her discomfort. Looking at him, fresh from his bath, wearing a tunic and those pants, he looks like a completely different person. She feels like a different person in this dress. For a moment she wonders if he had been given any underwear- she hadn't!- but she quickly pushes the thought away. "Its fine, I really don't mind sharing." She says to make sure he believes her. Then shenpulls the covers back and climbs on her side of the bed. "Come on, it's been a long day. I'm sure you're exhausted." @Snoopy The Pug

Seeing Lauren react that way he couldn't help it either. She was right the bed was quite big though who knows. "Yeah I guess you're right can't be that bad." He said hoping in bed with her. Ryan would then start to wonder did she get underwear because he didn't. Though the thought of that made him blush again. "Hey Lauren I was gonna get your promotion wasn't I? I would have denied it and recommend it to you. I can see why you hated me all this time because I'm a guy that gets everything. You deserve it more then me. You working litterally all night fixing my mistakes. Well this time im gonna make sure we get home and you get that promotion. I say tomorrow we talk to people around the town and see what they think. We'll probably have to work to get whatever they use for money." He spoked realizing what Lauren was really mad about. "Anyways get some sleep night." He then said rolling away of her and closing his eyes finally getting some peace. @reddeЯ

Ryan's final words before going to sleep make her feel conflicted. She knows she deserves the promotion. She has worked at the company longer, and always given everything to the work she does. For Ryan to acknowledge that is big. Important. Validating in a way she didn't know she needed. It makes her feel... warm. Noticed. Good in a way she hasn't felt since Ryan got hired. Falling asleep he would start to have a dream about him in a place where is just clouds. "Where am I?" He asked himself being super confused, though he would figure he was dreaming, or was he? By then a mysterious figure would fly towards him, and land like an angel with blue skin. "Hello Ryan. Probably wondering why you were summoned here?" The blue angel had spoked to him. He looked confused, like how did the thing knew its name really. "Wait were you the one that summoned me to this crazy world with my co-worker?" Ryan asked demanding for an answer, as he was confused and frustrated. The angel would look confused with its white eyes. "Co-worker? It was supposed to be just you was it not? Either way you were summoned here to help save our world. You see the Demon ruler of this world has been destroying the land, and we need you to kill him for us to be saved." The angel explains showing pictures of the historical moments of the great war. Ryan looking totally confused, as why show him all of this really? "So, you want a normal human to basically stop an all out war before anything massive happens? One that's a very crazy, and dumb idea to you know summon a man, and woman who have like no powers! What makes you think I believe you?" Ryan replied trying to have a decent conversation with the angel, but just ended up with him arguing, and yelling at this blue looking angel. "Because if you do this I'll summon both you and your friend back to when you left. You'll have powers, don't worry. You'll just have to discover them within to harness them." The angel would say answering all of Ryan's questions. "Alright I see how this is. Ya whatever I'll believe ya until I see it with my own eyes." He said not really understanding the angel. The angel would be in disappointed with his response, as he would send Ryan back to his place waking up seeing that it was early in the morning. "Stupid dream.." He said to himself getting out of bed not waking up Lauren.

Slowly getting out of his room he would come downstairs to see different creatures at the bar. A gnome, half elves, even people that had cat, or wolf ears. Abigail would see that Ryan was up and wave him over to the counter. "Morning strange one! What will it be for the morning? We got Eggs, toast, zookle." She said listing the menu for breakfast. "Zookle? what is that?" He asked being super confused on what that was. "You never heard of Zookle? Wow you really aren't around here huh?" She then said wiping down the counters. "I'll just have eggs for me, and my friend once she wakes up... Hey do you know where I can earn money?" Ryan would order, but also ask being curious really what was the best way to earn some money in this world. "Two plates of eggs coming up then! Well other then selling yourself for sex which is a big no no, I say bounty hunting is the best way really. Ginby the gnome here does a lot of it actually. I'm sure he'll be willing to show you the ropes. Isn't that right Ginby?" Abigail said smirking looking at the gnome next to Ryan. Ginby looks at Ryan and then back at Abigail blushing. she wakes up fairly easily and smiles at Ryan groggily. When she sees the plate of food she grabs it and starts eating. She didnt eat any dinner that she can remember. Her headache is gone, and while her feet still hurt, she can walk on them. Her hair is loose and because she doesn't have a straightener, loosely curled in big waves down her back to rest on the bed. Her sleepy smile is completely unguarded. "I'm so hungry, thank you Ryan!" She says between bites. Clearly she is a very different sort of person when she isn't in 'work' mode, and that person is much friendlier. "I dreamed I was at home, getting ready for work. It was all so frantic, I was so late. Waking up here was... kinda nice. This bed is really comfortable, I slept great." She says as she eats, taking bites between words. She smiles at Ryan again, seeming to wake up a bit. "Have you eaten?" She looks at him suspiciously, as though expecting he will not be honest.

"Really waking up here in a whole new world is nice? Alright I'll take your word for it really." He said smiling seeing how hungry she was. "I have my plate right here don't worry goofball." He said grabbing his plate, as he begins to eat breakfast with her. "Today is gonna be a big day. A gnome name Ginby is gonna be helping us collect bounties for exchange of money and clothing, and basically everything we need to live really." He responded while eating the eggs. "Huh, interesting I think the eggs taste way better here then the real world, or maybe it's just me being very excited to eat some food for once." He chuckles finishing his food, as he places his plate down, and waited for Lauren to finish. Ryan would start to think about that dream really. Could he wield mythical powers, and if so what would they even be really? "Alright come on get up! We got a big day. Lets go princess you don't got anything to do like makeup or what, so come on. We'll even get you new shoes." Ryan said smiling being excited, as he wanted to go out, and have an amazing adventure. she slips out of bed, smoothing her skirt down self consciously. It has surprisingly few wrinkles for having been worn all night. When Ryan calls her princess again she looks up, startled, but chooses not to comment. Because, really, if she is to be in a fantasy type world, she would definitly be a princess. She follows Ryan out to the front room and offers a smile to the bartender. These people all look so strange to her, but she manages not to stare as she is introduced to Ginby. @Snoopy The Pug

Ryan would head down where Ginby was and wave. "Alright Ginby We are ready to head out!" Ryan said excited, as Ginby analyzed both him and Lauren. "She doesn't have shoes? Oh dear... This maybe worse then I thought. You're lucky miss Abigail convince me to do this with free drinks." Ginby said hopping off the chair to the ground, and wobbling his way to the door. Ryan would then hold Lauren's hand, and follow the friendly gnome, as we see everyone outside having fun. "Oh wow I didn't realized how many people lived here..." Ryan said seeing all the children playing games with a ball. "Well hurry now. We don't have all day to watch everyone hmm." Ginby said as there first stop was a clothing shop. They would enter the building, as other gnomes would be making clothing and even shoes. "Now here is where you two are gonna be getting your adventure outfits yes. Specially this cutie right here. Making her barefooted. how rude really tsk tsk. Go look around, and see what you like." He said sitting down on a chair waiting for Lauren and Ryan to pick something. Looking around Ryan would automatically find something interesting to him really. It was a blackish brown leather jacket making him look like Indiana Jones really. "Remember don't focus on style, but mainly how you are gonna move in the outfit. It has buckles across the front, and a black velvet liner. She loves it. "It fits so well!" She says when she tries it on and comes out to show Ryan. She's smiling brightly, with her long hair pulled back in a ponytail. She looks completely different from how she ever looked at work. The color looks wonderful with her red hair and pale skin. Looking around the room he couldn't find anything to be what we would want really. Once hearing Lauren he turns, and sees her in that amazing dress. "Wow you look stunning....." He said being shocked looking at her admiring her pale slim body in the outfit. "You look like you fit in this world... I still don't have anything. Nothing in this shop looks good to me. Unless your a woman really." He said looking around. One of the gnome workers would come out and see that Ryan was having a hard time on his pick. "You know we do custom orders if you can't find what you're looking for." The gnome worker told Ryan to Remind him. With an idea in his mind it would stuck him. "Right so have you ever seen Star Wars? Wait never mind give me a paper and something to write." Ryan said asking the worker. The gnome shrugged and walked over to grab paper, and a feather. Handing it back to Ryan he would begin to sketch what the outfit would look like. The gnome's would start to look at it while he drew to see if they could even make something even close to that. "You guys think you could make that?" He asked them, as the main gnome looks at it. "Well it does look unusual, but it we can make this work." They said, as they would begin to grab Ryan measurements. Soon after the measurements were taken Ryan would pick what type of cloth, and thick leather that would go into it. The gnomes would begin sowing like their was no tomorrow. Seeing all the sowing gadgets work around the room like they were in a Dr. Seuss book for sure. Ginby would look, and see the outfit being made, as he was amazed at what they were doing. Once finally complete Ryan would look at the suit. "It looks perfect...." He said admiring at what the gnomes had made. "Well go try it on already dingus!" A worker said. By then Ryan would go to the changing area and zip into his new outfit, as he looks at the mirror. "Damn I look good." He said admiring at the outfit.

Coming out of the changing room he would look at the workers, then at Laruen. "Well what do you think? Not too nerdy, but badass enough to kick some monsters don't you think?" He asked Laruen wondering what she would think of the outfit. Did he really care what Lauren thought about the outfit? Why would he think that, as he would start to question. Lauren looks at the clothes Ryan has made and raises an eyebrow. He looks good, really good. He looks like he belongs here, dressed like that. After a long moment she realizes she is staring and blushes before rubbing her arm nervously and looking away. How can Ryan of all people make her feel like... this?! "You look really good, too. I like that color on you." She says awkwardly. Then she hears Ginby mention weapons. Unexpectedly, it seems to pique her interest quite a lot. The shop had many of items really. Swords, spears, axes, maces. You name it really and they 100% will have it. Ginby would walk in and go towards the rings. "These rings can help you cast spells if you wanna learn to do all of that, but it takes lots of time." Ginby said smiling softly. Looking around the shop Ryan would already know what he had wanted. He would look at the rings and grab an interesting green one. After that he would grab a basic sword. "There that does it for me. How about you princess." He teases Lauren by patting her shoulder. The reason he started to tease her more was because he started to notice that Lauren was acting weird. Already all of a sudden she starts actually liking what Ryan does. It was just very odd for the two, but was it because they were in a whole new world? Either way it was just strange for him to really become reality. Ginby would look to see if they had pick there stuff and surprised to see that they did. "Alright now we can finally start the adventure. Today's target will be catching mushrooms." Ginby said walking out and leading the two towards the area. "Wait mushrooms!? Seriously? That's easy really." Ryan said not realizing what he said he was gonna regret. Ginby laughed hearing what Ryan had said. "Alright tough guy you think you can do it be my guess. They're just right over there." Pointing towards the direction Ryan would see they aren't ordinary mushrooms. They were mushrooms creatures that were basically ruining the forest. Ryan would be brave enough and go up to them holding his sword out. "Alright mushrooms im warning you back off." He said being brave. The mushroom would wack his sword out of his hand and begin to chase him, as it was looking like a silly cartoon chase. "Ok, ok, ok im sorry!!" Ryan yelled being the goofball he was. @reddeЯ

Lauren would take more time in the arms shop. She examines each weapon and asks questions about all of them. After considering carefully, she chooses what she thinks will work best for her. She ends up with a chain and sickle set, a beautiful shortsword, and a set of three throwing knives. She does peruse the enchanted rings, and upon hearing one is a ring of the blade master, she doesn't hesitate to select it. When Ginby sees that all of the weapons she chose are made from a beautiful black metal that's adorned with an almost ethereal purple detail work, he let's out a string of curses in a language they've never heard before. "Abigail is going to owe me big for this!" He grumbles as he counts out gold coins. "Veldans steel! Veldans steel! And a ring of the blade master to boot!" He turns and sends a glare at Ryan. "You're girlfriend has got some expensive tastes, boy! And an eye for quality! You have your hands full with this one!" He warns. Lauren takes the purchases and first secures the throwing knives in their custom sheath to her thigh, then the sword goes in its sheath on her back. Finally, the chain and sickle set are secured in their own custom sheaths behind her waist, where the handles are easily accessible if she crosses her arms and hugs herself. The ring of the blademaster is, to her delight, a lovely purple ring that matches well. When they are shown the mushroom creatures, she watches to see what will happen when Ryan confronts them. She has come to terms with the fact that she knows none of the rules of this world, and takes nothing for granted. She is ready to learn. "How would you confront them, Ginby?" Ginby would watch Ryan running around like a silly cartoon character he was, and then looks at Lauren. "Well since your boyfriend is running around like a dumb idiot. I suggest this, since he has them in a group why don't you use your expensive chain and sickle and find a way to cage them. Once done I can summon my cage wagon, and we can bring them back and get the rewards. Though I still wonder what do you see in him? Don't get all blushy wushy I see how you look at him while we were walking. How do you know each other?" Ginby said, but also wanted to get to know the people that he's training better. Ginby was also admiring how Ryan was doing still. "Little help you guys!!!" Ryan shouts seeing both Lauren and Ginby just relaxing, and enjoying the show really. "You're doing amazing don't worry buddy! No he isn't..." Ginby shouts back, and then whispers to Lauren. Ryan would look around the environment that he was in and start to think of ways to maybe perhaps contain the creatures really. He would look towards the mushrooms and swing his sword. "Get back! That's it stay close to each other." He said to the mushrooms, as they just looked at the sword being confused on what was really going on. Ginby would chuckle while watching Ryan, as he was just amazed on what he was doing. "You know he's doing wrong by the way? He isn't thinking about working as a team, and instead is working by himself.... Reminds me of an Elf I trained..... He got swallowed up by a flesh eating plant." She grabs the handles of the Sickles- Immediately, as though they had a mind of their own, her hands shift and grip the weapon differently, better. With a smile, she draws just one of them and advances on the mushrooms, swinging the chain in a large circle. The weight on the end produces a deep whistle as it picks up speed. Once she is close enough, her arm darts out and the weight flies through the air, wrapping the chain around two of the mushrooms. She pauses, looking at them as they struggle. "You said to catch them, right?" She asks, unsure about what to do next. She's never caught anything, let alone weird little mushroom men. @Snoopy The Pug

Ryan would watch Lauren wrap two of the mushrooms, as the other two would start to run away. "I got them!" Ryan shouted running after them. Ginby would summon the cage wagon, and open the door. "Put them in here. Not bad for a first timer, though next time I think you can get all of them." Ginby said being very impressed by Lauren. Ryan would run more towards the deep forest, as he jumps and finally grabs the two. "Gotcha!!! OW hey stop that no no oww." Ryan said, as the mushrooms were biting him. Ginby would watch Lauren, as she tosses the two mushrooms into the cage. "You know you don't have to be hard on the boy really. Sure, as you can tell that was really rough to even watch, but he'll come around. I hated my coworkers too. That's until I met my wife Ariel. She was the bosses daughter, but I never thought I see a beautiful woman like her." Ginby mentioned smiling softly, as he pulls out a picture of his wife, and kids. "Not saying you don't have to fall in love with the guy. That's something you have to do. I'm saying be thankful that he is willing to be by your side." He said giving advice thinking that they would be a special kind of couple. After walking a bit of distance Ryan would look miserable with dirt all over him, his hair all messed up, plus some bite marks on his arms, as he tosses the last two into the cage. "Why didn't you guys helped me!?" Ryan said a bit annoyed that the two were just standing there, and just having a light conversation. Ginby chuckled seeing how roughed up Ryan was when looking at him. "Well it looked liked you had everything under control. She helped ya a little. At least thank her really, by getting her a present with your rewards!" He said messing with Ryan, as he jumps in the drivers seat. "Well come on we don't got all day now." Hearing Lauren vent Ginby thought it was somewhat interesting, as Ginby didn't know what a college was, as it didn't exist in this world. When hearing her little snort Ginby would raise his eyebrow and whip Lauren's leg with the rope he was using to control the horses. "I've heard enough from you. You better say something nice to him, or all your clothes, and gear goes bye bye. Remember who bought it...." Ginby Narrowed his eyes at her, as he whips the horses to start moving. He would then walk back giving one bag to Ryan. "There you go that's your guys share. Now you know how things work here. I guess I better be off. The wife might be worried about me. Nice to have our little chat miss Lauren." Ginby said waving to them, as he heads off to his ware about. Ryan would put the bag in his pocket, as he looks at Lauren. Abigail was always kind to her customers, so she know how to understand things. "What about you Lauren? I see you picked a really pretty outfit. It's difficult to maintain her disdain for Ryan when Abigail makes it look so easy to just be friendly with them both. When Ryan mentions Ginby seeming to like her, she flashes a smile at him. She never had many people she would call "friends", but she always told herself that didn't matter. It was a trend that continued at work. It was asking me to kill it, and it said if we do it'll summon us back to where we were before we got here like nothing ever happened. By then a elf and a goblin would be arguing in the background, as the goblin was a bit tipsy. "You green Freak don't know anything about the elf lands, as we stand and protect the area from the demon's and orcs that are being summoned by the demon ruler." He then turned around seeing Lauren standing there looking to be and sound cheerful. "Sorry human dinner isn't gonna buy me anything. Unless you have something else in mind then we can talk about what you want then...." The elf had said, as he examines Lauren's body. Ryan Would come outside to see where she had gone off too. Lauren has very mixed feelings about what just happened. She had intended to get the elf to talk more about the demons and the elf kingdom, a direct source of information. But Ryan had interfered- to protect her. She really hadn't thought the elf was going to do something like that. He isn't even the same species, she'd never... considered something like that. She never would have expected an elf to do something like that anyway! In a way it's nice to know humans aren't the only ones depraved enough for that kind of behavior. On the other hand, she only just now realized she's been in danger this whole time and wasn't even aware of it! While she's sure that her ring of the blade master and newly acquired weapons would have been more than the elf had been looking for, she also has no interest in hurting anybody. Regardless of if she could handle it or not, Ryan had actually protected her! He didn't have to do that, but he did. She doesn't know what to make of it. Was it because he felt like he had to? Meanwhile what did you guys wanna know about the map?" Abigail said being her worried motherly self on the two. "It's fine we can talk about the map later we just wanted to know safest path to it looks to be Everleaf. They may know a way for us to get home why I was going to ask, but for now I rather keep this gal safe right now." Ryan said being honest really. Abigail would pull out a huge put, and put it over a fire, as she adds in water and types of vegetables. Lauren walks back inside with Ryan, still trying to figure out how she feels about what just happened. When Abigail offers her a bath, she practically races for it. It's not that she wants to get away from Ryan, she just wants to be alone for a bit. The bath is just as luxurious as Abigail had promised, the water so hot she gasps and has to ease herself in slowly. The room is full of lovely steam, and she sinks into the huge tub up to her ears. It really is nice to have hot water. She supposes they really are lucky to have it, here. She hasn't seen any sign of plumbing in the room with the tub, just the drain on the floor. Abigail must heat the water and haul it in to fill the tub. That sounds like a lot of work, she makes a mental note to thank the woman again. She scrubs herself with the floral soap Abigail left for her and enjoys the water while she tries to process what happened. She manages to calm down some, but she still can't sort out her feelings about it. She gets out of the water and gets dressed again. On her way out the door she pauses when she sees herself in the mirror. She doesn't recognize herself. She looks completely different. It makes sense though. New world, new career, new self. She doesn't even feel like the old Lauren. She likes it, this new Lauren that seems to be emerging. She spins the ring of the blade master on her finger and flashes a smile at herself. She actually looks good. Better than she's ever looked. Her new clothes make her body look incredible, with a curvy waist and it pushes her breasts up, making them appear more full. The light purple compliments her pale skin tone and red hair. She doesn't even need makeup. When she heads out to join Ryan and Abigail for dinner she flashes a brilliant smile at Ryan. Ryan would look at Lauren seeing how eager she is to do this. He smiles and pats her head. "Easy now tiger. We don't have any supplies to go out on our adventure anyways yet. Being here might be awhile." He pointed out knowing they were poor since they only barely made money recently. Abigail would go and look at her safe where she keeps all her money. Coming back with a pouch of coins. "Here to help you on your way. This isn't much but you'll need it. I'll also get you sleeping bags and make you guys food. If you guys wanna get an early start I suggest heading to bed now. Plus might as well enjoy a bed together since you two won't be in one for awhile~" Abigail teases and helps the two, as they had earned her trust. Ryan would nod, as he looks at the map again, and then back at Lauren looking refreshed and beautiful actually being all cleaned. "Well, I guess that means we're going to bed then. Lauren pauses when Ryan takes his shirt off, surprised by how good-lookong he is. She blushes when he catches her looking. "Um... no, I don't mind." She says awkwardly, removing her own jacket and laying it over the back of a chair. She sits on the edge of the bed to take her boots off. Then she unstraps the throwing daggers from her thigh and sets them and the chain and Sickles, and the shortsword aside. It's strange to carry weapons like this. Hearing Lauren question he would sit down with her and look at her hair. Being soft, and flowing he looks. "Well I wouldn't cut all of it if that's what your saying." Really do whatever you want, and I'll support it no matter what really." He said taking off his boots, and sword. "Tomorrow is gonna be a new day, and a new journey ahead of us. Something felt different though, seeing how different she looked in fantasy armor, the way she acted with him during this journey, how beautiful she looked. Ryan saying that, and the way he looked at her, has her all sorts of confused. She isnt beautiful! She's not ugly, but nothing special. And he's not supposed to make her get all awkward, with butterflies in her stomach! This is Ryan, she doesn't even like him! Well... she didn't like him. Right now he's her only friend in a place that's so far from home. There's no way she could get home without him. Realizing just how alone they are here makes her feel extremely grateful for Ryan being here with her. She lays down on her side of the bed and pulls the covers over herself. Briefly, she considers moving closer to him. Just to feel his warm body against hers, so she doesn't feel so terribly alone. She turns over to face him, but doesn't move any closer. Seeing that she was confused he wouldn't do anything else, so he wouldn't make her anymore uncomfortable at this point. Ryan would then lay down with Lauren, as he would see her looking looking at him, as they lay down. Moving closer he would close his eyes and rest. Eventually falling asleep they would somehow end up cuddling each other in their sleep being super cute together. Like they would act like they we're an actual couple, maybe it was because of how close and trusting they got that made them like this. The next morning Ryan would wake up first seeing Lauren's head on his chest. His eyes would adjust to what he was seeing, before his eyes would widen up, and his face to begin blushing like crazy. 'Holy shit!? Is this really happening? I know we didn't do anything last night, but what made her do this? Either way it's actually kinda nice really...' He said in his head, as he didn't want to wake Lauren up from her deep sleep. He would then look around to see if he could do anything to maybe get out, and not wake her, since what if she did wake up now? Just imagining all the crazy possibilities Lauren would do when waking up. She could probably wake up, and act nothing really happen, and contuine on life. Maybe she could wake up all flustered acting like they did something last night when in reality they didn't do anything. Ryan would could definitely see Lauren waking up, and seeing her smacking him right in the face for being some type of pervert. Either way Ryan was just prepare to see the results of what may happen. Lauren wakes up slowly, only vaguely aware of being cuddled up to something warm. She smiles, still not fully awake. She hasn't even opened her eyes when she realizes she can feel a heartbeat under her head. She opens her eyes slowly to see Ryan's bare chest, her own hand resting on his stomach. She must have cuddles up to him while they were sleeping! Now she doesn't want to move. She can't see his face, but guesses he must still be asleep. His arm is wrapped around her, and it just feels good to be so close and warm. After a few minutes of enjoying this, though, she has to end it. She gently gets up, trying not to disturb him. As soon as she pushes herself up on her hands, she looks to see if he is awake. On impulse, she lowers her head to press her lips against his in a very chaste, innocent, brief kiss. Feeling the kiss he couldn't help, but blush so hard he quickly got out of bed, and grabbed his shirt rushing downstairs too see if Abigail was awake. Luckily she was, and was packing two backpacks for both Lauren, and Ryan. "Abigail I need a drink fast!" He said blushing brightly not knowing what to do really. Abigail would look up and the tomato face looking man that was Ryan at this moment. "What happened with you? Everything alright?" She asked confused, as she only pours him a cup of water. "Nope nothing really happened don't worry!" He said nervously quickly while drinking the water fast. This would make Abigail question things on what happened. "I'll be right back mister." She said walking upstairs to see where Lauren was. Not being able to see where she was she assumed she was in the bathroom, as she knocks on the door. "Lauren you alright in there? Ryan came down looking like his head was gonna explode. You ok if I come in?" She asked, but also chuckled a little bit. Abigail wondered if Lauren needed some girl talk at this moment. Meanwhile, Ryan would be at the bar with the empty cup that was water, and starts to think. Did that kiss really meant anything? No, it couldn't be right? Ryan would start to think of all the times he was with Lauren at work, and also here, but something was different. Lauren quickly splashes water on her red face and takes a deep breath to calm herself, then let's Abigail in the bathroom. Is it so strange to think he might be discovering things about himself, too? You're in a land where magic is real, elves exist, and nothing is ever what it seems. You were brought here for a reason. Things are going to be very different. But I bet, throughout it all, you're going to be glad you have Ryan with you. You two share a connection. It's why you came here together, I'm sure of it. Seeing Lauren come down the stairs was odd for Ryan. He didn't want to say anything to mess anything up. Abigail would notice the tension between the two for sure just by looking at them both. Hope maybe this is all over you guys can visit me again?" She asked smiling softly. Ryan would be digging into the food, since it was so damn good. "Yeah we'll try!" She said softly to her, as she probably didn't want Ryan to know. Ryan would figure out quickly is cloth tubes would be their version of tampons, and blood weeks is periods. Since he was being such a fast eater, Ryan would be done eating, as he gets up. "Thanks for the meal Abigail. I'm gonna get dressed, and we should head out then." Ryan mentioned, as he heads upstairs. Putting on his boots, then his shirt making sure it looked good on him, then so putting on his ring and sword on him. He would then be ready to go, as he makes his way back downstairs looking at the bags that both Lauren, and him will being carrying. "Alright now we wait on you slow eater." When Abigail mentions the what she quickly deduces to be her period, Lauren blushes crimson and almost ends up wearing her breakfast. "Oh! Uh... right, thank you." She says awkwardly. "Actually I did and it tasted amazing actually." He teases back seeing that she was in a good mood. When seeing Lauren come back down Ryan would do the same with his bag. Abigail would smile brightly hugging Lauren back. "Of course, I'll miss you both. Make sure to keep him on his toes." Abigail chuckles to Lauren. She would then also hug Ryan, and whisper something to him. "Make sure you protect her...." she says. Ryan would nod, as he signals Lauren it's time to go. Once leaving Ginby would walk by seeing that they were leaving. "Leaving already huh? Well those things I got you will protect ya." He said waving at them. "Will do Ginby!" Ryan says, as they walked out of town. "Welp here we go. First stop is the twilight waters to get to the dwarf Mines. Just let me know if you need a break or anything really." Ryan said wanting to make sure Lauren know. Though Ryan wanted to talk about the kiss since they were alone now, but didn't know how to even bring it up at this point. The silence doesn't bother her, despite how awkward it is. It's less awkward than any conversation they need to have. She keeps her eyes on the road ahead as they walk. This time she has much more appropriate footwear. The walking is much easier. Especially since they are traveling a well-worn road. They even pass a couple of people. The landscape is beautiful. Breathtaking views greet them around every bend in the path. It provides plenty of distraction to help put off any conversation.

Looking at the area he would admire it seeing how beautiful it looked. "Wow this looks beyond beautiful...." he said looking around, as he then looks at Lauren while they were walking. They would need to get to the other side in order to get a boat across the area. "Look im ok cuddling, but that kiss..... Did you mean it or something? I.... I don't know." Ryan goes on being confused on really what to even think about them. Ryan would then notice something as he puts his hand out. "Wait stop look...." Ryan said pointing from a distance. From the distance an adorable white and red fur fox would pop up with multiple tails. The creature would walk around in the wild. "I think we shouldn't mess with it. It may be cute, but it could kill us." Ryan says softly, as the creature sees the two and sits down looking at them. @reddeЯ

The fox is a perfect distraction from having to answer his question. She doesnt want to answer because, well, she really doesn't know the answer. Ryan is so very different, and so is she. She thinks she might actually like him, here at least. "What do you mean, it looks harmless." She says about the fox, but grips a sickle anyway without meaning to. The fox would look at the woman tilting it's head, slowly getting up it would walk over to Lauren, and smile gently. "Maybe it is friendly?" Ryan questioned it, as he goes in his bag and grabs a small peace of food for the fox. The fox would see the food look at Ryan like it was a cute little puppy opening it's mouth, while sticking it's cute tongue out. "Well hi there buddy. Looks like you are pretty friendly huh?" Ryan said giving the treat to the fox, and petting it softly. The fox didn't mind it, as it ate the little snack that Ryan had in his hand. "Whelp we gotta go little buddy. Sorry we can't keep ya." Ryan said to the fox, as both Lauren, and Ryan would begin walking again. To think Ryan hadn't fully change, as a person in this world. This was just another side of Ryan that Lauren would have never had saw if they kept going to work everyday, instead of being stuck in another world really. While they kept walking Ryan would notice that the fox was following them. "Looks like someone wants to join our adventure?" Ryan said to Lauren, as the Fox made a cute bark noise, as it's 7 tails would wag cutely, as her fur would being to sparkle being the cutest fox ever. Ryan was had such a warm heart for any animals really just depends to him. "You know Lauren. This fox kinda reminds me of you. Look, it has the red fur, and the cute smile you always make too, plus also wanting to be by my side really huh isn't that right fox." He teases Lauren, as the fox would smile, and hop around with it's tiny little legs. As they continue walking the tiny little fox would be walking by them like their little dog that they owned. Ryan wouldn't mind it, but he wondered what Lauren thought really having an adorable mystical creature joining their little group. "Hoping maybe we could get to the docks by sun down. I think there is a little town there, so maybe we don't have to sleep on the ground tonight if we make some distance. Though if we don't make it we can always make a

Lauren is apprehensive about the animal. She's never had a pet. They make her uncomfortable. She eyes the fox warily, wondering why it doesn't just go off on it's own. "Ryan, why is it still following us?" She asks, "does it want more food? Can we just leave some here for it?" When he mentions getting to a populated place she picks up her pace. The fox won't follow them into town... she hopes. "Right, then let's make it to town!" She's also never slept outside, aside from waking up in this world with Ryan. Camping was never something she took any interest in.

Ryan said, as the fox would start to walk up and walk beside Lauren giving her a bit of space being oh so adorable really. Walking through the forest Ryan would admire the trees, the leaves, the way the forest sounded like really. It indeed sounded very different then the one in the real world. Soon enough hearing some wild birds chirping Ryan would be able to get a view of the docks. Luckily it only took them about 5hr walk, but really it felt fast because of how crazy the world looked. The fox would be right behind them the whole time following them. "Well would you look at that this place actually doesn't look that bad. Kinda looks like a planet you would see in star wars really." Ryan said admiring the dock city. The whole city was on the dock, as creatures from different species would be all over the place. By the Ryan's stomach would growl, as he makes a embarrassed face hoping no one would of heard that. "Come on guy's lets get something to eat I'm starving really. Kinda miss Abigail's cooking not gonna lie." Ryan says laughing a little before walking down on the dock. There would be tons of fish stands, as Ryan looked to see what crazy new types of fish was there. Just then something crazy would happen then. The fox that has been following them had ran off, as Ryan would look around to see where had it gone off too. Just then from the distance you could see the fox running from a shopper with a fish in it's mouth. The fox would then jump into Lauren's arms. "Hey is that your pet!? That animal stole some of my valuable exotic fish from my stand!!" A fish seller would yell at Lauren seeing that she was in some kind of trouble now. Ryan would see this, and go straight towards them to see what was actually going on. "Hey now don't blame her how much was the fish anyway?" Ryan would ask wondering since fish can't be that expensive right? Think again really. "

When the fox leaps at her, Lauren automatically catches it. It's a purely reflexive move, and she instantly wishes she had batted the thing away. The shopkeeper gives the price of the fish, and she is shocked when Ryan pays it, but manages to keep her mouth shut until the merchant leaves. "Why did you pay that?!" She snaps, dropping the fox abruptly. "That man just ripped us iff! There's no way a single fish cost that much! We could have just given him the stupid fish back!" She kicks at the fox in frustration and anger. It dodges her foot and growls at her from just out of reach. "You stupid animal! You just cost us all our money!
