Till death do us part, that is the promise Zéphyrine made at the alter, Infront of all their friends and family, on her wedding day. A promise that made her feel as if all her hopes and dreams would come true, and it made her excited. Excited to live, excited to breath, excited to just be with the man she loved, and just be happy. Their wedding was her dream, she couldn't imagine a better and perfect life. But that was 5 years ago. Now, Zéphyrine couldn't remember why she married him. They fought every day, about the smallest of things, that didn't even matter. They shouted at each other, spouting hateful and hurtful things towards each other. It has gotten to the point that they now are living in separate bedrooms, he stayed in the guest room, while she stayed in the master bedroom. Their life was a mess, and she was so done with it all. She had given up everything for him. Her dream job, her status as the best lawyer in new york, her home in Brooklyn. She gave it all up to marry him, and now their marriage was failing, and she had no idea what to do from here, she had completely given up. But for some odd reason her husband had convinced her to come to marriage counseling with him. So that's where they were now, sitting on opposite sides of the couch, in silence, she glared at the floor, ready to go home and get back to her work. She couldn't believe they were there, their hour session was finally coming to a close and so far all they have done is scream at each other. She was starting to lose hope again. Their therapist Dr picani smiled softly. "I know you both feel, as if the marriage is already over. Done, washed away, not worth it. But I'm here to let you know, it is worth it. This is just a small bump in the road, and I am going to help you both rekindle your love." He said softly, carefully giving them both notebooks. she shook her head hugging herself tightly. "You knew my personality, when you married me. Why am I suddenly the issue ?" She asked her heart breaking the more she spoke. "Is it because I cannot make us a family? I told you I'm not comfortable adopting yet." She said her anger suddenly put the window and replaced with sadness, and hurt. This had been the only topic they had been devastated on, Zéphyrine had found out she wasn't able to have kids, she had been devastated and had sobbed to Jackson for months. Jackson looked like he was about to say something but it was useless cause in the end family was always the deal breaker in the conversation. They drive back home having silence the whole way before he’d go to his own room closing the door wanting nothing but quiet. @Ken

she stayed in the car..she let her tears fall, of course it was about that. She had been so stupid to believe it wasn't. She had hopped he would understand , but aparently he didn't. After a few hours, she Finally came inside, sitting in the livingroom, working on her letter to him, she ended up writing quiet a few, wiping her tears as she did so, wishing and longing for them to be back to how they use to be. but she couldn't handle being the blame anymore, this conciling was their last chance. She carefully pulled a blanket over her, carefully pulling up her phone, typing something in it, before she would write in the book, writing in English was alot harder then speaking, so she was glad she had a dictionary to help her. @Mando AKA Gavan

Jackson sighed as he spent those hours being Hateful towards himself as he didn’t mean to say those words but it was what he felt. After a couple hours he wrote a few letters to her about how he remembered the time they met and the time they also spent together just enjoying each other’s company. And after awhile he remembered the time he was told that she wouldn’t be able to make children being infertile. He never had a problem with the thought, well he did cause he always wanted children but she couldn’t plus she didn’t know what to do about adoption and how she’d handle it. He figures out he does have a resentment, he was being selfish against her for that. After awhile it was midnight and so he decided to go to the kitchen to get some water while he saw that Zeph was ok the couch sleeping. He couldn’t help be look at her and feel awful a bit. She slept with such peace he missed seeing it when he woke up. After a while he made sure she was very much asleep, he picked her up and then took her to her bed. What was once his and her room was now only hers, he tucked her in and then went to leave closing the door so he could sit on the couch watch tv and think to himself. @Ken

Zéphyrine woke up around 6 the next morning. She slowly sat up , looking around confused. Wondering how she got there. She carefully got up, changing into her day clothes. She looked in the mirror, deciding she should start today diffrent. Maybe making Jackson breakfast would be a good start, she could try. She took a deep breath, going down stairs to the kitchen to make his favorite breakfast, in hopes this would start their day off to a better note, like they use to do. @Mando AKA Gavan

Jackson had slept on the couch instead of his room so when he woke up he smelled the aroma of breakfast being cooked so he sat up and looked around before seeing Zeph. “What are you cooking?” He asked as he puts on his glasses walking over to see what she was making. @Ken

I thought you'd like to start your day with your favorite breakfast."She replied carefully Turing back to the stove making sure she didn't burn anything. Jackson was surprised that she would do that for him as he’d have a hard time to say anything but would say. “Well…thank you. And yeah, I know you fall asleep on the couch a lot so being in your bed would be better.” He said before he went ti go make some coffee while he kept silent cause he didn’t know what to say. @Ken

She nodded sofrly as she hummed. "So...I was thinning about what we talked about yesterday?" She admitted Turing to look at him. "And the letters I wrote...I'm sorry for being unfair." Jackson nodded and then gave her a cup of coffee along for himself as he gives hers. “When ever you want to, I’m not pressuring you.” He said as he pours some sugar and creamer in his coffee. “I just, want us to be ok.” @Ken

She nodded softly "I appreciate you wanting to wait Jackson. I want to tell you, I'm just....scared to." She admitted softly as she sighed, holding the cup of coffee close as she hummed softly. "I want us to be okay as well...I just don't know how to help us." @Mando AKA Gavan

Later that day, Zéphyrine went to Jackson and sat beside him. She gave a soft heavy sigh as she looked at him, she had an old shoebox in her hands. "Hey, so I have been thinking about what the therapist said, and I'm willing to tell you a bit about me, not alot but a little." She admitted taking a deep breath before she looked at him, having a sad anxious look. "I grew up in a not so loving family, my mother was addicted to multiple different substances, and my father...well I didn't meet him until I was in highschool. Why did he wait until then....well....that's something I haven't processed yet, so I'm not sure." She explained softly, trying to ignore every thought in her head telling her to run. She carefully pulled a pillow onto her lap hugging it as tightly as she could, taking a moment to close her eyes. "You grew up with your parents tucking you in at night, and telling you they love you. I grew up when my mom passed out, and I watched the motel door, making sure an angry dealer, or officer wasn't going to take me away again, because of my mothers neglect. It's why when we first started living together, I'd only sleep when you were awake, or if you were holding me." She admitted finally opening her eyes to look back at him, tears starting to pool in her eyes. "That was my life for maybe the first thirteen years, until one day my mother got married to a rich man, he took us off of the streets of Italy and placed us in a home in New York City." She said sadly "He was kind, never let me mother shout at me, if I was scowled he would always bring me into his office, and we'd have a Cola. He knew my mother only used him for the money, and lavish lifestyle, but he said he couldnt leave me on the street. rticles, and some very old photos. Digging through the box, she got a photo of an elderly man, with a thirteen year old her. They both had wide smiles and were hugging each other. "Remember me telling you about my Baba? That's him, he is the only family I have.....and he passes before you could meet him." She whispered sadly. He stared at the photos as he heard all this as he felt like the biggest bastard for thinking and saying such things with Źeph, not knowing the full detailed story as he also reads the news article before he Puts everything in the box before he got on his knees in front of her and pulled her into a deep loving embrace as she deserved all that he could give to her. “I am so sorry Źeph, I never knew how much you suffered and I didn’t mean to be so cruel to you. You don’t deserve such things that had been said to you, and I never should have said such bad things about divorce. It was selfish and I am very sorry.” He told her while rubbing her back and held her head to hold her onto his neck. @Ken

Zéphyrine gently wrapped her arms around Jackson, letting her tears fall as he held her. "Its not your fault, I should of told you love, I didn't mean to hide it from you, there is still so much I need to tell you, but I am so scared too, i was scared you wouldnt love me anymore" She whispered tightening her hold on him, as she buried her face against his neck. Crying ever so softly.."you were selfish, you were trying to get me to relize I need to talk to you, and the threag of divorce was the only way it got through to me" She said trying to wipe her tears away, but not letting him go. @Mando AKA Gavan

“That is still not an excuse. I know now that even if I was trying for you to see reason, I still think you should not have seen my wraith for such reasons. I didn’t know and I shouldn’t have forced you into something you weren’t comfortable with.” Jackson said as he also had some tears well up in his eyes before he kissed her cheek. “I know if you don’t want a family, I won’t try and change your mind.”

She shook her head carefully sitting up so she could look at him alot better. "Its not that I don't want a family baby, I really do...I cant." She whispered "somethings wrong with my body, the doctor said it is a huge struggle to have kids." She whispered "they said they think the stress of holding my feelings is making it more difficult." Jackson sat with her as he would rub his hands together and would then hold her hands in his hands as he said. “I think we both sabotaged this marriage. Zéphyrine nodded softly as she gently held his face in her Hands kissing his forehead. "I'd like to try again if that's okay love, i don't want us to continue to sabotage each other again." She whispered, resting their foreheads together. "I will try my best to be more opened, and...try to slowly talk about my past, maybe that will help us with being able to have a baby." Jackson nodded as he rested his forehead onto hers as he held her close. “We will try to make this work my love, I’m sure.” He said while he leaned in to kiss her deeply and held her as close as humanly possible not wanting to let go. @Ken

She nodded holding him close. "I trust you Jackson, and I'm sorry if I've made it seem as if I dont." She whispered gently kissing him back. She held him close not daring to let him go. Zéphyrine carefully sat in the livingroom reading her book it was currently 9 in the morning, she was waiting for Jackson to get up so they could go on a date. Their therapist had suggested they recreate their first date she was t sure if she was excited or nervous for what the date would bring. But all she knew she was excited for Jackson to see the date outfit she was wearing. She was wearing a short sundress with the necklace he bought her for their wedding. She hadn't wore it in a long time, she was excited to dress up for him. @Mando AKA Gavan

He wakes up later as he has been sleeping a lot more later than what he had before and it was giving a new life in him that he was happy for. Jackson slowly gets up puts on his robe and then walked downstairs to go to the kitchen but something caught his eye as he turned to Zeph and looked at the sun dress even saw her necklace he gave her at their wedding before walking up to her. “What’s the occasion?” @Ken

Zéphyrine looked up and smiled. Placing her book on the coffee table as she hummed. "Well, i thought that maybe today we could cash in one of our counseling dates." She smiled softly "out all day first date, kinda date what do you say?' @Mando AKA Gavan

Jackson looked surprised as he looked at her and then the necklace before gently holding it and remembering the events of buying it. “I remember when I gave this to you. You were very shocked and also were kind of mad that I spent so much on you.” He chuckled a bit as he knelt down to her level. @Ken

She gave him a small smile. "Oh definitely, I was mad at you because we could of gotten both of us something. I haven't wore it in a while, thought it would look good for today? What do you think?" @Mando AKA Gavan

He nodded smiling. “Still looks beautiful on you.” He smiled and then said. “Well I guess I should get ready too huh? Don’t want to leave you the only one to dress up.” He said smiling before getting up to head upstairs. @Ken

Jackson would shower first before getting ready as he does as Zeph requested by taking the light blue button up and putting it on. He soon came down and then looked at her smiling a bit. @Ken

she looked up when he arrived again, smiling widely. she carefully stood up, walking over to him to fix his collar. "look who cleans up nicely." she teased @Mando AKA Gavan

Jackson rolled his eyes chuckling before he would look down at her. “Well someone has to at least.” He said before he too buttoned up a button on her sundress before fixing the necklace a bit.
