The city skyline looked absolutely horrible to Kane and he hated anytime that was not under the blanket to dark night but he had come here on a mission ofcourse. His mortal shape, just a vessel that he would take from his astral shape, which always appeared from thin air and nothingness, stood on the edge of the rooftop from where he could look down clearly as the figure of his mission, the man who's soul he had come for, could be seen. The man in question was a corporate CEO and he had committed enough sins of greed for a whole town and that soul would have no place on heaven, only a seat in hell where he would burn in eternity and those cries were important after all, it gave the armies of Hell power much like the Gods of Heaven got their powers from the prayers of the living.. And clearly the darkness was winning.. But before he were to witness the untimely death of the man underneath him, he would notice a butterfly and he almost knew instantly that this must have been caused by the presence of am angel as he turned around to draw his draw blade out of thin air and he'd address the intruded on that rooftop.. "Reveal yourself! If you seek a fight, then Kane Redwreath is ready! Don't be a coward, angel!"

Aurora would appear behind the man, the breeze blowing her hair back gently holding to the infamous flaming sword, Aurora posture straight, and her wings going away as she stood there, only with a soft smile looking at the demon who clearly sought out a fight “I don’t not wish to fight Demon.. for I am here to just watch over the earth as I was sent … god you know has bigger plans for the mortals and has tasked me with a very important job.. I just so happens to smell a demon among the midset and came to find them. And now that I did I must question .. why is a demon taking on a role of ceo..?” the Angel titled her head, her blue and brown eyes staring at him curious @SebXDragon

He would flash his teeth at the first instance of her occurrence, he always hated how the generally appeared with so much light behind their frames.. But once he would be able to notice that the figure was that of a girl, he would ease up slightly, as he heard her words. He didn't want to fight either, he had very important tasks to achieve and so as she would get closer his sword would disappear into nothingness and he would almost dismissively turn away from her to reply, "You are mistaken, that there, isn't a demon, he is pure mortal but not that he's almost become too evil, the laws state that I can claim his life for the underworld.." And now he would turn to face her and say, "Besides don't you just want me to take him back? Let's assume he's a monster and not a mortal, it'll make my work easier and so will yours be easier." The monsters were always happy with this kind of kill because I'm that mortal's head would be several ideas of thinking he is invincible and an untimely meant that he would pay much more in terms of screams for longer. He found it so hypocritical that the Gods never punished this kind of people because one of such a greedy person would ensure that thousands, maybe millions would be praying to God, he saw what it truly was and why the Gods always turned an ignorant eye to this kind of scum..

Aurora cocked her head slightly to the right. Listening to the demon speak as she chuckled softly, her voice sweet like honey as she chimed “oh sweetie.. we both know your the demon. I wouldn’t want you to turn yourself in, I know you wouldn’t! Besides I’m not here to do that.. I was merely curious to why a demon is here.. posing as a mortal” Aurora spoke as her sword vanished, she’d head towards the edge of the building and looked down, seeing the mortals go about their Very days, unaware of the two Celestials above them “Hmm.. Kane right? what brought you to Earth?” she asked making conversation as she glanced back to him , her eyes glistening in the sunlight with forgiveness. All demons were once Angels , she knew that. She knew that when angels fell they became demons, and she felt sorry for them. Sorry they lost their ways @SebXDragon

Kane was taken aback by her words momentarily.. He would notice her coming to join him on the edge of building as he'd turn to face her and notice the bright of her eyes.. it reminded him of a past long lost which is why he turned his gaze back down into the land of the living once more. "Yes, and what's your name, angel?" She hadn't declared her name yet and he wasn't familiar with any other angels than the ones the monsters spoke mainly of.. Especially the more famous ones.. And he was far from the senior ranks of the monsters, infact he was considered a lowly ranked one even though that fall from being an angel once himself was a memory long forgotten.. All of them forgot.. None of the demons and arch angels remembered what and who they were before, only knowing the darkness within them.. And his task, was menial, given to him solely because they would have deemed it routine or else he wouldn't have been chosen.. "And I only came for that soul? He has been branded for Hell.. I must deliver him myself.. But what do we do now, angel? Am I to expect that you'll allow me to take him peacefully or must we fight for my intentions to transpire?"

@𝓢𝓪𝓫𝓫𝔂 𝓢𝓴𝔂𝔀𝓪𝓵𝓴𝓮𝓻 reminder for myself

“Aurora” she said softly looking at all the mortals walk past, not noticing he was looking at her. “Aurora Lightfall, Cherubim of the 3rd rank…” she say , finally looking at him with a soft, gentle smile “And your Kane, a demon of the 10th rank from hell.. the lowest I heard a lot about you, along side with Lucifer.. and well Beezebulb.. all the demons I guess.. that’s kinda what I do in my “free time”, I keep track of demons” shed shrug, eyeing the man who stepped out the building “Peter Johnson? Your here for his soul huh..” she said opening her book and flipping it to a couple of pages, nodding, as the book closed and vanished. It was fair system, angels and demons claiming souls before hand.. the only mix up is when a person has redeemed themselves that god is willing to forgive.. and that’s why Aurora was here too.. for that same soul.. as she’d chuckle “ironically, I’m here for that soul too.. so I guess for the time being we are stuck at an impasse, and will have to discuss how to go further about it..” Shed smile, as it immediately turned to a frown “well I don’t plan on fighting but if you insist I will have to..” she’d say tapping her chin “Here how about this.. we give it a week.. if he does more bad than good, he’s all yours… but if he does more good than bad then I get him. But neither of us can tempt him okay!” shed squeak, trying her hardest to sound stern “And to make sure none of us break that rule.. I guess we’ll spend the week together.. deal?” @SebXDragon

He scoffed at his rank when she announced it.. He didn't mind her words before that and as she gave him her suggestion, he would contemplate what to do.. Obviously he didn't want to fight her.. atleast not while there was still sun out.. He'd wait for the moon.. But it would be a lie to say that he wasn't intrigued by the idea as he'd scan her from top to bottom.. All angels were beautiful and she was no different but as he looked into her eyes he would wonder what they could do in the week that she has set out for them to decide.. He would make a suggestion.. "So, how do we follow him around? Do you know a spell we could use to just make him forget and become someone who works close to him for us to keep a close watch? Or do we just want to be in our spirit form and follow him around?" He was hoping she would choose the later because it would mean exerting so much energy, energy he didn't have as he'd keep his attention on her big, beautiful eyes and he'd wait for her reply as he'd add, "Personally, I don't mind living like a human mortal for a week.. I have always wanted to experience what it would be like to live.. among the living.."

“well… of course there’s a “spell”” she’d quote spell “we could use.. but I was thinking about having a bird follow him,” she said as she’d whistle, a small little bird landing on her shoulder no different than the average bird “she will be following the man around and reporting back to me every night, I suggest you also find a small animal to do the same that way we can be completely out the way and not interfere at all” she said as she’d scratch the birds chin and then send it away “As for us, we will be in our human forms, the form you see now is mine and I assume the form I see for you is your human form? It’s quite handsome if I might say so” she smiled being genuine “we will blend into the human lives and do our own things.. and at night, we will meet up and brief what our spirit animals have reported back. Does that sound like a deal?” she once again asked .. as she’d hold out a hand for him to shake if he agreed. Her eyes fixed on hers waiting, she was hoping he’d take her up on her deal. Her heart racing as she never has negotiated before none the less with an enemy!! @SebXDragon sorry for short response promise the next will be longer!!

He would hear her words and observe the bird appear as he would nod and summon his crow once her bird had flown away and he would only turn his head towards the ravenous bird who would quickly make it's way down towards a street lamp taking a solid footing to observe the target before swooping down as it would shapeshift into a black bettle and land right on the back of the man. It would inconspicuously enter the vehicle with the man under them as he would smirk and reply.. "Okay, a very sound plan. I agree with that.." But then her words startled him.. He had never been spoken a kind word to in so long that he seemed to have forgotten that found himself a little flabbergasted as he kept his eyes on her, his expressions leaking a soft sign of his indecision and the fact that he wasn't used to praise.. He would simply try and repeat her praise to say, "Uh, you look very handsome.. uh, I mean beautiful as well.. Very pretty and cute.." His hand rubbing his arm would maybe show his indecision, he looked away momentarily as he cursed himself internally for making his compliment looking forced, something he'd remeber to correct as his eyes went back upto hers and he would straighten himself up, knowing that he must have been looking so silly to behave in such a way I'm front of a woman as he would speak out confidently and add, "You have a deal, but on one condition.. I can't really go back to the realm and tell them about this arrangement, so.. why don't we spend this week together? Among the living? I doubt my realm would notice me gone for a week on this mortal realm.. And I'd trust you more if you stayed around.." He meant a lot of it.. But maybe more than the trust, he wanted her company.. She had after all just complimented him and he was wanting to spend some time in this form as he would smile and extend out his mortal hand.. Hopefully she'd agree as he thought about where they would go and what they would do as he would add.. -

Aurora would admire the crow he summoned, a beautiful black shiny coat on his bird, with a matt black beak and red eyes, essentially giving away it was a demon bird. Her bird was a small, cute brown bird you see on the streets with blue eyes to signify it was an angelic bird.. she’d watch as the bird turned into a beetle to get into the car as she’d watch her bird fly high to follow it “I’m glad we came to an agreement” she’d smile humbly, bowing her head slightly at him. She’d then look back up at him, her blue and brown eyes glistening in the sunlight as she giggled as he tried to compliment her. Clearly it’s been awhile and she could tell “thank you..” she’d say once more bowing her head “I see compliments don’t come off as nature to you, so you don’t have to try if you find it hard. I want you to be comfortable okay? Your never obliged to mimic my behavior” she said looking back in the town once he spoke she’d turn her head slightly cocking it to the left a bit “hmm.. very well then I suppose I can agree to that, we can spend the week here among the living , and meet up at night to do our talking sound fair? I don’t think there’s a need to stay together at night .. er I mean that in a sleeping manner” she’d snicker shed then look down at his hand, gently grabbing it and giving him a firm handshake before letting it go, a small heart heart a halo forming on their wrist, like a small tattoo sealing the deal “if one of us breaks the deal, the halo will break.. and I wouldn’t want to impose a war because of it so please.. try not to break our deal” shed ask a hint of plae in her voice she’d then looked back at the town, nodding along as he spoke “sure.. I’ve been here long enough , I suppose I could show you to my favorite spot” she said as her wings would expand “here follow me..” she’d say as she’d took off, flying as the two would fly over the woods.. landing down in a small spot

“The humans made this , a while back.. I guess as a place to relax, and camp..? I think. It’s beautiful isn’t it?” she said looking at him @SebXDragon

He would shake her hand, his large grip seemingly feeling even larger in front of her as he would hear her words, wanting to interject.. He wanted them to be together the whole time but he would take whatever time he would have a companion because he knew nothing about the mortal realm.. And a lack of friends in their own realm meant that he wanted someone around but he would not want to make it sound too desperate as he would smile.. But that would soon turn into his surprise as she summoned the spell and he saw the tattoo on their wrists.. He would nod as he would turn his attention back to her, able to comprehend the seriousness of the matter but also hoping that he would meet his objectives because this was very important to him.. perhaps even more important that he would ever tell her.. since a failure of this task would mean yet another demotion and he didn't want to be completely stripped of his dark angel status, it would mean the end of his abilities as well.. But in that moment he wouldn't show it as he would hear and words and fly off with her.. He would keep pace with her as they would fly over the realm towards the forest.. No one below would even notice it and soon they would reach a well lit clearing as his feet would touch the soft ground of the forest floor which was surprisingly clean and soft.. The sights of the lamps before him was beyond his comprehension of what their purpose was as he would say, "It looks strange that humans can find this relaxing.. Do you find this relaxing?" He would suddenly question if there was something wrong in him that he felt nothing about the location of the lights, he had always found comfort in the dark.. Could she help change his opinion about the light.. His curious hand would go towards one of the lamps at his feet as he touched it on the glass, in his mortal self, he felt a sharp pain as he withdrew his hand and remarked.. -

Aurora would sit down on of the stool logs provided , looking the lights as she’d answer “yeah, I do find this relaxing.. it’s beautiful; not too bright but not to dark just a beautiful ambient.. and a great place to just escape and be with nature..” *she said raising a hand to feel the light she’d then look at him with a gentle smile plasted on her face as always.. watching his hand go towards the lamp.. feeling the glass between his feet, it seemed like he hasn’t been out in nature in awhile.. wincing in pain for him as he withdrew his feet from the lamp “Ah.. that’s just heat from the light.. they tend to get hot sometimes so I wouldn’t recommend really touching it .. again that is” she said getting up and walking over to him, bending down to place her hand on his feet to cool it for a second before removing her hand and raising herself back up “there’s nothing wrong with you.. or in you. You haven’t been in light in awhile.. or surrounded by it. After all you are a demon, so I’m not surprised” Aurora chuckled softly as she head back to the log stool and sat, motioning him to sit down to the one next to her “Come.. relax.. enjoy the warmth from the lights.. and the beautiful atmosphere..” @SebXDragon

His eyes staying with hers as she would rise off the logs would watch her as she would come closer to him, bending down and and placing her hand on his foot.. The hearing her chuckle, he couldn't help the faint smile that crossed his lips as he heard her words.. He would take her up on her invitation to join her on the logs as he would meet her beautiful eyes and remark while take a seat on the logs.. "I'll be sure not to do it.. again.." That smile on his features would only brighten and widen as he would turn his attention back towards her noticing her hair and the naturally wavy and curly texture to them as he would take his touch to her hair, running his touch softly along her luscious hair as he would remark.. "Being human is very strange though.. after having been a demon atleast.. And it's almost hard to imagine warmth without the agonizing heat of hell.. Maybe what would be best is something very different to that.. I've heard some of the demons talk about there being lands filled with white stuff.. humans call it.. snow?" And he would still be brushing her hair as he would notice her attention turn towards him as those bright big eyes looked at him and then his touch.. Her eyes didn't seem to be threatening him about the touch he took of her hair and so, he would explain himself and meet her eyes to say, "Oh, I was just admiring how soft and wavy they are.. I've not seen anyone in Hell with hair like this.." And hoping that he hadn't made it weird he would let go of her as he ran a brushing touch over her hair one last time as he would look into the ambience of the clearing once more.. just taking a deep breath, his eyes still in hers he would ask, "You know, this place feels nice, but also would be much better with some food.. I think we should hunt something.." His hunger made him think of food and obviously, his nature coming to the fore as he thought to slay something for a meal..
