The Gravalon Empire came to be from multiple kingdoms losing war to the current Emperor. Not all of them had lost soldiers, though. Some just yielded when offered to either fight or accept to be part of something bigger. These events took place many years ago and today, the Empire was eager to expand again. This time, they were planning to invade the lands of the Pesan Kingdom. Of course, the first action was to offer a peace treaty so blood wouldn’t be spilled. However the Pesan king refused, so war was to be waged.
To prepare that matter, all the kings and queens of the Empire were called to Amrith, the capital city, to discuss the strategy of the invasion. Each of the nine rulers were allowed to bring an extra as long they had something to do with the commandement. This was to have most generals already aware right away.
And this was what the King of the Slurene kingdom did, he brought Duke Keyven, his elven general, to the meeting in the capital. Inside the palace, all guests and their extra were waiting in a big room, mostly keeping to themselves.
