Natalie comes in, eyes methodically taking in everything as it's presented to her. The tidy, attractive house, all in very neutral colors, makes her itch to have her pencils in her hand. Pencil is her favorite media, and everything here absolutely lends itself to a pencil drawing. It's the perfect scene for drawing. Tlit would be extremely easy to transfer to paper and wouldn't detract from characters placed in the scene. The plants are a nice touch. She hadn't been sure what to expect coming here, but to find it has the same open, spacious, well lit feel of her work space is a pleasant surprise. It's nothing like her own little studio. While her place isn't exactly a disaster, it's just her space. A small studio apartment that she lives in alone, she's filled it with her art and the things needed to make more. Her easel is the dominant piece of furniture, aside from her bed, and there isn't a place left to store any more canvas, brushes, paints, sketch books, pencils, erasers, blending and shading tools, and more. Every wall is filled with her best works, or, at least, the ones she likes best. Some few of them are framed and cataloged. A few more have awards and honors from work. Several are for sale, and several are already sold, having been commissioned. Her kitchen is separated by a low counter where she eats on the rare occasion she eats at home. Her freezer has more whiskey than food. She has a couple of houseplants, but they are most likely dead. She really isn't around enough to take care of them.
"Wow, you've got a nice place here, August. You live here alone? It seems like a lot for one person. Or else I'm just used to my little studio." She says, turning to greet August with a dazzling smile. She stands out against the colorless backdrop. Her red hair shines like spun copper, and the occasional green of a houseplant makes her green eyes even more vibrant.
