It'd depend entirely on how strong the wind was, imo, and what exactly my guy is doing.
Making a normal amount of fire, depending on the gust of wind, could either make the fire stronger or put it out. If he just had a bunch of heat inside him, no it wouldn't.
Plus I figured that since we had powers we probably helped originate the concept since it seems to now be a normalized concept for them to do it like that you know?
