In the glow of twilight, when all is still and quiet and the only sound that is audible is the chirping of bugs and insects, a monster roams. A demon so powerful that stories are told for centuries about this beast. A vicious killer who feeds on the life force and blood of all living things; A vampire roams the woods.
Moving with out nearly a sound, a young woman with ice white hair and piercing red eyes nearly glides across the wooded path. Her feet make no sound as she steps skillfully over sticks and rocks, her eyes scanning the woods for her next meal. Suddenly, she stops, her eyes locked on an unsuspecting deer that was grazing late in the evening. The deer was fat with its daily meal, and the woman licked her lower lip, hissing softly, her stomach aching for her feast.
She stepped forward, and as she did, a stick cracked under her. The deer snapped its head up, its black eyes widened with fear. The woman heard the deer's heartbeat quicken, and in a dash of speed, it bolted deeper into the woods. The vampire let out a laugh and she tore off after it, her white hair flying behind her like clouds.
Rosalyn was a young vampire at age fourt hundred and fifty. She was younger than many of the vampires in her area, but she didn't care. She wasn't someone who really liked others. She ran through the woods, chasing the deer. However, what she didn't expect, was a human male to be right in front of her as she ran after the deer. She crashed into the man, a hiss of pain and a yelp filling the air. She landed on the ground, a groan of pain leaving her. "Ahh, fuck. What the fuck?" She growled, looking up and seeing the man now underneath her.
"You just cost me my dinner." She growled. Then, as she stared down at the man she smirked, sitting up and pinning his hands down by his head. "Maybe you'll just have to be my new dinner."
