No one knew why the world ended. One day people got up, started to go to work, and at exactly 3:45 in the afternoon, May 17th. The world ended. At first, people just started to not feel well, feeling like they were sick. That’s when the true horror started. People just turning into monsters, the first wave. No one could control it and only a few survive. It wasn’t your typical zombie or apocalyptic movie either. No one knew how. Surviving is the main priority. Try and not get sick, try and keep a good head on your shoulder. And follow the rules. “Welcome again to day..” There was a pause on the radio, papers shuffling. It didn’t matter honestly what day it was, but 24 year old Samual did the usual routine. Be locked in the radio tower, trying to find any survivors. Bottles of water, and containers of stale food litter the living space. Having their own little “radio show” as they called it. “Well half a year has passed at least since the apocalypse had started. And it is time to refresh on the rules.” 1. Don’t make a sound when you smell sulfur, something or someone that you don’t want is near. 2. The smell of fresh blood will attract them. 3. The signs of infection is nausea, open sores, coughing up blood, monsters avoiding you, insomnia, hearing and seeing things that aren’t there, and finally comatose state. 4. You can’t easily kill the monsters. Be mindful of the bullets you have. One might have to be for you. 5.Don’t get caught. Don’t be tricked. “Grim isn’t it folks.. I’ve been trapped here since day 82. I’m running low on supplies..” Samual shook their head. They can’t start thinking like that. They have to survive this, at least until he finds a survivor. “This had been the Crystal Fairview radio station, in Crystal Massachusetts. Samual Trimberg signing off.” Click @silistraatheria

It did not matter, shit at this rate he was a goner. He covered his nose and the smell of sulfur reminded him of the bad eggs he found going through an old convenience store. He gave a huff, pressing his back against the counter he was concealed behind while something nasty lurked within the space just beyond it. Did it know he was there? He had been careful or at least he thought, keeping his hand clamped over his nose and mouth not only to filter some of the stench. As well as stifling his own breathing, his muscles flexed beneath his dirty skin as he was easily losing air. But the more he inhaled the louder he felt like he sounded. His heart was beating, he convinced himself it could be heard. shit, shit, shit.. it was just supposed to be quick, he has taken this path many times and never had an issue. He always made sure he sealed up the entryway, always..and yet when he came to add to his stash he had found the entryway unblocked. The piles of trash and board had been moved and feeling angry and violated, he stupidly thought it was another survivor. He had let his head get hot and without thinking came inside his secret spot: a tint dive bar that looked in disrepair even before all hell broke loose. Only to now be stalked by one of the inflicted. He did not get a good look at it having dropped down behind the old bar's counter, the sound of the intruder drew closer a shuffling of feet that knocked into an empty bottle sending it sprawling against the wall causing a loud series of sounds that made Twigs flinch despite himself. He would like to say he was a brave man, love to say he'd take on anyone who stand in his way..but these freaks nah, no chance in hell. One hand moved away from his mouth to carefully pick up the dented crowbar that had been laying across his lap, his fingers turning white at the firm grip he held as he felt the counter vibrate from the creature brushing against it. He could almost picture the creature leaning over the surface se

eking Twigs out. Twigs didn't want to, but he couldn't disobey the desire to; he slowly tilted his head up and very gradually he could see a misshapen head peering over at him. The stench so overpowering now had his gag reflexes working, would he ever get used to the smell? "Oh, fuck me." He barely had a moment to move, his crow bar flung up to connect with the creature's dome. He didn't have enough strength to dispatch the creature, but it was enough to gain him some distance. He scurried out from behind the bar counter, grasping the bottle of booze he had come here for and clutching it and his crowbar would run and slide out the opening he had climbed through. His leg got scuffed up in the process. He did not care, what was another couple bruises if it meant he was alive. "Oh, fuck..me.." he cursed again at the sound of the creature crawling through the opening he had just came forth from. His knees picked up the pace, awkwardly running while holding the bottle and his makeshift weapon. "Shit..shit.." the only prayer he knew, hoping his long legs would carry him the distance to safety. @Micha

There was a high pitch screech. A call for all those around to alert fresh prey. Lessers liked to travel close together after all. The cracking of bones was heard as it scurry behind Twig. Claws scrapping the concrete scratching at it and causing a horrible scraping sound. Half of its jaw was forced open. Blistered open red skin we’re on parts of the creature. Black chard skin on the face as fangs had been growing. They couldn’t feel pain anymore, so they would chase and chase until their body was broken down. It had been like this for 184 days. November 15th was the current day, and the city had been destroyed from the government trying to kill these monsters, and the high infection times turning humans into these things. All overrun, and supplies was limited. Eden had heard the screech before she saw it. She had made her own base in one of the abandoned apartments. One of the few places that the creatures avoid. She waited. Softly muttering to herself a countdown. Before another screech in reply was heard. There was at least two of them. She looked at her supplies. A riffle laid beside the torn up mattress she had been laying on. Slowly, Eden grabbed it. Hoisting it up and waiting. Watching the streets below. Lessers were easy to kill. As long as you knew where to aim for. The red, meaty blisters where the charred skin couldn’t reach was a safe point. Yet one bullet wouldn’t be enough. Hopefully the spot was somewhere that could fatally wound the monster. Or distract it enough. @silistraatheria (edited)

Snapped off the wind up radio after the voice faded, the warnings still heavy in her mind even long after the words had subsided..the words had been comforting made her a little less alone and now she was back in her own forlorn solitude. Niles would rest her booted foot on the dashboard of the van she was occupying, she ran her hands through the uneven cut of her hair while peering from left and right of the windshield through the tiny cuts of opening; She had covered the majority of it with newspapers and missing posters with enough space between them she could peer out not perfectly but just enough, the faces of those long loss haunted her in her sleep. All those images contained smiling faces but the truth was darker than that, where ever they were now? She doubted they were happy. She huffed loudly and the sound startled her for a moment, she hasn't spoken out loud in so long she almost forgot the sound of herself. "Niles. I am Niles." She said to herself, testing the name. Yeah, had her voice always sounded so low and broody, she didn't have a reason for starting the conversation with herself and it was silly really, but how do you start a conversation when you were slowly losing your mind? Turning to peer over her shoulder, she climbed through the curtains that emptied her into the back of the van. Like the windshield up from the small porthole windows were covered this time blacked out with spray paint and though it had been a long time since she applied it? The stench of paint fumes still clung like chemicals in the confined space. Along with other scents, damn she needed a good shower. She was all out of baby wipes and the ripeness of herself was starting to give her a headache. She heard the scream long before she had a chance to witness what was happening, moving back towards the front over the two bean bag chairs that posed as her bed and backminto the driver seat. Her eyes peered through the cracks between the papers and the posters with the hau

nting smiles. She could see someone running, knees to chest and huffing to control his breathing, but as he drew closer she could see his mouth was not working on control breathing but repeating one word over and over. A part of her was rooting for him, the other part was shaking her head at his stupidity. She would take no part in this and when the other scream answered from the distance. She slunk down in her chair, willing the guy to go faster and further away from her location. She did not need this stress, she had not eaten in two days and her water just ran out, she was getting desperate but not enough to risk her own neck. He'd probably go faster if he wasn't chugging around a bottle of booze. She watched him trip, but caught himself glancing back at his pursuer and catching a second wind. Survival strong in this one, she thought as he picked up speed trying to outpace the monstrosities gaining on him. @Micha

Crack The sound of a riffle going off filled the area. Eden kept her eye on the lessers, especially one closer to the boy. Breathe. Don’t flinch at the kick back. Hold your breath and-. Her train of thought interrupted, the lesser staggered, stopped. But it wasn’t down. “Shit.” Eden mumbled another bullet load in the chamber. Staring in her direction was the lesser. It’s blind white eyes, it’s jaw slowly opening to screech, the rot and blood spilling out as it tried to let out another scream. Crack Another bullet gone. This time the lessers jaw fully blown off. Gurgling of blood could be heard as it fell. The two leaders, one that was climbing up a building to find Twig, and another that had been alerted by the screams. Could seem to tell that one of their own has fallen, howls and screeches ensued for the fallen monster. Before they ran. Mindless as they were, they knew the stench of their dead. Eden let out a small breath, one that she hadn’t even realized she was holding before setting the gun down. Peeking out the broken window she watched the streets for the one who had been running, the reflected surface of a knife to signal if the survivor needed help. To hell with the fact that trust is a luxury here now. She used the high sun to flash a light to whoever would see. She was planning to leave anyways, but in doing so she signaled that this would be a safe space to rest. @silistraatheria (edited)

He wanted to just lay down and let Fate fuck him, it has this far, but the blind determination to say "fuck you" to death had him racing til his lungs burned, he almost dropped his bottle and that would have been the real tragedy here. Gripping it closer to his chest, he could hear the creature at his back practically feel its grasping claws that barely missed reaching for his body. Wanting to tear it asunder, just when he thought he was about to be clamped on by the jaws on the monstrous being at his back. He heard a faint crack, felt the very air get cut through and a sickening crunch as it struck the lesser. He wanted to keep running, but his legs were refusing. He descended to his knees and awaited the painful tearing to begin. His eyes closed as he accepted his face wishing he had time to open up the bottle and tag a swig..but he wouldn't cause he was about to die.. there was a few long seconds that tickled by..uh..die.. the seconds stretched again of nothing happening. One eyelid opened to gaze around him. The lesser hadn't attacked him, when he carefully looked over his shoulder he saw it had been fucking killed. The jaw sworn off. He climbed back to his feet, crossbow in hand. He saw a reflection of light and waves his thanks to the person who just saved his ass. He saw the reflection again, "huh.." wondering if he was being welcomed he would start carefully tracking forwards towards the safe space with the person who made this even possible. @Micha

Eden put the knife up and counted the last of her ammunition. Eight bullets left. She tucked them in her sweater pocket as she started to stuff her backpack with the small water bottles she had stolen from a store a week ago. Supplies were running low, she cursed under her breath before turning to the portable radio sitting on the windowsill. Click Nothing. Static. She flipped through channels. Trying to find something before going to the Crystal Fairview channel. She had been listening to Samual ever since he started to broadcast. If they were surviving for 82 days. Eden shook her head. But sat on the mattress. Listening for the footsteps of any survivors. Better to travel in a group then alone, she realized she couldn’t make it out of the city without a group. Soft static filled the air, it was Something to listen to at least. @silistraatheria

heard the crackle and pop and saw the signal as well, but she stayed hunkered down in the van for a few moments more. Until she saw it again, "damn it.." she may not have helped the guy, but from the looks of it the guy had a guardian angel and maybe that angel had food. She opened the van door startling Twigs in the process, "Hey, who easy dude..I just want to go with you.." pointing towards where the reflection had been. Her short asymmetrical hair style falling across her forehead, she flicked it back but resumed holding up arms in a sign of peace. Twigs had the bottle under his arm pit and one hand on the crowbar ready to start swinging! But he was talked off the ledge when he saw the exhausted and rather stinky woman before him not like he smelled any better. "Alright, but don't start any funny business..or my friend" pointing the crow bar where the signal has been "will get you like they got that fucker.." pointing the crowbar at the fallen lesser. Though, Twigs had no idea of the person was a friend or not, he just didn't want to be mugged of his prized and only possesions. "Deal!" She said when they heard a series of screams again. Time to go. They both started concealing themselves behind vehicles and an turned over bus. Making their way to where Eden was hauled up. "I'm Twigs," he whispered as a way to break up the uneasy tension of trying not to die. "Niles" she offered up before disappearing into the structure and Eden could potentially hear them making their way into where she was. @Micha

Eden could indeed hear the footsteps. It wasn’t hard to hear them in the building. She gave a soft wave from where she sat as there was no door, showing the living room of a apartment that had been cleared from some of the rubble. The 22 year old looked like she could’ve been a college student, wearing a long skirt, torn black shirt, and a sweater. She stood up, tall, awkward with her curly brown hair as she shuffled her feet. The riffle leaning on the wall near her. “Are you okay..?” She didn’t even wait for them to speak before nodding to the two unopened water bottles that sat on the broken chair that she used as a table. The girl seemed just happy to see some survivors. Eden turned down the radio, but still left the static on. @silistraatheria

tw: Could have yelled hip hip hooray if it wasn't for the fact that he was still Breathless, fatigued by the whole ordeal. He looked a bit dumbfounded, he had just been saved by Eden. He felt almost embarrassed his masculinity vane into question. He started counting on his fingers all the different ways he could have come out of this not looking like a chump. He hung his head and waved at Eden, "Yes, Thanks to you.." he smoothed his hair from his face and offered a soft smile and a flirtatious smirk to conceal his wounded pride. "UH, so how you doing?" Giving a small head bob to add to his charm. While Niles settled in with the proffered water bottle, "Thanks." Casually mimicking Twigs head nod with less enthusiasm. "So, I guess...you do not know each other?" Putting two and two together relatively quickly due to Twigs awkward mannerisms. She huffed flicking her head so the bangs of her hair got out of her eyes, she would look over at Eden. "Niles, nice to meet you. " she stated at Eden blankly, wondering where she learned to shoot, but kept the questions to herself for now. It was never wise to get involved with other survivors, here today but could be fond tomorrow. "Twigs," The man now sipping his prized booze mentions, casually. @Micha (edited)

“Eden.” She also had pulled out food now. And just stayed sat on the floor. Relaxed now with the introductions out of the way, until the radios crackled to life. “Hello to anyone who is listening..” Samual held their arm. It was bleeding, they had tried to go outside. And it had gone horribly. “Be warned, a new creature is on the loose. A wolf like creature who stalks alone. Final stages of infection it looks like, and there could be more.” Samual hissed slightly as they were working to stitch up their arm. They had no medicine, just some needle and thread. Samual sink down onto the floor, away from the windows, under the desk. “This one.. This monster can see. Do not engage.” There was a howl now heard. A string of curses escaped from their lips. “I need to leave here. I can’t stay here. I’ll try and take the radio stuff that is portable. Please. Don’t come near the radio station of Crystal.” The supplies might’ve been tempting. But they had to try and warn those who were listening. @silistraatheria

Had her head bowed attempting to get some sleep, sitting on the floor with her back against the wall. One leg drawn up with her arm drapped over the knee, the uneven strands reside partially over one side of her face. The right eyelid opened at the disturbance, listening intently to what was said. "My as well have just said 'hello listeners, you are all royally fucked." Niles heard Twigs express, surprisingly the bottle of booze in their lap was not empty or even half way gone. Like they only wanted that one sip just to feel human again. He eyeballed his crowbar, knowing that could do fuck all to one of the lesser ones, let alone a wolf. "Things were bad before," looking between Eden and Niles. "What are we suppose to do now?" He was not whining if anything Niles thought he sounded pretty composed despite the situation. Guess if you lived around fear and death at some point it becomes normal. "I have no idea, if it was not for Eden and you, I would still be in the van." Which was not a good thing. It would have become her coffin.

Eden sighed. She got out a faded map and spread it on the floor. “I was planning on leaving this city. I’ve made a map of possible routes.” She pulled out a large map. It was of the area around the city, there was black lines marking off where huge areas of infected where, places were the roads and bridges were blocked off and destroyed. Then. One huge red area. There were only two roads out. And both lead past the radio station. “Well. Shit.” Eden sighed shaking her head. All her plans were unraveling now. And she hated it. Her hands were balled into her long skit as she stared at the map. @silistraatheria

The long silence stretched between them as the tension rose, the new threat meant that the world had just become more traitorous, if that was even possible. Twigs sat there eying the bottle, he was not a big drinker, but he did find that it helped him sleep easier. Eased the thoughts that plagued his mind and made him feel warm where this world left him cold. He looked over at Eden, giving her a glance over damn if this kid could make it this long then surely there were others. "We will not be safe here.." rising to his feet to stare upon the pair of females, looking out the window. "Any wolf like creature means potentially more capable at hunting our kind down.." He strode towards the opening and peeked his head out where they would be exiting. "Eden." He stared at her for a long moment, "I do not know where you learned to shoot, but the fact that you, means you've given us a little more of an advantage...I only have this." Holding up his crowbar like it was the sword pulled from the stone..instead rusted and slightly bent up. "And Niles? Has.." looking over to Niles who had their head down as if sleeping. "My sparkling personaility and quick wit ..." Niles made finger guns towards them. "We are going to die.." all sense of bravado falls, Twigs arms and head dips down like a deflated yard ornament. @Micha
Avatar
“We aren’t going to die.” Eden spoke firmly. She could t deal with all this doomed talk. Not after the beginning. Not after surviving this time. “Yes. They hunt. But it sounds like this is the only one in the city. So we have a chance.” Eden got up. Grabbing her riffle. Before pointing to a route. It was longer, but seemed the safest. It stopped near the radio station before merging with the shorter path. “We take this path. Not much infected. Near places that should have supplies. We just avoid the red area. And we should be good.” @silistraatheria
Avatar
Shoke her head, letting her hands help her rise from her sitting position. "Well, we definitely need supplies. Do you have an extra back pack anything so I can help carry stuff, I didn't have much to begin with.." Niles muttered looking around finishing her bottle of water before tossing the other Eden had offered earlier to Twigs. He caught it awkwardly, he was lean and tall, probably reach the top shelf with each but Niles wasn't much shorter maybe he had her by four inches. She was basically skin right now on the count of her Apocalyptic diet. "We should be fine as Eden said, just do not make a scene, tread quietly and always stay alert.." she saying it to the group, but really it was something she mediating for herself. @Micha
Avatar
Eden nodded. The backpack was smaller. Mainly used for medical supplies. She handed it to Niles and shoved the portable radio in her bag, pulling out a set of earbuds with it. It was good to listen to updates. “Well. When you are ready we can go. I don’t have much to take.” Her bag was filled with little food and at least two more water bottles. She had been hoping for rain to purify but the dry summer was proving to be a challenge. Eden made a mental list, food, water, batteries for the radio, ammunition. So many things. @silistraatheria
Avatar
Watched the pair get ready, lifting his crowbar onto his shoulder and passes the the bottle of bourbon to Niles since she had the least amount of stuff in her newly acquired bag. She took it begrudgingly, before nodding to Eden she show them the way. She was the one with the gun so it only made sense she would go first. Twigs brought up the rear, checking over his shoulder every 10 seconds to ensure danger did not come creep up behind them.

The riffle sat on Eden’s shoulders as they started to make their way. Samual was outside now. The wolf gone. They felt sicker then usual, something was wrong. They were sure that they were safe, no one knew how infection was spread, they were sure they weren’t infected. But Samual knew that that it was never good to feel this sick. Medicine. They needed medicine. Samual made their way through the city, they hated it, having to go outside risk themselves. But they won’t survive any longer. A distant, lone howl was heard, sending shivers up their spine. The wolf like creature wasn’t even a wolf it was a monster. Fear continue to go through their veins as they walked. Dark shadows following out of the corner of their eye making Samual walk faster. You’re just seeing things. Things are okay. No one will hurt you. Those thoughts ran through their head now as they ran into the mall. Their combat boots thudded against the floors. At this point they didn’t care if lessers could hear them now. They found a old abandoned Walgreens. One that was ransacked, yet still had some supplies. They knew most didn’t come here for fear of infected, yet Samual couldn’t care anymore. They started to go through bottles and pills, trying to find antibiotics, painkillers, anything to stave off this sickness they felt. Samual felt dizzy, had to sit. They hadn’t notice the time flying by. And not the sound of footsteps of others nearby. @silistraatheria

Kept quiet as they trekked through the city, on occasion their silence was broken up by a loud howl from the distance or a scream from further ahead or maybe behind them. Twigs could not be certain not with the buildings distorting sound that resounded within the confines of it. As they entered the mall, their footfalls were quiet enough, but they would halt everytime they thought they heard movement. At least Niles and Twigs did looking like the kids from Scooby-Doo they way they crept into the building. "I could have swore I heard someone running.." Twigs whispered against Niles' back. Niles swatted away his words, "Shut up. You are freaking me out.." @Micha
Avatar
Eden frowned. She glanced behind them before looking around. The air didn’t smell of sulfur. No monster was around yet. It made her relax slightly, she shifted the weight of the riffle on her shoulder. “We need to be careful regardless. If we split keep in hearing distance.” And she started to head to one of the many abandoned stores. Being careful to not step on anything to make any sudden sounds. The shops still had some semblance of supplies. Though very little, Eden started to grab what she could, making sure that it was in good condition. @silistraatheria

Twigs could hear screaming howling in the distance, he turned to look behind him to ensure nothing g had crept up to strike them in a moment of silence that followed the resounding calls. He thought he heard the sounds of claws dragging the ground somewhere deep within the shadows of the building, his long legs taking him in strides to walk beside Niles. "I am just saying.. at any time.." "Twigs.. just be quiet.." Niles did not fault the guy, she has never thought herself so easily frightened, but even waking up in a daily nightmare as they had? She still couldn't help but feel easily startled by the fiends that claimed this world as their own. She went about helping Edne wanting to ask questions, but couldn't form the words. Twigs was shuffling through the shelves as well, but he always seemed more alert than the others. He just felt like they were not alone.
Avatar
Eden was just as silent. She heard the two clearly but couldn’t say anything to comfort or help. How could she? Things were hell on earth as it was. She wasn’t religious, but her past upbringing nagged in the back of her mind. The snap of glass caused her to pause. She mumbled, counting to herself. Not another snap. She frowned at this. And glanced at Niles. She rested the gun as she moved forward. @silistraatheria
Avatar
Glanced over at Eden, both alerted by the crackle of glass. As much as she hated putting Eden infront of her, she did not have a weapon. Something the group would need to rectify soon. She stayed relatively close to the other female, but not so close that they'd be touching. Twigs must have heard something as well, but his attention was not on the direction the girls were headed too. He used the end of his crowbar to scratch his back, and crept in the opposite direction looking around corners and shelves as he did so.

Samual had been sitting in the same position. Not moving. He had been listening to the sounds around them. So when they heard a sound around the isle to their left. Samuel’s body stiffened, before calming. There wasn’t a sulfur scent. “Who’s there..” They spoke softly, getting up, their hand enclosed around a metal pipe. They weren’t afraid, but more on the cautious side. @silistraatheria
Avatar
Poked his head around one isle shelf, clearing his throat. As he head their voice crept up to greet them before jumping back a couple paces. "Friendly here..." Twigs frowned looking them over,"maybe..you look like shit...I mean like in rough shape." Resting the crowbar over his shoulder and fixing the hat on his head. "You need some help..?"
Avatar
Samual hesitated before they nodded. “Yes. Please.” Their voice was smooth. As though they aren’t bleeding from their left arm. Twigs felt like he knew that voice. The one on the radio. Samual. They looked to be in bad shape, their left arm having a nasty cut, their blue jeans having been torn around the ankle with a bite from the wolf like monster. One lense of their glasses was cracked along the bottom, and their long hair was a mess. Their head was pounding. They could’ve sworn they tasted blood as well, however there was no blood in their mouth. Just that repulsive copper taste. @silistraatheria
Avatar
Scratched his memory from the familiarity of the voice, he knee it but his mind was so etched in fatigue he could not place it right away. "OH, shit!" Pointing Luke a child at an amusement park, "it is you" looking around for the other two, he took a step back then a step forward against. "It is..right?" Eying Samual as though he was a fictional being brought to life. He noted the blood, "Damn..you are looking pretty rough.." for someone sounding so calm, but he did not add that last bit. Kept it too himself as a thousand other possibilities surfaced, the main question that he could not keep silent came out: "What happened to you?" Offering a free hand to help them up.
Avatar
Samual looked up at Twigs. A soft smile graced their pale face, eyes not able to mask the pain they were in. He could feel Samual take his hand. Before they got up. “Oh. I just ran into infected that’s all..” Their voice was soft. As they grabbed their metal. It was coated in black blood. Which ever infected at attacked them, it didn’t get away unscathed. “I’m assuming you didn’t come alone?”

Eden had heard Twigs voice. The mall was extremely quiet after all, a pen could drop and alert the group of survivors. “Seems he found someone.” She softly spoke, before shoving undoubtedly stale candy into her pack. Before moving onto can food. “At least not everything had been looted, though all the good stuff is gone.” At this point she was use to talking to herself. Having forgotten that Niles was with her. Though vaguely aware of her. Eden sighed standing up, and throwing the backpack on. She just had one more stop before she could go check back in with Twigs. @silistraatheria
Avatar
Lifted her head and found herself listening to Eden, attempting to find the source of where Twigs' voice could be heard drifting through the aisles. "The fact he isn't screaming. Could be promising.." simply meant that maybe they were not in immediate danger. Pushing her dirty strands from her face. She stood up from her previous inspecting of a discarded box. Nothing in it. But destroyed wraps and rat droppings. Twigs on the other hand was bent over. Hands on his knees while surveying the Samuel, "You are the one from the radio.." as though the more he heard Samuel speak the more the voice prodded recognition in the backcof Twigs' mind. Then blinked at his question, he almost had forgotten the other two. Not because they did not matter but because he was exhausted running low on substance. @Micha

“Yes. I am.” Samual looked around. Almost worried, like they had a reason for wanting to get away from this place. “Come on we need to go. Before that thing come back.” They gripped the pipe tightly, before giving out a soft hiss in pain. The quiet mall now had some soft clicking sounds.. subtle. But no sulfur stench. Samual made a silent motion for Twigs to follow. They were weary. @silistraatheria
