Joxina had been scurrying around all morning, a peaceful morning. Not an angry or worrisome thought had crossed her mind. Many things were to be done in the castle, it was a big cleaning day and they wanted a new "theme" within the castle. The Princess became the lead of this once she became older, as she found that appearances and decor was a hobby of hers. So, she decorated the castle every few months with the changing seasons. Most of the time it was relatively easy, the hardest part was the cleaning up process before redecorating.
Quite some time had passed in the day, it was afternoon now while Castian and his crew were on the way to their kingdom. Joxina had been conversing with some staff before her father, the King had come forth to her. "Joxina, darling. A word, please? It is urgent."
Joxina had never seen her father so nervous. It alarmed her, and she gave the staff a few final orders to occupy them with while she was away. "Ah...rid of the dead flowers and bring in this season's. And then, roll out the new carpets, and hang the new wall decor I have set aside in the store area. I will return."
The King, Anotheran, walked with his daughter into the throne room. It was vast, a long vertical red carpet with gold accents led to the throne. Where three chairs currently sat, two of the same size and one in the middle, slightly different. It was Joxina's, no doubt. The pair walked down the carpet towards their chairs, but they were not to sit. No one else was around, and it would be the most private and appropriate room at the moment.
