It was the night that nearly everyone in the kingdom had been waiting for. The Seasonal Ball. This ball, was for spring. Arguably one of the most anticipated and beautiful balls held every year. Some even said that it brought good fortune and luck across the land.
Chantelle, as usual, was directing and helping decorate up to the day of the ball. It was not only her responsibility, but she truly enjoyed it. And all the staff appreciated her help, and simply adored Chantelle.
The ballroom, upon entering, had been decorated to the ceilings. The chandelier had adorned beautiful flowers and gems hanging from it, almost resembling rain. There were decorations everywhere, blossoms, and tables lined with colorful tablecloth. The centerpieces themselves being vast and multiple colored roses among more flowers. And the entire ballroom just reflected this all around, Chantelle had put a lot of thought into this.
Her own outfit though certainly made herself stand out. She may as well have been a goddess of spring herself! It was a sage green dress, with gold and pink flowers sewn into the outer layer. Her crown matched this, a golden crown with pink jewels and a pale green centerpiece. Her white blonde hair curled, and makeup to perfection. Everything was going to be just grand.
The Princess currently, was on her throne beside her parents, as folks from all over started to file into the ballroom and be escorted about to food, drinks, and partying of course.
