Strength, Fitness and Booty is run by Gwen. Gwen was a certified fitness trainer and also had expertise in diet preparation and planning.
This gym has all the best in class equipments as well as a separate section for yoga sessions and zumba exercises.

There was huge poster outside of the gym, with contact details of Gwen and her address in case anyone wanted to enquire about the membership charges and prices with her.
She had seen the advert for the gym popping up in newspapers for a while now and knew that it was opening it’s doors soon. For a long time she had known she had been gaining small bits of weight and it was getting to the point where she was honestly feeling a big pudgey.
When she was taking Barkley on a walk she walked by the building once more and peeked inside. It was filled with all kind of equipment that she would never know how to use properly. Already it felt intimidating.
The posted with the contact details of the owner was on the door and she took out her phone hesitantly. “I have to do something about it at some point..” she just said, convincing herself and entering the number to ring it.
“Hi! Uhm, this is Naka.” She said once it was picked up. “I might be interested in a gym membership..”
"Ohh! Hello Naka. Thank you so much for reaching out" Gwen replied jumping off from her couch in excitement.
"Sure, umm. If you can give me sometime to reach over there and I can give you a nice tour of the Gym and close a deal?" She said grabbing her jacket from the hanger near the door.
“Uhm, yea sure! I am in front of the gym right now.” She said and then looked over to Barkley who was very confused they had stopped. “I have a dog with me though, if that is a problem I have to bring him to the shop first.” She explained.
"No, issues. Dogs are fine" She said as she ran towards the Gym which wasn't really far from her place.
"Okay, I'll meet you by the front entrance" She said ending the call as she reached almost reached the block.
She took a left and she could see Naka and a cute dog with her who seemed confused for some reason.
She quickly jogged towards her and waved her hand in air hoping she'll notice her from that distance.
Trying to catch some breath with her hands on her waist she stopped near the entrance.
"Hey, Naka. I'm Gwen" She said as she covered her upper body with a black jacket she grabbed while rushing out.
"I'm so sorry to keep you waiting. Come on in, I'll give you something to drink as well as a tour to the gym" She apologized and unlocked the door from her phone.
"Please come In" She said holding the door wide open for her and the dog to enter inside.

The entrance was a lobby to the gym where on the left hand side was a reception which was yet empty and had a computer on the furniture.
On the right hand side was a full glass seperation separating a big hall with some mats and balls around which was to be used for yoga/zumba classes.
She had been waiting for just a short while when she saw a woman waving at her from a distance, jogging in her direction. She waved back, Barkley already wagging his tail as he had noticed them too.
“Hey! No problem. I am the one who called you out of the blue.” She said. “Nice to meet you Gwen.” She shook her hand. She soon followed her into the gym and got a look at it from the inside. She kept Barkley at a short leash and told him to sit as soon as they were outside, not wanting him to shed his golden fur everywhere when the place still smelled so fresh.
“Wow.. you did some work here. I remember this placing being empty and broken up just a bit ago.”
"Oh yes, I got this place really cheap but it was some mess to be honest" Gwen replied walking over to the dog rubbing their belly.
"So, umm on the right side it's the zumba classes or yoga classes hall and those would be included in the membership that I'll explain you in sometime" Gwen says walking up to the glass separation and turning back to have a look at Naka making sure she was following her.
"Come with me this side up the hallway, we have the gym area and some changing rooms for everyone" Gwen explained walking forward at a slow pace so that Naka can have a good look at the place.
"Oh by the way, how did you find out about us?" She turned back towards Naka with her hands on her waist.
"We are yet to put some money in marketing, but yeah we did have an ad going on. That would be it probably?"
She walked along with the woman and really looked around the place. Barkley happily walked along side her. He had already decided he liked Gwen after the belly pets she had given him and was happily trotting along more with Gwen then he was with Naka herself.
“Yeah, I saw the advertisement for it and I usually walk by here when I take Barkley out for a walk. That is how I got your contact details, because they are on the door.” She smiled kindly.
The place was really quite impressive. It was set up spacious and there seemed to be plenty of the same equipment so you wouldn’t have to wait on someone else to finish up most of the time. “Do you have private showers? I have seen some that only have like open showers.” She asked. She was not really the type to just shower in the open, even if it would be with just other woman.
Gwen bent down on her knees upon noticing Barkley walking along with her.
"Look at him" She says again rubbing on his golden fur on the sides of his neck.
"I think he loves this place as well as me" She giggles. "And to answer your question" She said as she stood up again.
"Yes, we do have private showers. I'll show you, please come with me" She said as she walked past the change rooms which were nicely placed in the corner of this huge gym equipment hall and right after the change rooms were private showers.
Gwen opened the door to one of them and turned towards Naka.
"So, this is what you wanted, right?" She smiled as she stepped in the shower.
"We have outlets for both hot and cold water in here. After intense workout, I suggest everyone to have a nice cold water bath to help your muscles settle down" Gwen said as she came out of the shower again and stood next to the door.
"We also have some more things planned, like Sauna steam room. But that depends upon how much interest I get from this town" She explained about her plans about the gym.
"So, what do you think?"
“Barkley honesty loves everybody. He is just the biggest cuddly teddybear.” She laughed at Gwen, but it was true that Barkley seemed to really want her attention.
She walked along to the shower, she was glad to see there were simple private showers. They were decently spacious too. She didn’t want to have to go home sweaty, it was just not her thing.
“It is great!” She said honestly. It seemed like a good gym, with a good vibe and a nice owner. “I just uhmm..” she started, feeling a bit selfconcious. “I don’t really do the gym, I never have. I am trying to get a little bit more healthy and it seemed like a good step, but I honestly have no clue what I am doing.” She admitted. “Like how much assistance can you get? Like can you help me create a routine? Maybe you do some personal training sometime? I really am the biggest noob you could have here.”
Gwen was listening to Naka curiously and she understood what she wanted clearly.
"Umm, yes. You don't need to worry a lot. Gym is not always about wanting those abs or muscles" She said as she started walk while she tries to make things simple for her.
"It is about being fit, coming to train in an environment which motivates you. That's it and I'll take care of the routine for sure. I'm a trained and certified trainer and I've studied about diet and it's effect. So be rest assured you are in good hands" Gwen tried to convince Naka understanding her hesitancy as well as self consciousness.
She gave Gwen a smile that was accompanied by a big sigh at the same time. This was a big thing for her. To commit to working out. She had tried it before, but it had never stuck. She always lost her motivation, believing working out just was not for her. But now that Gwen was right there, being so kind and confident for her it made her want to try again. “Okay!” She said, trying to pump herself up as well. With the obvious change in behaviour and tone of voice Barkley looked up at her, wondering what was going on. “So, how much does it cost?” She asked.
"$25 would be your membership initialisation fees and then a monthly fees of $30. You can either choose to pay it upfront for 12 months or you can choose to pay it monthly as you go" Gwen explained clearly as they reached back to the reception and Gwen moved over to the other side of desk and placed a form out on the table to be filled.
"Here you go, please fill this form and we'll send a kit to your address which will have few books to read on fitness and diet as well a yoga mat and a pair of exclusive gym outfit" She said smiling and honestly very excited about getting her first customer onboard.
"Trust me it would be great and you'll love the results" Gwen reassured Naka and placed a pen next to the form.
"You can fill it here itself or you can take it along with you and submit it whenever you walk by the place"
She looked at the form. The price really was not that bad and she could easily pay that every month. She considered if she should do the year payment or just pay by month. She guessed paying every month would make it easier to quit.. Maybe she should just commit right then.
She just looked over at Gwen who seemed so excited to have her and was telling her these sweet things on how she was going to love her results. Damn this girl knew how to sell it and honestly looking at that body.. that is what she wanted. She wanted to look that sexy.
So she picked up the pen and started to fill out the form. “If I don’t look like you at the end of this year I am going to be very disappointed. Just saying.” She teased her, hoping the gym owner had a little bit of humor left in her.
Gwen couldn't hide her excitement as Naka filled up the form in front of her. This was her dream when she first started studying about fitness and diet.
"Ohh, you'll look even sexier and you'll love yourself even more" She giggled as she picked up the form and put it aside in a separate shelf.
"Your kit will be delivered to you soon via post. I hope post office is functional here" She asked Naka as Gwen visited earlier but it was closed for some or the other reason.
"And how do you want to pay?"
“That is a promise I am keeping you to.” She said with a chuckle. She loved seeing Gwen’s excitement. It reminded her of her first customer in the pet store. It was something about those small dreams coming true that really seemed to excite people. She was glad to help Gwen with hers.
“Uhm, are bank transfers alright? I can pay the first one by card right now, but after that bank transfer would be easiest for me.” She explained.
"Absolutely" She said in excitement "Bank transfer works fine" She said as she kneeled down again and gave some good belly rubs to Barkley who already knew and straight away stood up.
"You love them don't you" Gwen wrapped her hands around Barkley giving him a good hug.
"See you later, then? I live 2 blocks away nearby the beach. Come by sometime, I'm a mean cook"
She looked down at the two of them on the ground cuddling. It was nice to see that Barkley made a new friend and perhaps she had made one too.
“By the beach? Nice.” She said. The houses by the beach were always in high demand. “Yeah! Barkley loves the beach. I will come by when we are about to take a walk over there sometime. You can join us if you want.” She said. “He always gets all up in the sand though haha. Takes ages before my house is sand free again.”
"Yes sure, just message me on the same number that you called. I'll be there" She said looking at Barkley who looked as if he was smiling probably understanding the conversation.
"I think, Barkley here understood us" Gwen mentioned bursting into a laughter.
"But, yeah. Don't worry about sandy Barkley. I'm all good even if he brings sand and her lovely human with him" She said in a squeaky voice of hers patting Barkley on his head gently.
Getting a gym membership was part of Nox’s new year’s resolution. Granted, January was nearly done - but it was better to start sooner than later. He casually walked by the outside of the gym while looking in the large windows, taking note of all the people doing “gym” things. Stretching in ways he didn’t know were possible. Picking things up that looked like they should be left alone.
Nox contemplated continuing on his walk to go get a pastry. Tempting. Instead, he decided to stop, turn around, and go inside. If someone didn’t approach him within two minutes though, he would take that as a sign that a gym membership just wasn’t going to happen this year…
Anna found the gym after some looking and walked in (gym outfit in apartment thread), she wasn't sure if a membership was needed, but would wait around to see if an employee stopped her from just hitting the stairmaster. It looked like a modern gym with plenty to workout and plenty of people trying to get healthy. Maybe her potential new best friend was already here.
