Tyson was so beyond greatful for his job, after his accident he was struggling for so long to find work, that was willing to acomidate him and his needs. So it was refreshing when his current Job, took the time to ask him what be needs to be sussesfull in the company. After 2 months Tyson relized he loved his job, he loved working in the office, helping people with their construction and designing needs. He was the head guy who would go to other businesses to scout out the area, that needed the construction done. Once he gets measurements and the 3d models done, he would then send the construction team to the business to then put the plans into action. After 2 months of working, he got a promotion and raise to be the head manager of that department, and he was thankful for it. To celebrate the office, everyone was out to dinner, celebrating the hard work they had done the last year. Tyson sat next to his boss, laughing and making jokes with his coworkers while they all drank, and enjoyed their meal, they were only missing one person, a new coworker who he has yet to meet. He took a sip of his beer, looking up couriously as a new face walked into the room, coming to join them for dinner. Their boss laughed greeting them, but Tysons face lit up, he knew them, or at least he thought he did, there was one way to find out. "Hey, long time no see." He suddenly said with a kind laugh. "When was the last time I saw you? Highschool?"

Tugging on her tight black dress, Florence bit her lip as she debated if it was the right choice. It was the first time she'd meet most of her co-workers, and she started a few days prior. She fidgeted with her hair. What if they didn't like her? It'd be hell to work with them then. Slowly, she enters the building. She approached Andrew, kissing his cheek as he did with her. He claimed it was simply his greeting, but he only did it when he found a girl attractive. Some of the guys snickered as Andrew introduced her to others. She'd found the job and began working as a secretary. She was to start meeting other companies and to help with pitches as well. For now, she simply learned the handles. She heard a voice interrupt her thoughts and turned to the male. She lit up, a wide smile spreading on her lips. "Is that... Tyson!" She went over to him and leaned down to hug him. Pulling away, she glanced him over. "You look good. Finally out of your awkward teen years," she teased, despite him being fine as a teen. She'd spent a year fawning over the male and simple never had the courage to go after him until graduation night. She'd kissed him for the first time, and that kiss was the last time she saw him. She didn't know or care too much about how he felt. She spent the next two years in the Marines to pay for college. And after college, found this job. She mainly worked at marketing, but the hope was to understand corporate values before moving up the ladder.

Tyson looked up and smiled widely " Hey no way! Florence, hey hows it going ?" He asked hugging the girl with a smile. When she pulled away he couldn't help but laugh. "Well you know what they say, a good shower and shave and you look like a new man." He laughed softly. Tyson was amazed, he hadn't seen her since graduation night, not since their kiss. He felt awful he didn't get to apologize for how Jekry he was towards her in school, he was surprised to find out she was bow working where he was. "Please sit, what have you been up to all these years?" He asked with a wide smile. "I can't believe your actually here, it's been what, 5 or 6 years since we last saw each other?" He asked with a wide smile

She smiled softly and sat beside him. Florence listened to his words and hesitated before nodding. "Yeah, about six. You seem to be doing good. I just finished school for business and marketing, and so I'll be climbing the ranks here soon enough." She smiled innocently and ordered her drink and food happily. She got a decent meal - steak, corn, mashed potatoes and green beans. It was more that some people eat and she froze when she heard Andrew make a comment. "Should you be eating that much? You wouldn't want to lose your figure." She tensed and smiled forcefully at him. "Darling, it's how I keep my figure. You need to eat well to keep muscle, though I understand that you might not have known that." Her voice sounded kind, despite the underlying insult. She was bigger in highschool and some days struggled to eat. She wasn't going to let another jock do that to her again. She glanced at Tyson and smiled slightly. "What an ass," she whispered to him before taking a long sip of her drink.

Tyson rolled his eyes at Andrew. "Gosh, I hate that guy." He hummed taking a drink of his water looking at her. "And you know what I believe you will climb the rank faster then anyone in this company ." He smiled with a nod. He believed in her, and knew she could do it. "I've been good, I graduated college early, and got this job. I work in the department where I look over the blueprints and make sure it is handicap assessable ." He replied with a smile. "You look great, by the way" He said softly. "I hope you don't take any offense from Andrew. He's a jerk who needs a life." He teased with a soft smile. "So, has the boss told you anything about the team?" He asked her couriosuly. @NovaRose

The girl smiled softly and nodded. Florence ordered a margarita and sipped it slowly. She smiled at Tyson. His compliment would have made highschool her blush dark red, and now she simply accepted it with a smile. "Thank you. And I truly won't. I could probably beat his ass. I did some training in the military and server for a year to pay for my college, so I highly doubt he knows who he's talking to." "I'm glad you're job is to be inclusive to everyone, and make sure other areas are doing the same." She smiled when her food arrived, doing a small happy dance before digging in. Florence shook her head at his question. "Not much. Tell me about it." She smiled and looked over at him. @Cupid Ken

Tyson smiled listening to her tall. She had his full attention while she talked. "Oh no doubt, I fully believe you can kick his butt." He laughed with a wide smile. "He probally needs it, jerk don't know how to treat anyone. Just as we got here, the jerk pulled up way to close to my van, so I couldn't get in." He sighed shaking his head. Tyson smiled beginning to tell her everything about their team. He made sure to tell her everyone's job, and how they all are supose to work together. "Jim and Hannah, are our main managers, they tell us we're we need to visit, when emails need to get done. Andrew if assistant manager he inforces the rules, so he's just a jerk. David will work with you in marketing, and I'm alone in blue print and engineering. " He explained with a soft hum. @NovaRose

The girl noticed his eyes locked on hers, clearly she had his attention. She smiled and leaned against her hand, watching him. He looked nice when he smiled... She glanced away, knowing it wouldn't end well. He was a stupid jock back then and now she deserved someone amazing who valued her. She nodded and giggled softly. "Maybe one day he'll mess with the wrong person and that'll happen. Or he'll meet someone who will teach him better. He's not bad looking." She glanced at him for a second before listening to the names. She tried placing who was who and turned to him. "That sounds lonely. I'll have to visit you." She smiled softly and stretched. "Are you the one who presents the blueprints?" She thanked the waiter when their food arrived and smiled, eating happily. @Cupid Ken

Tyson snorted shaking his head. "Im waiting for that day. Hopefully it's soon, because he really needs his butt kicked." He replied with a smile looking at her. He really did miss her, he missed and felt guilty for how he treated her in highschool. He nodded sittinfbuo straight. "Yeah, we have once a month meetings and I bring in the floor plans for the building team. And then I also go on house visits to help people get their homes assessable for their family members ." He replied with a smile. "Hey, Florence, I'd like to apologize, for how I treated you in highschool. I was a huge jerk, and I should of never treated you that way. I let the popularity, and sports get to my head and I'm really sorry." He replied softly "you don't have to forgive me, but I just wanted to apologize still." @NovaRose

Smiling softly, she listened to him. "That sounds great. I'm excited to work with you." Florence froze at his words and glanced away. "It's... Okay. I was a nerd back then. And yeah, you were but... Some people change. I'm glad you changed. You could be reliving your glory years as a teenager by bullying girls still like Andrew." She giggled softly and looked over at him. Florence fidgeted with her hands and glanced away. "High school sucked. It's all a lot better now." She shrugged with a smile and nodded. "We're good. Just... Don't fuck with me again." She playfully punched his shoulder. "I'll beat you up." She stretched with a bright smile and shrugged. "But don't think that I still like you. You're hot and all, but I'm not head over heels like before." She laughed softly. @Cupid Ken

Tyson gave a small smile as he chuckled. "Dont worry, I don't expect you to be head over heals with me. And yeah, won't mess with you, trust me. I had a humbling experience, let's just say it taught me that life's to short to be that rude." He replied with a small sad smile. He leaned back in his chair, snorting as he looked out the window. He gently nudged her "Oh look, Andrew's going to be mad. His cars getting towed, maybe this will be his humbling moment." He teased with a smile, watching as Andrew freaked out and ran outside. Jim snorted. "Thats what he gets for parking in a non parking spot. Hey Ty, want me to check if he scratched your van?" He asked softly Tyson smiled "no its fine, I could get home, ace is probally wondering why I'm not back." He smiled waving down the waiter to pay for his food. @NovaRose

She noticed his change in demeanor. Florence sighed softly. "I get it, truly." She glanced away and finished up her food. "I should probably head in for the night too. I have work tomorrow. Kinda nervous to work with the team." She shrugged. She smirked and poked him playfully. "Ace? A boyfriend or girlfriend? You scandal. Go home and have a good night." She paid for her meal and stood up, waving at the others goodbye as they all seemed to pack up and leave.

Tyson smiled gently batting her hand away when she poked him. "My great Dane actually. He is an extremely spoiled puppy and if he doesn't have his bedtime snack he will just glare at me. " He teased with a smile . "You'll do great, tomorrow. We have our Staff meeting so you don't have to have anything to worry about ." He replied with a wide smile showing thay he believed in her. Jim came back into the room with a wheelchair. He carefully moved over to Tyson and Florence , very carefully moving a chair out of the way, that way it was close to Tyson. "See you both in the morning, Tyson bring your ideas. Florence I'll make sure you get the budget for marketing, can't wait to see your ideas ." Tyson smiled, he was carefully, transfered himself, from the normal chair into his wheelchair. "Yep! I hear you loud and clear jim." He promised carefully buckling himself in , before looking to Florence "it was really good to see you again. I'll see you tomorrow." @NovaRose

She smiled as he seemed playful back at her and nodded. "Your poor puppy. I cannot wait to meet him." Florence stood up and noticed Jim. She froze slightly as the male transferred himself into the wheelchair. "Your life changing experience..." She said softly and hesitated as she looked away. "Sorry I just... It makes a lot of sense now." She turned back to him and smiled softly. "Let me walk you out. I can help you with anything you need as well, though I'm sure you have it figured out but now." Florence headed towards the door. "Is it insulting to offer to push you or helpful? Leg me know what you want." It was crazy to think that the jock everyone loved now couldn't walk. She of course wanted to ask about it but didn't want to be insulting. @Cupid Ken

Tyson looked at her confused. "Um. What?" He asked her. "Oh, um yeah, I was drinking, ans arguing with someone and walked into traffic. I ended up getting a spinal cord injury amd can't feel anything from the waist down. But hey, I got humbled.' He laughed softly. He looked at her with a frown. "You don't have too, I'm pretty independent Florence. Don't worry, it's not insulting, you didn't know, I can move pretty good." He smiled carefullt putting his hands on the wheels pushing himself through the door. "Thank you for the offer ." @NovaRose

She started at him speechless as he spoke so freely about it, even laughing. She nodded and headed out to her car. "And what if I simply wanted to walk you to your car? Originally I would have hoped for you to walk me to mine, but the tides have changed." She teased, walking beside him. "I guess part of me wants to know the new you and I'm not sure how well work will allow that. A shame, truly." Florence teased and headed for her car. "Goodnight. Give Ace kisses for me. Get home safely." She smiled slightly. @Cupid Ken

Tyson snorted. "I can escort you to your car, I don't mind. If Andrew's car didn't get towed I would of needed someone to help he get into the driver side." He replied with a smile. "Well, goodnight lady Florence, you never know what life will trow at you, I will give the lovely ace kisses for you. Besides the business is pretty laid back, you'll be surprised at how much wr will see each other." He winked carefullt clicking a button on his keys waiting for the ramp to come down. @NovaRose

The next morning Florence West woke up to the sun hitting her eyes. She groaned, rolling in the bed before slowly pulling herself up. Rubbing her eyes, she turned so her feet fell off the bed and slowly she got up. It was too early. She scratched her head as she stumbled into the bathroom, grabbing her phone on the way to play music. As the water rolled down her back, the heat cleared her mind as she thought about the night before. She hadn't thought about Tyson for years. When she was younger, he seemed like a god. Every girl wanted him, and he tended to take who he wanted. She wouldn't have ever spoken to him had it not been for a class project. Florence could have sworn the only reason he stayed after was for a dare. That never stopped her feelings. It wasn't until the military that she lost the feelings and found someone else. She shook her head and let the hot water pour over her face, shaking her from her thoughts. She got out and pulled on a red pencil skirt and a black button up. She paired the outfit with black heels and did her hair in a half up hairstyle. She got outside and moved into her car before making her short trip to her work. Once there she made a coffee and moved to her new office. She knocked on Jim's door with a smile as she passed to let him know she was there. "Hey Jim. I'll be in my office if you need anything at all." She smiled politely at him before walking into the office and setting down her purse and coffee. She sat in front of the computer with a smile before glancing at the door. She wouldn't have noticed that they were easily wide enough for a wheelchair had she not known about Tysons condition. @Cupid Ken

Tyson was annoyed, he had woken up late for work, hadn't relized he did until his brother came into the room, asking if he was sick. He was planning on showering before work, but supposed he would just drown himself in colon. He quickly got dressed , getting his work bag, and his normal on the go bag ready. He gave ace kisses before he left for the day. He thought he was making good timing, but as soon as he got to work, he relized someone parked in the only avaliable handicapped spot. He sighed heaving having to park Two blocks away, before he was finally able to get out of the van comfortably. He made his way into work, were he kept apologizing profusely to everyone in the office. He felt awful that was late, not only that the meeting was in 5 minutes and he wasn't ready. Jim helped him into the only room his wheelchair couldn't fit, to help him get things set up for the meeting, it just felt like a bad day, and Tyson was ready for bed. Jim called everyone to come join them in the comfrence room that way they could go over the meeting @NovaRose
