Sirena Blake BOT 14-Sep-22 09:42 PM
Trigger Warnings: Potential for Violence, Blood, Societal Discrimination, and others as they pop up if necessary. Good Morning citizens of Pantera! It's a bright and beautiful day! We're looking at the weather report and it should stay mildly sunny all day with highs of 72 degrees in the metropolitan area. For those not in the know, we've got the first ever cohabitation project starting up today in downtown! Many animals thought this was a crazy political stunt and could be dangerous for the various prey that have signed up for this project. Others say this could bring the city closer together in harmony. We'll just have to see how this little experiment goes and if it increases the body count of prey species around the area. For now, let's wake you up with our latest hit song fr- The radio alarm was silenced finally. A soft growling sound escaped under the dark black comforter and the blue paw slithered back under it. The owner seemed to want to go back to sleep, but the thick knocks on her bedroom door made that impossible. "Sirena. Are you up?" the sound of an older woman hissed through the door. "Get your lazy butt up. You've been asleep long enough missy! Time to get going!" "I'm up now..." Sirena called back angrily from under her comforter's darkness. She took a heavy breath in and huffed it out in irritation. Early mornings were not her favorite, especially when she had been out late the night before at a concert event that her mother at the door didn't know of. To be fair, she wouldn't have approved of it anyway so there would have been no point in asking for permission. Sirena rarely did anymore anyway. Her body shifted and she threw the covers off, showing off that striking cobalt blue, black and silver fur. Her hair was long and wavy in dark navy curls. Her snout came out in a thin line ending in a soft cerulean nose. Her jaw opened in a large yawn showing off those pearly white canines lining her mouth in the early morning light. *What time

Is it anyway?* The vixen thought, turning to look at her alarm. 8:13am. Oh for fuck's sake... After getting dressed in some cut off jean shorts in a soft gray color and a dark black shirt with the name of a punk band on it, Sirena began the process of loading up the moving boxes from her room. She had been packed for a while, having wanted nothing more than to get out of her parent's home and their ridicule of her looks, of her attitude, or her aspirations and dreams.. basically of her. "I'll call you when I get there..." She said nonchalantly over her shoulder as she packed up the last box into her run down silver SUV. It took a good few shoves to get the hatchback to close, finally clicking in a satisfied and groaning way. The lack of response from her parents signaled they either didn't care, didn't hear her or had gone back inside. The light shutting of the wood on the rambler house told her the third option was what they had gone with. Fine by me... Sirena growled to herself, her large triangular ears flicking backward in disgust. She hopped into the driver's side of the car, started it, heard it click a few times before actually turning over. She really needed to get it looked at soon. Traffic wasn't too terrible as she made her way out of the Predator residential district and the Fox Dens Estates housing development. Most mammals making their way in or out of the city proper for work or school or whatever else they needed to do. Sirena every so often checked her GPS on her smart phone attached to the dash of the car to make sure she was going the right way. There were a few signs as she neared the offramp of the freeway, turning down a few streets and following along until she came to a building complex with a big fence and sign stating "Paradise Apartment Complex" Because that doesn't say we're lab rats... The iron gates opened and she stopped at the security station where a tabby cat asked for her ID and her project paperwork.

Once clearing her for entry, the cat pointed to a map and handed the vixen a pamphlet of numbers, rules, regulations and everything else that Sirena would promptly throw out later. Who had time or energy to read that stuff anyway? The map was at least helpful, and guided her to her assigned parking spot. Looks like each apartment only got the one each. Stingy... what if my roomie has a car too? Well, sucks to be them since the fox ended up getting there first. She pulled into the space marked "113" and started pulling boxes out of the back. Despite being an adult and finally living on her own, Sirena didn't actually own a lot of stuff. Mostly clothes, a few jewelry accessories, a couple of electronics but her prized possession was her keyboard. It took a good hour or so to bring everything to the right room. She'd made the trek at least three or four times for each box, turning the key in the lock of door 113 and stepping inside. Guess since I'm first... I get first pick of the rooms... Sweetness. Not that she had a lot, she did want plenty of space for her microphone set up and her keyboard. So naturally she made her way down the hallway to the master bedroom. Once all six boxes were inside, her keyboard set up in the corner safely, the vixen collapsed on the provided bed and it's provided comforter set of black. Good color choice at least for it. She wasn't quite tired enough to go back to sleep, but taking a breather before unpacking would be a good idea. Her paws forced her up about ten minutes later so she could start unpacking, tossing clothes into the dresser drawers and setting up her laptop on a desk nearby. Fuck... I forgot that radio... and it's gonna go off tomorrow too.... Sirena smirked. Oh well, not my problem anymore

Olivia snored softly as the morning sun shone through the window and curtains, lighting the the living room where the doe had passed out. The small couch was hardly comfortable, only being tolerable because it was better than the floor. She groaned as the light hit her eyelids, causing the woman to stir and eventually sit up. She soon got up and took a look over her clothes, her basic white t shirt and jeans covered in what Olivia could only assume was her own vomit, were less than appealing. She had been having nightmares of her old life and had gotten into her friends stash of alcohol, admittedly drinking a little too much while he was out of town. She quickly changed and began to clean up, writing a note apologizing before packing her very few things and leaving. Her only had a back pack filled with clothes and a handful of cleaning supplies, shampoo and a toothbrush/toothpaste, to her name since leaving her life. Today was the the day her new life began! Where she'd move into her own home and begin anew, with a new friend to boot. Olivia caught a bus to the PAC apartments and soon arrived, a little later than she'd like. Alot later than she'd like. A whole hour and a half later. She hoped off the bus, showed the security her ID and paperwork, and headed to her new home. Olivia spotted the silver SUV and smiled, her new friend was already here. She silently screeched in delight to herself before making her way to the door, giving it a few gentle knocks. Olivia waited impatiently at the door, her body nearly vibrating with energy. She wore a simple light pink t shirt and a black skirt that reached half way to her knees, a basic black zip up jacket that was unzipped, and her backpack in her hands.

Sirena had a few music books out, stacking them unceremoniously on the provided desk in her bedroom. Classical, country, rock and roll, the music sheets ran the gambit. Hope the roomie doesn't mind... not like I care or anything, I need the practice anyway She thought, before opening up another box and emptying it of different t-shirts and jeans. She folded them neatly, which was surprising for the rough vixen. She'd just gotten to her next box when those sharp ears heard a soft knocking on the front door. Must be the roomie... Her sapphire blue eyes glanced at her phone, taking it out of her back pocket quickly to check the time. It was nearly eleven. Well... no time like the present I guess... At least they got to sleep in "Yeah! It's open!" She called out in a bit of a rough bark. She was a little tied up with different cords and cables, wanting to get her microphone and keyboard functional. That was clearly more important than making sure the one at the door was actually someone she wanted in her apartment. For a moment, the fox wondered who her roommate would end up being. From what she knew of the program when she'd volunteered, she'd be rooming with another predator. Maybe its another fox... Or a cat or something... I don't really care who it is as long as they don't mess with me... Her eyes glanced around for different outlets, plugging in her keyboard and mic, setting the mixer down so she could get everything set up. This would be great regardless of who ended up living in the room next door; No mother bitching about her playing, no father chastising her for how she looked. She could finally live peacefully away from the family that just wanted her out anyway and pursue her dreams. She glanced for a moment out her window, standing in full view of her open bedroom door, her hands on her hips and her long fluffy tail slightly wagging. Beautiful day. Perfect day for a new start. @Katelyn ((She/Her))

Olivia quickly opened the door and headed inside, the closing the door gently behind her. She began to look around the apartment, admiring every inch of the perfectly cleaned home. And it was all hers, and her roommates. Her first real home where she could feel safe and away from everything that haunted her dream. She shuttered at the thought, shaking it away, and continuing her journey through the building. "Hello! Are you my new roommate?" Olivia asked in a cheery tone as she made her way to the back of the house, her excitement building inside of her. Will she a doe like herself? Perhaps a cute little bunny? Oh oh oh! Maybe a sheep! She was nearly giggling to herself out loud. She soon arrived the the bedrooms and knocked on one, quickly assuming it was empty and moving onto the next. The soft tough knock of her knuckles tapping against the wooden door rang out in the building, Olivia unable to contain her excitement anymore knocked a little harder than she intended. She quickly adjusted her clothes and waited for her companion to open the door

The fox had her nose in another box when she heard the front door open and close. There was a softer knock down the hallway and footsteps echoing softly on the carpet signaling this new roommate of hers had come inside and was already looking for the owner of the disembodied voice that had told her to come in. They had called out when they entered, sounding cheery in the air which made Sirena blink a little. Guess I should probably meet 'em... Sirena thought, standing up straight out of the box she had been scouring in looking for her phone's charging cable. Her paws patted at her pants, torn as they were to make sure any dirt or dust from the day didn't cling too badly. The sudden knock on her own door clearly indicated that Siri wouldn't get the opportunity to meet this new roommate on her own terms, since it seemed they were all too eager to meet her. Or perhaps they were hoping to kick the vixen out of the master bedroom. Fat chance. First come first served loser... next time deal with the morning like I had to A smirk crossed that sleek muzzle and she strode over with confidence to the door. She wasn't going to be pushed around by whatever predator was behind that wood. Be they a wolf, jackal, puma or hell even a lion; However when she did end up turning the knob and flinging the door open she had to take a quick step back. Her brows quirked at the figure standing in front of her. Certainly not a wolf or lion or bear... Not even a Predator at all... "Uh... You must be lost Bambi... Pretty sure I didn't order take out venison... Who exactly the fuck are you?" The words were a little cold and sharp, as the vixen leaned against the doorframe of her room. This doe had to be lost somehow. She clearly should be rooming with a prey animal somewhere. Sirena's ears flicked a little in annoyance. Day One, and the program was already screwing up; this didn't bode well. The fox just looked down at this little female, waiting for an answer or explanation or... someth

Olivia stood quietly as the sound of heavy footsteps come from behind the door, only raising her curiosity more. What kinda of prey had heavy foots steps? She didn't ponder the thought to much, smiling widely with passion and energy. Until the door swung open... Her eyes widened with fear as her heart seems to beat as light speed, the sight of the slightly larger fox paralyzing the young doe with memories. Her parents yelling at her, screaming, bottles of liquor flying through the air. Her parents describing how predators will eat the young child the first time she acted out or left them. It had finally caught up to her. This was the end, wasn't it. Oliva's body started to tremble despite her attempts at calming herself. Closing her eyes and counting to ten, taking deep breaths. Nothing seems to work. It this was truly the end, she might as well try to face it head first. With a final breath, Olivia opened her eyes and spoke "H-hi... I... l-live here..."

Sirena's brow quirked and that sly grin faded a little. She... lived here? What kind of sick joke is this? "Yeah... pretty sure you're lost Bambi..." She said with a light roll of her eyes. Didn't they have paperwork or something that had the rules of this place on it? Siri glanced down at the doe who looked like she was ready to collapse at the mere sight of the vixen. She wanted to be irritated, pissed off even perhaps, but the sight of the frightened down in front of her made her huff instead. Her face looked angry, but Sirena didn't like the idea of purposefully scaring the poor lost thing. Her paw went to her back pocket and pulled out her cell phone, stepping away from the door frame for a minute to look for the paperwork she'd tossed on her desk without reading it. "I'll just call up the management office... Get them to come get their little lost lamb..." She grumbled, looking through the pamphlet and skimming through the numbers she had been given earlier from the tabby cat at the security kiosk. Her papers listed the rules, regulations, where to find certain stores that held different dietary needs, what additional perks the PAC Project complex held and so on. "I'm sure this is just a misunderstanding... What's your name little lamb?" She nearly barked at the doe at her door, dialing the number to the management office on her phone.

Olivia remained silent as the vixen huffed and walked off into the room, the doe's eyes getting a glimpse of the roomy space. The keyboard in the corner and the microphone, the bed covered in a black blanket. It calmed her ever so slightly. Maybe her parents were wrong, maybe she was a person just like herself. She tried to imagine it though was interrupted by the other yelling at her, causing her to jump with surprise and fear. "O-Oliva, ma'am... I have my p-papers here.." She said quietly, taking her bag from her should and digging in it for a short moment, pulling out a pair of wrinkled papers and held them out towards the other in a shaky hand

"Ma'am? Shit... I'm not that old...Good of you to be polite but sheesh..." She growled a little, her ears flicking a bit. Ma'am was something her mother would insist on being called. Not like this Olivia would know that of course, it was just something that Sirena didn't exactly want to be associated with. Her foot tapped in irritation as she waited for someone at the management office to answer. "Hey... This is Sirena Blake in 113." The vixen said coldly, once someone seemed to answer on the other line. "Someone over there royally messed up... Or they sent me an early lunch to welcome me to the apartment... There's a doe here, says her name is Olivia....Pretty sure she's not supposed to be rooming with a Predator..." Her paws began to pace in the bedroom, listening intently to the voice on the other line. "Yeah. Send someone over here. Now." She growled into the phone, her face glowering a little before she hung up the phone and groaned. "Look here Bambi... You're obviously in the wrong place... I'm sure they'll fix it, so don't get too comfortable..." Sirena nearly snapped, though she pulled back a little realizing how easily frightened the doe was. Well, Siri could mess with that at least. She wasn't necessarily a mean thing but when opportunity to tease presented itself so easily it was hard for the sly vixen to resist. Taking a few steps forward, she bent a little so she was more eye level with the doe, sapphire eyes gleaming a bit mischievously. Her paw came forward and cupped under Olivia's chin, holding her attention in a surprisingly gentle way considering. "Unless you'd rather stay as an entrée of course...Haven't had venison in forever..." There was a short silence, a sly grin on her face before the vixen released the doe's face and stepped around her into the rest of the apartment. The door knocked gently and Sirena answered it to see a smaller goat at the door, stroking his small white and brown beard. There was a short conversation, more growlin

g from Sirena and a few bleating calls from the goat. The last of the conversation was Sirena inviting the nag in, and he stepped in to look for Oliva as he addressed both females. "Unfortunately" He explained in an apologetic way "There's been a bit of a paperwork and housing mishap here... We had a few animals drop out of the program last minute, and it seems that you both were assigned to this apartment together.... Now.." he clapped his hooves together, looking from Sirena to Olivia in turn. "We unfortunately have no other vacancies for you both, and the board sees this as a golden opportunity to better the project. A Further experiment if you will... We'd certainly make it worth it for you of course with some kind of compensation...." The goat gulped a little at the fox who tapped her paw again on the ground. "Well I'm not leaving...I've no intention of giving up a good thing like this...." Sirena said coldly to the goat, her eyes turning then to Olivia, wondering what the doe would say.

Olivia went silent once more, though her eyes began to wonder around the others room and the rest of the building. It look's like she wouldn't be staying in this luxury building. The doe looked at the ground as sadness filled her. At best she would be allowed to stay, though the thought shook her core with fear, and at worst she would be thrown back to the streets, which also filled her with fear. She had nowhere else to go. Not even her friends would allow her to crash of their place if she fucked this up again. Olivia wiped the thick tears forming at her eye, looking back up to face the vixen in front of her as she finished on the phone only to snap back at the smaller doe. She quietly yelped but nodded in understanding. When her chin was grabbed and lifted, the doe's eyes widened, her legs stiffened, and her tail raised in alert. But something was different this time. The woman's scent filled her nose, soothing her slightly. She smelled.. odd. In a good way. Powerful, strong, overwhelming. "P-please don't eat me..." Olivia muttered almost silently, her attention being snagged as the other released her chin. She let out a breathe she realized she had been holding in with a deep exhale. What was that, she wondered. Olivia had never felt anything like that. Terror yet flooding calm. Her eyes watched the other walk away, only to be caught by the sound of knocking. Olivia watched as the vixen opened it, revealing a small goat. She took a deep inhale before slowly walked over, hanging back a few feet from the two as they spoke. Olivia gave a anxiety filled gulp as the pair learned of the issue. Paperwork, no other housing, living together. As the other declined the offer of leaving and looked over to the doe, Olivia couldn't help but do the same to her. After a long moment of silence between the three, she finally spoke "I.. have nowhere else to go."

"Well then! That settles that." The goat responded in a cheery little bleating voice, looking from the fox to the doe. "I'll go ahead and inform the office of the decision. We thank you both for your participation in the project." He made his way out, leaving the vixen and the doe standing opposite each other in their shared living room. It was official, they would be living together then. "Guess you're stuck here then..." Sirena said with a loud sigh. She stretched a little, her tail curling behind her and a dark blue paw scratching at the back of her neck a little. "Your room is there. Don't go complaining to me that you don't have the Master room... not my fault you didn't get here earlier to claim it." Her words seemed a little irritated at the predicament she found herself in, but at least the doe didn't seem to be too much trouble. A little timid, quiet, shy even though that could be because Siri had cruelly teased her. I should probably let her know that I was just messing with her....eh... I'll do it later... The vixen thought, striding back towards her room. "Olivia...right?" She said turning and leaning up against her doorframe again. "I'm Sirena....Try not to die of fright will ya? I'd rather not get arrested on the first day for murder..." She had a playful smirk on her face, rubbing her shoulders against the doorframe to scratch an itch she couldn't reach. Her stomach gave a loud grumbling sound. Siri's ears flicked backward in irritation, muttering under her breath at the sound. "Prolly should figure out somethin' for lunch then..." There had to be take out places somewhere around here, right?

Olivia watched the goat leave, sighing in relief slightly. She was allowed to stay. Perfect! Sorta. She slowly looked over to the fox once more, watching her tail curl and her paw go for her neck. She only turned her gaze away once the other mentioned her room, looking over to the door and nodding slightly "T-that's alright... " Olivia said, attempting to put a little force into her voice but ultimately failing. Just a soft whimper. She couldn't help but turn back to the woman as she walked back to her room, despite her fear as she was extremely curious about the vixen. She didn't seem so bad, even through the threats of eating her. Perhaps her parents were wrong..? She shook her head slightly with a sigh, facing forward and began to walk to her room. Olivia stopped once the other spoke to her again, causing the doe to look over to her with a tilted head. She nodded as her name was said, only to look over in shock as the vixen said her own name. Sirena. It was beautiful. For a fox, atleast. Olivia nodded once more at the others joke "I.. will try, I think." A slight smile forced itself on her face. He looked to the kitchen as the sound of a hungry stomach filled the home. It was most likely empty. Would the 'compensation' for living with a predator include food? Most likely would need to pay for that themselves, and with Olivia not having a job, that would reply on Sirena. She groaned silently, attempting to muster up the courage to ask her for food. After a moment of silence, Olivia gave up with a sigh. She turned back to her room and went inside, closing the door gently behind her. The doe tosses her bag in the corner and flopped on the bed all spread out, finding herself mentally drained. All her energy was sucked out of her by the fear and shock of seeing the woman. The image of her entered her head, her dark blue fur and piercing sapphire eyes. Every little detail about her shining like a beacon in Olivia's head.

Huh.... so she can take a little teasing then... good to know Sirena thought silently to herself, pulling out her phone and scrolling through the different food apps that were nearby. A couple grocery stores, some fast greasy food depending on what you were interested in. Her large ears flicked a little, listening to the different sounds outside as others made about their day. Despite being pretty stone cold, Sirena felt that she herself was a bit on edge. Something about Olivia unsettled the vixen and it was more irritating that she couldn't quite figure out exactly why. Slowly, Sirena moved back into her room, leaving the door open behind her. Why did she have to shut it? What was the doe gonna do; wander in? Doubtful... She's more likely to run away than run in here...The vixen thought quietly, flopping down on her bed as her stomach continued to protest it's lack of breakfast and soon to be lack of lunch. Her eyes scanned through the different options. Grocery delivery? That meant making something here. Pass... too tired for that shit Looked like there was a Taco joint nearby, fake meat provided at no extra charge. Possible... * Next was a Pizza joint that delivered too. Her fluffy tail wagged lightly hanging off the bed. "Alright... Pizza then... Wonder if I should ask Bambi if she wants any...." *What is it with me? I don't have to interact with her. She's just my roommate... Sirena scolded herself for the out loud comment she'd just made. I was kind of a jerk to her though...Fuck.... The fox scrolled through the different pizza options, selecting a plant based pepperoni with mushrooms for one half of the pizza for herself. It could be a good peace offering I guess... Just.. as a way to let her know I wasn't actually going to eat her...Groaning a little, Sirena lifted herself back up off her bed and striding down the hall to the closed door of the second bedroom. Her ears flicked backward pausing at first, before she rapped her knuckles against

Olivia laid on her, staring at the ceiling in silence. Conflicting thoughts flooded her mind. The words of her parents, screaming about how predators would swallow her whole. The scent and figure of the vixen from just moment before, drowning her mind with burning heat. Her breathes ragged, loins of fire, her hand traveled down her side and slipped under her long skirt. A little whimper escaped the doe from just the slight touch of her own small fingers. She quickly pulled her hand away, holding back a loud yelp. "W-what am I doing...? This is wrong.." Olivia muttered to herself, though unable to ignore the heat from between her legs, allowed her hand to traveled under her skirt once more. Hesitant moves sent shivers down her spine, the shaking fingers gently tapping against her panties as her hand slowly moved through. The knock sent a fright through her, her hand instantly being pulled from her skirt before she stood with another much louder yelp. Olivia stared at the door, the silence between her and the other on the other side of the door louder than any words. After a moment, the doe gathered her courage and walked over to the door. She opened it wide with a small creak, huffing to herself silently at the intimidating figure of the vixen stood before her. The same one who haunted her lustful thoughts. "Y-yes..?"

Sirena waited for a moment, before the door finally opened. Shit, was she trying to sleep or something? "I'm ordering a pizza. Do you care what toppings are on it?" She asked, in a harsh tone of voice. Sirena had meant the question to be stated more like 'Hey, I was kind of an asshole to you earlier... trying not to be... wanna split a pizza?'... but of course, instead what came out was what she said. For a moment, the vixen just glared down at the little doe in the doorway, her cobalt nose twitching a little. Something was a little different but she was too preoccupied with her growling gut to really pay too much attention to it. " Think you can listen for the door when it comes too? You're closer and I'm probably going to be working.. so I won't hear it..." Sirena continued, holding her phone out to show the list of options that Olivia had to choose from for her half of the pizza. The vixen would wait until Oliva punched in the toppings she wanted before hitting the large red 'CHECKOUT' button on the bottom. Her tail swayed behind her a little, checking to see how long it would take for the food to arrive. About thirty minutes, so pretty standard it looked like.

Olivia only stared at the vixen for a moment before the others phone was handed over, to which she hesitantly grabbed "O-oh.. That would be nice, actually.. Thank you.." Her quiet and shy voice muttered out, her eyes reading over the list of toppings. Olivia couldn't help but look up at the other every few second, looking over her features and forcing every detail in her mind. Though she also looked for signed of aggression, thinking this might just be an attempt to eat her. She soon tapped on mushroom toppings and handed back the phone, giving a soft smile "I.. don't have any money. B-but I can do the dishes for a thank you!" Olivia quickly reassured in a cheery tone, nearly jumping as she propped herself on her tippy toes. She landed after a short second, her smile fading. Her heart pounded against her chest as the thick scent of the vixen radiated from the woman once more, filling the doe's mind with uneasy thoughts. "I. um... guess this means you won't be eating me?" Olivia gave a hesitant laugh, her eyes looking off to the side. Despite Sirena's intimidating presence, Olivia couldn't help but feel slightly at ease. Perhaps it was just the addicting scent or maybe the vixen wasn't such a bad person despite the words her was taught.

"Huh... You like Mushrooms too? Neat." Sirena said offhandedly, not even looking at Olivia as she reviewed the order. That makes it easy. A large triangular ear flicked forward in the doe's direction as she heard her say she was broke and couldn't pay for it. I didn't ask you to... Sirena thought, though the idea of dishes being taken care of was a bit appealing to the vixen. Those sapphire eyes glanced up at the doe watching her leap up and cheerily offer this chore as compensation for the free pizza. A light huff pushed out of the predator's nostrils a moment but she nodded at the offer. The fox turned a little to start the short walk back to her room when she heard Olivia ask her a question that made her pause. "I um... guess this means you won't be eating me?" A sly grin spread over her sleek muzzle. Bambi, you make this too easy. After putting her phone back in her back pocket, Sirena reached out, plopping her paw on the Doe's head and ruffling that long hair she sported. It was playful, at least at first, until Sirena got close enough for her canines to gleam in the light while she growled quietly in Olivia's ear. "Not unless you want me to Bambi..." She held there for just a moment, before pulling away and lifting her paw off the doe's head. Her tail raised and wagged a little behind her and at best her smirk looked like a playful grin. "Just listen for the door. Thanks for volunteering to do dishes afterward." She said in a fairly lighthearted way as she made her way back to her room. The door was left open, she had no reason to close it, and Sirena got down to business, turning her keyboard on and putting her noise cancelling headphones over her large triangle ears. There was some playback she wanted to check, so she would focus on that while she tried to get Olivia's sweet face out of her head. Sweet? Fuck... Damn deer...

Her head beat against her ribcage, her body shaking and her mind swirled with lust, fear, and worry. After what seemed like twelve eternities, the vixen finally pulled away. The doe soon snapped back into reality, though her gaze fixated itself on the simple wagging of the other's tail. She found her own little tail wagging slightly as well. "R...right.." Olivia softly whispered before heading back into her room. She took a quick look at her bed and quickly shook her head. No way was she going to lay back down after what had just transpired. Olivia turned and headed backed into the living room, closing her door behind her. She flopped on the couch and searched for the remote to the tv, quickly finding it and flipping through the channels. Finding nothing of interest, she sighs and tosses the remote to the side after turning the tv off. Olivia just stared at the black screen for a moment before turning to the door, her eyes narrowing as she tried to will the pizza man to the door. It didn't work and she sighed once more. "I'm bored...Nothing to do." She muttered in slight annoyance, taking a look over the open door to her vixen roomate.

Sirena's mind was on her music. On the songs she'd covered and the recordings she'd done. Her ears covered by the noise cancelling earphones, she couldn't hear anything out in the other room even with her door open. With a notebook, she made little notes and bobbed her head to the music in her ears. Every so often she'd take the pencil and hold it in her teeth while she made small adjustments on her mix board and laptop. "Fuck... That's gonna need to be re-recorded." She said aloud, her own voice muffled and a slight growl. Despite doing her best to try and get rid of the background sounds, it just wasn't working. It either warped the notes being played or it was loud enough to hear the blender from her mother's kitchen at the house. Another reason she was infinitely glad that she no longer lived there. Too much distraction and noise that would ruin her recordings. "Alright... can't be helped then I guess..." Her fingers flipped the keyboard on and it gave a small humming sound. Her recording program ready, and her mix board set to the correct levels, Sirena let her fingers play at the black and white keys. She did a quick little scale, just warming up, waking up her digits for what she actually wanted to do. Then they started to play a light warm tune, her blue paws gliding over the keys in a far more elegant way than what would originally have been thought of by the foul mouthed vixen. She had no way to plug the keyboard into the computer directly, so she relied on her microphone to pick up the sounds that wafted through the apartment now. @Katelyn ((She/Her))

The doe's ears perked up at the sound of tunes flowing through the building. Olivia blinked a few times as her head tilted, wondering where it was coming from. Sounded like it was emitting from Sirena's room, though Olivia didn't think that the woman was much of a music type. She stood up and wondered to the door, taking a peek from the peephole for a moment. She only just didn't reach it so she propped herself on her toes to look. After satisficed the music wasn't coming from outside, Olivia once more turned to the vixens room. Olivia gulped and slowly wondered over to the entrance of the others room, her head peeking out from the side. Her roommate was sitting down, her ears covered by large headphones. The sound was indeed coming from whatever she was doing, prompting the doe investigate further. So she did, quietly slinking into the room, peeking over Sirena's shoulder. "Woah..." The doe muttered quietly as she watched the other play, her fingers dancing across the keyboard

Sirena was in her own little world. Her body moved back and forth in time with the song that she enticed the keyboard keys to sing. Her muzzle tilted down but her eyes were closed. The tune was simple enough, but it helped get her into the mood, helped get her fingers warmed up and ready to work. Sirena didn't need to look at the keys to know which notes to play. At certain points her fingers were light on the black and white keys, barely touching them to get soft whispers of sound, while others she pressed down hard for the sound to be extracted in a more bold and purposeful way. Her tail behind her even tapped along like a metronome keeping pace and beat. She couldn't hear anything beyond what was coming through the microphone thanks to her headphones. So she certainly didn't hear Olivia enter her room to investigate the sounds that were coming from her room. The microphone picked up the keyboard's song so that the vixen could hear it clearly in her ears, picking up on little notes that needed more inflection, more emotion here, less there and altering the way she played accordingly. It wasn't until an unfamiliar sound whispered in the background that got caught by the mic that Sirena moved any differently. Almost to confirm what she thought she had heard in her headphones, her cobalt nose twitched and she released a heavy sigh out of her muzzle. At least I'm not recording this, it's just a warm up... She thought, before deciding to just ignore the intruding doe. It wasn't like Sirena minded an audience anyway. Once satisfied with the ending notes, letting them drift off into the air, the vixen took the opportunity to lift one of the headphones off her ear and turn to look at Olivia over her shoulder. Her brow raised a little looking at the sweet thing. Well, sweet because she seems to like my playing at least... "Something I can help you with?" There was a bit of a growl in her voice, her paw taking the headset off completely and hanging it on her microph
