A multiversal criminal called Erkha has arrived to CoJ universe more than a decade ago. Erkha is basically a virus that controls a human body that has the power to speed time enough to end the universe and recreate it like he wishes so. Though his plans are uncertain his actions clearly show his intensions are not for something good. After his arrival, he gathered himself obedient and loyal followers from all nations. He had such a charisma and such power, his web of allies spread all around the world in short time of few years.
He offers his allies salvation of what's incoming only if they open themselves to Erkha and accept his gifts. His gifts being connected to Erkha mentally with no privacy or whatsoever but earning a supernatural ability. With exceptionally strong allies all around the world, he bent the world to his own vision.
Erkha being so fast, he outspeeded Rosalina to this universe way before her and settled comfortablly before she could get over here. Rosalina is also another universe traveler that chases after him.
