It was finally the weekend after a grueling week of an ungrateful boss who constantly belittled and irritated Nikki and there was nothing more that she was looking forward to than to test out the latest and greatest VR game out on the market. It had cost more than she had been willing to spend, but having an older brother who worked for the company came with perks. One of those said perks were that after begging and grueling over him for a full month straight he had finally caved and managed to get her one of the exclusive sets before it had even hit the market. What had it cost her? Two months of babysitting his baby so that her brother and his wife could go on much needed dates. Nikki wasn't really one for kids but for Soul Online she'd manage. Pulling into the parking lot of her apartment she eagerly went to her usual space, parking she noticed a moving truck a few spots away and wondered who the new person to the complex was going to be. There were only a few empty apartments in the complex and one happened to be right next door to her own. "Please let it be a hot guy, please let it be a hot guy." Nikki chanted as she slid out of the drivers seat of her bug. Opening the trunk she pulled out the two bags, one containing the gaming system itself and the other containing the high tech suit which promised to take virtual reality to a whole new level. Rumor had it that the suits let the player actually feel what their in game avatars experienced and the idea of it had Nikki practically salivating as she headed towards her second floor apartment.

. Nikki took two steps at a time, her eyes focusing on the steps below her feet to make sure she didn't pull a klutz move and fall. She had precious cargo after all. She had just managed to make it up the stairs only to skid to a halt as she was met with what appeared to be a wall of boxes. "Uhhhm... excuse me?" Her voice didn't hold any bit of annoyance as she moved around the stack of boxes only to come face to face with a very handsome face. "Oh." Switching gears she plastered on a charming smile. Quitting gaming was a difficult decision to make he had spent so long trying to decide whether or not he should quit months agonising over it but in the end, he decided that it was best. There was just too much toxicity in that environment one day he might decide to return to it but for now he was hanging his remote. At least he was hanging it in a competitive sense he had been a playing games for longer than he could walk and he had no intentions on stopping any time soon. And on the bright side the loss of the job meant that he was able to move the place he lived before had really fast Wi-Fi but it was also really pricy and now, he didn’t need to pay that much anymore. He was in the middle of packing when he heard a womans voice making him nearly jump quickly sliding a box that contained a couple of his physical game copies and umm adult magazines behind a door before anyone saw it. Trying to be social he pulled himself to his feet and walked around the stack of boxes about to introduce himself before it was clear that the other person had the same idea making him freeze. He met the womans face first unable to help but think that the woman looked really pretty before he looked down out of nervousness only to pale as he realised that decision made him see more of her as she was only in a crop top letting him get a good look of the soft curve of her breasts covered only by the white top his gaze quickly going lower revealing the smooth skin of her belly and long legs that were just too much for him. A soft flush quickly grew on his face before he forced himself to look up at her face ignoring the way that he towered over her as he offered her his hand. “Sorry.” He apologised not sure what exactly he was apologising to her for. “Yeah, I just moved in I’m Marcus, Marcus Toll.” He greeted. @EnchantedNymph

There were two things that Nikki noticed first. The anxiousness that seemed to emanate from the guy, the next was just how hot he was, especially as his face flushed as he took all of her in. It would be a lie to say that she didn't like the attention. In fact as he stared she pressed her chest out even further and as his flush deepened Nikki couldn't help but smirk and take his hand in her own. His hand was soft, and as she shook it she'd take a step closer to him, the scent of vanilla and honeysuckle would greet his nostrils as she looked up at him. " Well hello there, Marcus. I'm Nikki! Nikki Sullivan at your service" She offered him a big grin and a wink as she let go of his hand. "Welcome to the hood." She released his hand and tucked some of her chestnut hair behind her ear. "You ever need anything I'm literally right next door. Maybe we could grab a bite sometime?" She offered, her doe eyes looking up at him almost pleadingly. "That is, when you're not busy of course. I'd love to get to know you more..." @Jack Frost

Part of him was sure that she was trying to tease him but at the same time he wasn’t really good enough with people to realise it. You didn’t become a pro at gaming after all by spending your time talking to ladies. Especially the pretty ones. His eyes quickly went to her breasts when she pushed her chest out unable to stop himself as he got a good look of her his hand giving hers a gentle squeeze when she took his hand feeling like he could get addicted to the smell of vanilla and honeysuckle if he spent too much of his time with her. He then shook his head to try and get his thoughts back on track unable to help but that she looked really pretty almost missing her introduce herself as he missed the feeling off her hand in his from the moment, she let go off his hand before he flushed slightly at her offer unable to look away from her eyes as it felt like she just asked him out and well he found that he couldn’t say no. “Eell it’s nice to meet you, Nikki.” He told her softly unable to help but picture a couple ways that she could service him. “You know where I live so you can come visit anytime but if you want, we can go get some food tomorrow.” He offered her with a nervous smile. @Nymphy Lou Who❧

Hearing him offer for her to come visit whenever she wanted had a grin spreading across Nikki's face even more so than before. "Luckily it's the weekend so I don't have work... so, tomorrow sounds perfect. I only have one thing planned all day, but I can pause for a break at any point, so whatever time works for you." Nikki gave him one more once over, enjoying the view that she had been gifted. Today truly was a good day. New game and new neighbor all in one day. "I know a really sweet pizza joint not far from here...if you like that kind of thing, just come knock on my door when you're up for a bite." Nikki walked over you her door and sat her bags down and pulled her keys out of her pocket. As she unlocked the door she turned and glanced at Marcus. "Glad you're my neighbor, cutie." She winked at him as she pushed open her door. Bending over to pick up her bags she gave him one last wave before she headed inside. It'd take her a total of an hour and a half to set up the game and while she waited for the system to finish the installation process Nikki made herself some food. There was a lot that could be said about Nikki, most being that she liked to have fun and was carefree but when it came to games it was as if she was a completely different person. More serious in demeanor and trying to clear all objectives of a game it was more like business than not so her eating before would guarantee that she wouldn't need to break during the tutorial for anything save for a bathroom break. .

A chime came from the game system box and Nikki downed the last of her sandwich. Grabbing a water bottle she ran over to where the VR headset rested and picked it up. "Oh right...the suit!" Humming she stripped out of her crop top and shorts before pulling the skintight suit from it's own box. As she slipped it on the spandex like material seemed to fit like a glove. While the material seemed thick it actually felt very breathable and Nikki glanced at herself in her mirror hanging on the wall. "Hmm, not bad, more sci-fi looking that I imagined but..." She turned and took a look at how it made her ass look. "Hot." Moving back into the center of the living room Nikki slipped on the VR headset. It took a minute for the system to boot. It was strange, seeing her living room through the headset before it was replaced by nothing but black all around, the word Welcome floating in empty space with a button beneath reading Start Now. "How does this even-" She reached up her hand and made to click the button, much to her excitement it worked and she was pulled into another room which held a sign indicating she was in the character creation closet. "Okay... who will I be?" @Jack Frost

He tilted his head as he saw how big her grin got not sure why she was so happy while he stayed silent patiently listening to her talk as he missed the way that she looked him up and down. Staying oblivious to her clear attraction. “Who doesn’t like pizza? Sounds great to me I can knock on your door tomorrow later in the day.” He told her softly tilting his head as he watched her walk to her door only to flush when she called him a cutie and winked at him. His eyes acted with a mind of their own when she bent down to pick up her bags his gaze quickly going south as he messed up what he had meant to say. “Nice ass- nice to meet you.” He told her red faced looking away from her shyly as he hoped that she didn’t hear what he said. Not sure what else to say he stepped back and finished taking his boxes into his new apartment deciding to put off unpacking by having some fun first, there was a new game that he wanted to try out after all and it didn’t take him all that long to fit into the Haptic suit and slide the VR onto his head. Having played a lot of rpg games it didn’t take him long to decide which class he wanted to be happily choosing the rogue class that was built for its dexterity and stealth while also allowing him to use magic before he finished making the character putting a short sword in his main hand and a dagger in the offhand as soon as possible. @Nymphy Lou Who❧

The character creation options were vast and there had even been an option to have the avatar look like her real life self but she opted to make a custom character so that she didn't have to worry about possibly running into someone from real life. She settled on a dark hair color that depending on the rendered light could look brown or black, eyes that matched in shade. The rest was pretty straight forward. Giving her a body shape that was not much unsimilar to her own, though she upped the height of her avatar. For clothing choices there were the starter standards for whichever class you chose to play the game as, though Nikki had been given a custom designed choice thanks to her brother. The Victorian styled top and pants that clung to her avatar complimented her shape perfectly and she grinned. "I can get behind this." "Okay lets see...username... hmm." Nikki chewed on her lip underneath the headset and mulled over what sounded good in her mind. "How about..." She lifted her hands and typed with the floating keyboard in front of her. " S...o...u...r" It was weird, the sensation of using something that wasn't really there. But the gloves did a decent job and there wasn't even really a lag between her finger movements and that of what was on the so called screen. "l...i g h t. Done." She hit the complete button and then her avatar was falling from the virtual sky and Nikki felt so out of place. Logically she knew her feet were planted on the ground, but seeing through her avatar made it so realistic as the ground quickly came at her. Though as was within a few feet the avatar landed softly. "Trippy..." Nikki shivered. Looking around she saw an NPC Welcomer. In front of her eyes on the platform she had landed the words floated into the air as confetti reigned down. It was far from his first time making a character which meant that he could blast through it as he made a character that he was happy with. The main differences from him to his character was that he had made his character more muscular than he was while also being a couple inches shorter. He had always been on the tall side so he didn’t really see a need in making his character any taller, besides if he made his character shorter that meant he was less likely to be noticed and since he tends to play stealth-based characters being unnoticed was a pretty big priority for him. He hit the button to say done before the world started up. The into message with the confetti was easily ignored as he just read the message quickly before he got his bearings seeing how pretty the world was. It was colourful and vibrant so full of nature making him feel like he had stepped foot inside of a fantasy anime where he would save the world by killing a demon king which probably wasn’t too far off what this would be. They were really leaning into the whole fantasy aesthetic which he wasn’t complaining about the world looked pretty, it looked comfortable like he could spend hours just relaxing here. Maybe they had fishing in the game, he wasn’t really one to fish but sometimes it could be really relaxing. Finding his starting equipment for his class, a dagger a health potion and a thief's pack. It seemed that the first quest was to make it to the bottom of the woods into a tavern which was why once he had all his stuff, he quickly started to walk a confident hop in his step. @Nymphy Lou Who❧

To pick ones class was often picked rather hastily, most just stuck to the class they preferred for other games. However she couldn't decide as hastily or low effort, each game had different tweaks to a classes stat and she always weighed the pros and cons of each before settling on one final one. It took her about twenty minutes before she settled on the mage class. The base armor that was offered was just a cloak and a staff which wasn't terrible but it was a bit chunky to hold in her hand. "Definitely will need a new one." She read through the first quests instructions which was simple enough and with one more look around at all the amazing details she was off down the hill. The path winded through the thick forest trees and as she began her decent she was able to focus more on the sounds and the scenery. Everything was so high tech that she felt as if she were Sours. She knew it was an idiotic name but it was the gamer tag she'd had since she was in middle school. Eventually the path under her feet diverged into two paths. There was no sign to direct her in which path was the right one to take and she sighed. "To not get a starter map..." She tsked and looked both directions. Shrugging she settled to go right, it felt like the natural choice and without much more thought she headed down the path humming as she went. Occasionally she would stop and collect some wild herbs and flowers. She'd need to study them to see if they were good for potions or not but first she needed to get t the tavern. The trees began to thin out the further she went and eventually she landed in front of a log and stone building. A sign hanging above the door called Three Bears Brew, it was a...interesting choice in a name for a tavern but she wasn't one to question; she could probably find lore if she looked hard enough. Pushing open the door she looked around the pub. She headed straight for the bar taking a stool in front of the barkeep.

Before he went to the tavern, he had spent some time trying to find chests and getting into fights to try and raise his experience starting off by fighting wolves and then a couple bandits. If he was being honest, they had been pretty easy fights so far, the bandits may have been a couple levels higher then him but he was a pro for a reason finding it child's play to parry attacks with his dagger before he would counter attack making sure to loot them all at the end. Once he was done, he headed to the tavern that he had spotted earlier the name reminding him of goldilocks and the three bears. When he was there, he decided that he wanted to try and find more players if he could which was why he decided to walk around poking people's cheeks at least the ones that were sit down easily tunning out the responses that sounded robotic. The AI really did feel life like but you could always sense it when you're talking with a real person. He had spent years playing games professionally and it sucked a lot of the joy out of it so now he just wanted to have fun. Which was why when he saw a black-haired woman in an outfit that reminded him of the Victorian area he grinned. He hadn’t seen anyone else wearing that jacket. He walked up to her quickly as he was pretty sure that she hadn’t seen him yet. “Adventurer you are finally here!” He called in a fake accent pretending to be a quest giver. “Thank you for coming for our protection the fight against the demon king has been hard and unyielding he’s been beating us on both sides, our struggle is just so big.” He said trying to act sincere while purposely trying to make it sound as dirty as he can. “Please come with me so I can get you equipped to serve the kingdom.” He said purposely over exaggerating his reaction while he pretended to realise that she was hungry. “of course, we can get you food first we will take care of your every need my lady.” @Nymphy Lou Who❧

If she had been just any common player she might have fallen for the trick that the player who approached had tried to pull. But Nikki was no common player and she wouldn't fall for it... She could have outright called him out on it but instead she decided to see where exactly he was going with it. "Oh, of course. The demon king is a fearful foe, the kingdom will need all the help it can get." She glanced at the empty mug of beer in front of her and turned her attention fully on the player. "My every need you say?" She glanced at him up and down, her eyes narrowing as if she was eying him with scrutiny. "I'll need all the loot you have on your person, to help protect the kingdom of course." She flagged down the barkeep. "Another one, and one for citywatch here..." She turned back on her stool and leaned against the counter and back to what she had originally been doing, observing a map she had acquired. Different little markers were alight on the map glowing a variety of colors. "So, if you're going to buy me food and drink you might as well introduce yourself. " @Jack Frost

He smiled back at her when he saw the way that she was looking at him with scrutiny something told him that she knew what he was pulling on her but he still wasn’t ready to give as he quickly placed down enough gold to pay for two beers. “Of course, Milady.” He told her giving her a small bow before he hummed. “Sustenance is needed for us all to survive.” He murmured sticking to his AI voice from before. “I didn’t feel like it was worth introducing myself I am just Solace; my family had a farm before the demon lord attacked so I joined up to the city watch to try and defend my kingdom.” He explained to her. His hands then went to the hem of his shirt pulling it off to reveal a bare toned chest. “Great hero I will give you anything you need to defend the kingdom.” He told her holding his shirt out for her to take a fake innocent look on his face. “Thank you so much for the help you are going to give if it weren’t for your help, we would never be able to survive.” @Nymphy Lou Who❧

"Consolation or comfort in a time of sadness or stress..." She lifted her drink and stared down at the contents inside the mug. "What a peculiar name to choose." She arched a brow as she took a long drink. "Ah, that's good." Setting the mug down she turned to face him as he removed his shirt. "You'll give me anything?" She leaned forward and rested her chin on her knuckles, her brow arched. "What if I asked for you? Would you then be mine?" Clicking her tongue she turned back and picked up her mug. "You should choose your words more carefully. Otherwise other players may take advantage of you, even if this is a game." She finished her drink slamming the mug down before she slid off the stool. "Call me Del if you need to address me. Otherwise, see you around player." She clapped him on the shoulder, taking his shirt from his hand as she headed out of the tavern. Del took out the map again, observing where the best quests were to take. "Okay so if I go this way... everyone else would be focusing on that one.." Smirking to herself she took the left fork in the road. @Jack Frost

He tilted his head slightly when he heard her words smiling back at her when she leaned in giving her a look of confidence that would be alien if he was in anything other than a video game. Video games were his thing. While gaming he tended to feel invincible, untouchable so much more secure than his real self. He was a pretty late bloomer after all. His grin grew even larger when he heard her words simply winking back at her “well if you want to make me yours your welcome to try.” He smirked his eyes looking her up and down quickly, checking her out. He knew that it was just a game but still she looked pretty deciding to follow her when she left, he finished his drink before he paid and followed after her. “You know there’s probably a short cut.” He pointed out to her as he followed her to the fork in the road not caring that she still had his shirt. “Games like these where you have the fork in the road tend to have a third secret path in the middle of the fork of the roads sometimes it just leads to an enemy, but sometimes it leads to chests and loot.” He explained to her before he smiled. “So, Del wanna make this a co-op playthrough?” @Nymphy Lou Who❧

"Why take a short cut? It takes away from the game experience..." She stated as she kept going along the path. "Some of us are more into gaming for the stories, not the achievements and loot." She sighed, glancing over at Solace. She could tell already he was the opposite style of gamer than she was. His question had her pause, stopping in the middle of the road to turn towards him. There were pros and cons to teaming up with other players, and from his personality she felt like they might clash yet she couldn't negate that having someone different than she was might come in handy in the long run, and if he was also one of the first to possess the game there must be a reason. Perhaps he was a streamer or something, not that she followed those types of people. "I suppose...though if we're going to team up there's something that we need to get clear." She crossed her arms under her breasts which only accentuated their already well endowed size. "We agree on the steps to take for quests, no running and gunning everything without the other agreeing to it. We split loot 50/50 no matter which one of us does more work. If you accept those terms then..." Del pulled up the in game menu and sent him an invite to join party. The choice was his, though she honestly wouldn't be surprised if he had some terms of his own. @Jack Frost

“Short cuts don’t take away from the experience besides you don’t know what’s down there.” He told her as he walked with her. “There could be a secret merchant that offers quests down there we don’t know what story there can be by walking down an unused instead of going the way that everyone expects you to go.” He pointed out to her before he let her talk. When she crossed her arms under her breasts, he couldn’t help but glance at them his attention clear as he didn’t try and hide them almost missing her talking about her terms as he focused on her chest at first before he forced his gaze upwards looking back at her face again. Yes, he knew they weren’t real but even so boobs were boobs. “Yeah sure.” Was his reply easily agreeing to her terms “but we go the short cut way, if it sucks then we can just double back and head your route, no harm no foul.” He told her with a smile using the game menu to accept her invite before he took a step over to her and held his hand out for her to take. “Come on then partner artificially rendered daylight is wasting.” He told her with a playful smile waiting for her to take his hand before he would tug her along with him. “Awesome avatar by the way I like the jacket.”

He had a point, and as much as she didn't want to admit it there would be no harm in checking it out. Being a gamer that was more for the storyline than the achievements and things she wasn't normally one to search for the secrets and the like in games. But his logic had got her thinking, how many secret side stories had she missed out on for how she approached games. She was so in her thoughts that she hadn't realized just how much he was staring at her chest. Solace's words brought her out of her mind and she gave a firm nod. "Alright, the server isn't overloaded with players yet so it shouldn't be too bad if we have to backtrack." Why he needed to hold her hand to do such a thing she wasn't sure but she accepted it, taking his hand and letting him lead her. It was strange, the body suit with it's gloves and things she swore she could actually feel his hand in hers and she was lost in that thought when he had complimented her jacket and she smirked. "Only one of it's kind. A perk of pre-released copy I guess... did you get anything special?" @Jack Frost

He was pretty relieved that she didn’t see the way that he was staring at her chest and by the time that she was talking he forced himself to look at her face before she caught him looking at her breasts. When she took his hand in his he smiled at her softly leading her towards the water. “It suits you, well it suits your avatar I got no idea if it would suit you in real life.” He told her before he answered her question by pulling out his dagger and showing it to her. “I got this as an invitation, it draws enemies' aggravation towards me making me the bigger target but it scales with my dexterity.” He told her softly. “So, do you think that you can have sex in this game? It's supposed to give you an experience of everything.” He asked her as he took her into the river stepping inside of it first to see how deep it was before he bit down on his lower lip as he felt how cold it was. He loved vr, he had played it since well since before things were this advanced back when he first started playing the graphics were so bad that it would give you migraines and your attacks tended to clip through enemies doing damage still but there was no physics behind it. @Nymphy Lou Who❧

"That's a pretty decent perk in itself." She nodded her approval at his weapon as they walked. "The armor on this coat itself has room to be expanded so I look forward to examining the bonuses when we begin to really level up." His question has taken her by surprise, something we wasn't quite sure how or if she even should answer. Her brother being one of the workers on the game he had informed her it was supposed to be a realistic emersion, your mind practically linked to the character itself. As she stared down at the river and he tested the water she chewed on her lip. "I...am not sure." As he bit his lip she dipped her own foot into the water and shivered. She could feel the bite of the water as she sunk in lower and grunted. "Clearly we can feel this, though why anyone would want to do those things in a game..." She shook her head, her ebony shaking like a silky blanket over her shoulders. As they slowly made their way to the other side of the river Del couldn't help but glance down at herself, the water coming up just below her breasts. The water was frigid and clearly her avatar body was reacting, her nipples hard as mountain peaks and rubbed against the leather of the coat she was wearing. She released a shuddering breath, pushing to go quicker through the water to the other side. Once they were clear of the water she removed her boots, dumping out the water and a few pebbles dropping out of them before she slipped them back on. "How are you so sure where to go, anyway?" @Jack Frost

“It’s a cool dagger, I like how it feels in my hand too.” He told her as he put it away, humming at her words about her armour. “So, you’ll be able to upgrade it so that it can grow with you.” He told her with a soft smile not missing the way that she was surprised from his question. And with her words he grinned not missing the way that she shivered. “Do you want to test it then? Maybe having sex in a game would be fun.” He told her playfully liking the way that her hair fell over her shoulders before he gave her hand a gentle squeeze. He hadn’t noticed how short she was not missing the way that the cold water had rose to her breasts. With how much taller he was then her it didn’t reach nearly as high for him making him feel less cold than she was but that didn’t mean that he didn’t feel the bite of the water. Half way through it right before he reached the middle his foot hitting something that felt like a rock but at the same time it felt hollow. Ignoring it for now he went through the water with her stepping onto the dry flood before he slipped off his jacket noticing how cold she was. “I can see your nipples by the way, do they feel like actual nipples?” He asked her curiously before he slipped his dry jacket over her body. “And I didn’t know but I’m guessing you play games often, don’t you? How often do you find buried loot under water?” He asked her before he went back into the water ducking down before he pulled a small chest out from the lake. “I told you that we got something.” He told her holding the chest in his hands as he swam to her before he set it down in front of her. “So, are you still gonna keep thinking that I don't know what I'm doing?" He asked her teasingly.
