Long ago, the four nations lived together in harmony. Then, the old earth queen, a fair woman named Letitia Sedimia sadly passed away. She left the throne to her fourteen year old adoptive son Akvari. A boy estranged by the rest of the royals due to his outsider status and lack of true royal blood lineage. However he quickly made himself known as a true leader, doing away with the royals and renaming the kingdom as the first Earth Dynasty, intended to rule forever. The boy was young, but fiercely intelligent and capable, soon putting into work a plan which involved taking something sacred…something good. And twisting it to fit his goals. Knowing the next avatar would be born to the earth nation he’s rumoured to have pair handsomely to the family of the avatar when they were born in order to have her in his care, raising the child as a weapon. A truly apocalyptic tool of war who would cement the earth nation’s supremacy. And thanks to the now 19 year old loyal Avatar’s assistance Akvari recently took over the northern water tribe, causing the fire nation to be on edge, ready for a huge war with the tyrant…. I’m a fairly GM looking for an rp partner to rp a story based in an OC version of the Avatar the last Airbender/Korra universe! There’s multiple avenues we can take this, though of course you’d not be the avatar. And yet? You’ll still very much be a protagonist in the face of the fearsome Earth Dynasty! Be you from within the earth nation itself or from the Southern water tribe, fire nation or air nomads! All up to you and your character! There’s many avenues this rp could take based on it all! What I need from you is your character! And please, make them interesting, nothing’s worse than rping with shadowy edgelord who doesn’t talk to anybody, only trains and wants to kill all who oppose them. Send me these things please! I've been wanting to do an ATLA rp for so long long ! Okay so : Character name : Sabaibhandā purānō rūkha Nickname : Rukh Age: 25 Gender and Pronouns : Non Binary They/Them Bending element : Air Bending practice : Not very spiritual like their Nomadic Family, Meditates a lot, Not very good at Airbending as in not very powerful Personality and backstory summary : A Air Nomad Herbalist, always in company of their Owl Cat. Separated from their Nomadic Family for political reasons. Their Nomadic Family (so not their blood family) is comprised of airbenders from their schooling temple, the West Air Temple, and other non benders air nomads. That Nomadic Family like many Air Nomads, are apolitical and never involve themselves in world political issues. Rukh is not of this opinion. They believe it is one of the duty of the Air Nomads to maintain peace and harmony by offering education and wisdom to the three other Nations of the World. Rukh hates close-mindedness and refusal of change. Their approach is "If we fight, we die. If we talk, we live. If we learn from each other, we grow". Rukh is a young herbalist adult, well educated in plants, minerals and how to combine them to cure the diseases of the body and the mind. (edited)

Companion : Pana, the Owl Cat, is very affectionate towards Rukh but very wary of strangers. She indicates more or less to Rukh people with good intentions or bad ones. Pana is an owl cat native to the fire nation. Rukh doesn't have an Air Bison because they never really found the right one. Fun facts to flesh them out : They try to be wise and patient, but are really a hot head and easily annoyed or running into danger. Appearance : Their brown hair used to be shaved down like the air benders in the temple, but they started to grow it out when they separated from their Nomadic Family as a sign orf rebellion and doubt. Air Benders Tatoos (can i have stylised arrows instead of the ones from the series ? They have gray eyes and a round face like most air nomads. Their clothes are skin tight shorts and top with pratical air drapings over it (think desi drapings with a big skirt and a only a piece of fabric over the shouder). They have shoes but prefer to be bare footed. A walking stick that turns into an air glider. A backpack for traveling.

Character name: Ding Jaw Long Nickname: Ding, Din Age: 20 Bending element: Fire Personality: - He’s very cautious and “rude” at first but he warms up quickly and will do nearly anything for those he cares about. - Not good at outwardly expressing emotion and as a result he comes off as “cold” - Is actually very caring - A little bit naïve - A little clingy - Awkward (but trying) - Mood swings - Thinker Backstory Summary: Ding is a mixed child of a father from earth and water descent, and a mother of fire and air decent. He’s the second oldest of his three siblings that he’s currently separated from. He’s a learner and loves to learn whatever he can about the world, and tends to show lots of interest in learning even the simplest things. His parents weren’t the best so he and his older brother basically raised their younger siblings, and the other three are safely in their own house with his older brother, Kahn, and his wife. Ding travels, sketching the nature and learning what he can. He’s clumsy and a little slow but still tends to learn quite a bit in his solo studies. He’ll do a lot for knowledge, and has come a long way. He’s not mentally in the best state but he fights to get better Fun facts: - He holds his name very dearly as he picked it himself.
