Slipping one arm around her waist Theo pulled Hannah into his chest. Those large wings expanded to their full length and pushed down, propelling them upward with one thrust a few feet at a time. Soon they were flying through the sky taking on the morning light. Golden rays washed over Hannah’s skin and Theo refused to acknowledge his attraction to the girl that brought misery to the world. Intermittently glancing at her long hair, watching the strands whip against the wind, tangling in a way that made him want to take her back to that cabin... They soared over forests, fields, mountains, lakes, rivers: endless landscapes that moved to the beat of a new morning. The sounds of animals and wild birds carried over the horizon. Unlike the frigid air at night, the atmosphere at dawn was crisp and alive with new possibilities. And the girl’s energy rode through his body telling him this was right. He did not want to admit it, but holding onto her was a drug he could not get enough of - even if he had blood on his hands.
A purple mountain range approached with snowy tops and Theo landed on the highest peak. There was a large cavern waiting for them with torches lining the jagged walls, rocky firelight leading the way into a darkness unknown. He set Hannah down in front of the entrance and when he let go of her, his eyes returned to normal. The hazel of his unholy irises calmed from a lack of energetic sway. Each time they were in contact, he grew sick with her power. Needing more. This is why he took a step back and went silent, internally battling the need to do with her as he pleased. “We’re here,” he said after a long moment. The wet air from the cave wandered towards them, somehow colder than the snow that surrounded the space they claimed. “Whatever happens, you must trust me, Hannah - vow you will do this, even if you are afraid...”

This time it wasn’t a surprise when his wings gave that powerful sweep that would carry them up into the air. This time she had been prepared for it and her eyes glistened in the morning sun as she took in the pure strength that they carried. She could see the wind rushing though the surface of the feathers as they strained under the tension of it. In a matter of seconds they were high up in her air. She held into him even more now, knowing that falling would be the death of her. But even if being so high up into the air was still unnerving to her, she did let her eyes wander over the fast landscapes that they were passing. She had never seen the world from this high up. Everything looks so different, so peaceful. There didn’t seem to be any cities in sights.. maybe for the best. If someone saw Theo they would probably question their reality like she had questioned hers. When they eventually landed into the ground again they had not exchanged a single word during the flight. At the same time that he stepped away from her, she did the same. She folded her arms in front of her, still very aware of how little she was wearing underneath her jacket. She stared at him, wondering if that same darkness would be there from before. And there was.. but it was fading away as well. She gave him the time he needed, staying a few steps away from him just in case. Even if she secretly knew that if he wanted her, he would have taken her either way. “I see that..” she answered, looking over to the cave. It was dark, very uninviting. Every part of her would rather just stay here on the mountain top then go inside the darkness of that. Who was this person? She couldn’t even remember the name. It had sounded very difficult. “That would be easier if you didn’t make it sound so.. scary.” She chuckled nervously. “Who is this anyway? How are they going to help me? I thought you said I was unique..” she said.
she wanted to get rid of the curse, but this just seemed like another trap waiting to kill her.

The girl did not say she trusted him or that she would vow to do so under any circumstances. This alone was an omen to Theo. He knew what awaited in the darkness of the cave yet this was their only chance at finding an answer to this madness. Taking a risk that could send them down a rabbit hole, one that had no way out - but there was no other choice. The firelight reflected savagely on his brown and green eyes as he walked into the depths of the mountain’s cavity, knowing Hannah would follow his lead. He did not answer her questions. Not because he wished to ignore her - but because he did not wish to lie to her. The odds of Kuelrah helping Hannah instead of harming her were not in their favor. Each step forward was one moment taken away from what sliver of time they had left together. Deep down, Theo knew this was a risky choice to bring her here, and he did not seek to instill fear within her to cause blindness in her judgment. Echos of faint footsteps reverberated against the walls of the cavern making their presence known to the demonic that guarded this section of earth. The darkness was everlasting and the torches on the walls grew further and further apart until they were nearly surrounded by wallowing shapes of an unforgivable abyss.
From the shadows, a creature the size of a child roughly seven years of age approached. Their eyes were bright red with pale skin that glowed against the torch’s sickly yellow light. They had black hair down to their shoulders that curled in random places. Wearing a white robe that fell to their feet, dusting their toes as they seem to glide forward. To say they held emotion on their face would have been a lie. They were void of such delicate occurrences thriving in the mortal world. “Theo The Fallen,” said the being in a soft voice. Though the words were harmless, their tone whispered danger was on the horizon. “What brings you into the land of damnation?” “I wish to speak to Kuelrah,” Theo replied, folding his wings behind his back to intentionally reveal Hannah standing at his side. The girl, even now, glimmered like starlight to the supernatural. “...I see,” they replied and turned their attention to Hannah, “...strip your clothing.” Theo waited in silence, debating if he should look at Hannah to give her reassurance or keep his eyes forward for privacy. Deep down - he did not wish to see the look in her eyes during this moment. This was just the beginning, and everything was about to get much, much worse...

He didn’t answer her. He said nothing and just started to walk. She wanted to grab him, to stop him from going until he answered her. But if she had learned anything about Theo is that if he didn’t wish to tell you something, you wouldn’t get it no matter what. For several minutes she just stood there, to scared to make the steps into the darkness. But she knew that staying wasn’t an option either, so she forced her legs to move, to take those steps. Once she did she rushed, taking a quick run until she found herself right behind Theo. Her eyes would fly from side to side, swearing she could see shadows dancing on the walls that shouldn’t be there. When the torches eventually started to grow further apart she would step even closer to Theo, always staying behind his wings. She was mere inches away from touching it, but touching him now felt bad. When the creature appeared she was almost happy that she had stayed behind him. It looked like something you would see in a horror movie. It instantly caused fear in her heart. She peeked out from behind Theo’s wings just staring at the small thing that stood there. But then the protection of wings just faded and she was in full view. She could feel her heart starting to race the moment she was exposed. The eyes of the small thing dances over her and she swore she could see a smile on it’s face as it told her to strip. She wanted to complain. She turned towards Theo, hoping he would give her the reassurance she needed, but he was staring straight in front of him instead. You just have to trust him.. she tried to speak herself courage. He has protected you before.. he can do that again. She took a deep breath and started to undo the zipper of her jacket. Her hands were shaking, but she managed to get it done. The moment she took it off she could feel the cold air nipping at her skin. It caused goosebumps over her arms and her nipples to harden. She continued though, stripping from her shoes, her jeans.
The last piece were her panties, which she brought down with shaking hands. She gathered her clothes from the ground, using the pile to cover her front as much as she could. She was sure that wasn’t what they wanted.. but at least it felt good. She had done what they asked right? She looked up at both of them again. First at Theo, then at the other creature. One was looking at her, the other tried their hardest not to. She couldn’t help but feel like she was walking back into that cabin..

Though the being appeared to hold no gender and remained youthful in appearance, the soul hidden within the body was more than one thousand years old harboring centuries of knowledge mortals would go to war over. The command to strip was not just for Hannah - Theo removed his clothing, abandoning his attire to the ground. He stood tall with both shoulders pulled back, each muscle taut with rigid tension - where he came from, clothing was not necessary but used to appease mortal’s traditions. The crimson eyes of the demonic scanned them before turning their back to Theo and Hannah. One hand rose into the air and began creating a figure eight. Looping their palm in a steady motion until a swirl of deadly light began to form within the darkness of the tunnel. A portal snapped open with a burst of air pushing down the length of the cavern. Theo bent his wings backward and braced against a rush of dry wind. Each feather tormented by the touch of what was on the other side of the gateway - evil incarnate. He rose a hand to his face to shield the light from his eyes. The glow from the other side was energetically poisonous. After a moment his body adapted to the influx of toxic particles surrounding his anatomy. He did not worry for Hannah. If he had to guess, her powers would spare her from the rancid touch of the underworld. “Leave your clothes behind,” he said without looking to the girl. The one he had already seen naked, yet somehow - this moment called for respect. He would hold off from glancing in her direction until given no other choice.
The demon who opened the portal turned to face Theo and this time, they were smiling. “You may enter with your gift, Theo The Fallen - I do hope you have something worthy to offer Kuelrah in exchange for their time. They are not the forgiving type…” The threat delivered was received and Theo narrowed his eyes on the demon, who withdrew their hungry gaze from the girl. Even under these circumstances, demons feared Theo. He was known for fighting dirty - when you had nothing to lose, nothing could stop you from doing what needed to be done. That tactic would not work this time...and his gaze finally shifted in Hannah’s direction. “You will follow me. Do not speak unless I tell you to. Do not leave my side, even if you want to...” these final words would prove useful, or at least, offer her a chance at getting out of this alive. Theo took his first step forward. The hesitation in his plan secretly followed like a shadow until he walked through the portal, consumed by the morbid light, and vanished to the other side. The demon standing there returned their sickening stare to Hannah. Those red eyes were pinned on her as they slowly moved in her direction. “I know what you are,” they said quietly, gliding, approaching silently within the darkness of the cave, “...instead of going with the Sent One, let me make you a deal - I will remove your curse if you do not follow him. You may wear your clothing, leave this place, and in the blink of an eye, your life will return to normal. Take my hand…” and their ghastly child-like fingers rose in Hannah’s direction, waiting for her to make the right choice.

There was so little time for Hannah to even process everything that was going on. After everything that had happened in the last 24 hours, you would believe her to be used to that. But she wasn’t. She didn’t believe she ever would. At least now she wasn’t the only person naked, even if Theo had never seemed to mind being that way. Her eyes scanned his body from behind even this wasn’t the time to be reminded of is intense body structure. The portal opened in front of them and Hannah just found herself staring at it in disbelieve. She stared at it till her eyes were tearing up from the strain of the light. She wanted to see was was on the other side, what was going to happen to her. Theo had told her nothing and since he wasn’t able to lie she wasn’t sure if that was a good sign. If it was nothing bad, he could have just told her right? “Leave your clothes behind,” It was that same commanding tone he had held with her in the cabin. She instantly dropped them from her arms. She had learned to not disobey him when he got like that. Her face went back to the little demon when it spoke again. He called her a ‘gift’, no worse.. he called her ‘his gift’. What did that mean? When had she become his property? It didn’t matter.. He spoke to her one more time in the same stern matter and he disappeared into the portal. She was about to step towards him, following him through the portal when that little demon approached her. It stopped her in her tracks, enticing her with those words that glided of it’s tongue like honey. He was telling her exactly what she wanted to hear. Her eyes went from the demon to the portal and back again. Was it really that easy? Was that all she needed to do? Take it’s hand and everything would go back to normal. If it was that easy.. Theo had lied. He had claimed that this was the only way and that even this might not work. Her hand reached out for the long fingers of the creature before her.
They connected… and as they did a familiar burn ran through her. She pulled back. “Aah!” She said, looking at her finger. It was burned, the same way her arm had burned when a demon had grabbed her. She stared at it.. Theo couldn’t lie.“No.. you are a liar..” she then just said as she looked back to the creature. It’s smile faded and made way for what seemed to be anger. She didn’t want to give it the chance to hurt her and without further hesitation she entered into the portal. Chasing after the Fallen Angel who had promised that she could trust him.

The world tilted on a splintered axis. Theo twist into a twilight of unimaginable destruction where colors ruptured inside out and the feeling of pain could no longer be distinguished from pleasure. Up was down and down was up. A reflection of the world they once walked upon waited eagerly and when he was tossed from the echoes of time landed on both feet, planting his stance onto a ground made of red glass. A reflection on the floor stared back at him saying he had been here before. Theo turned to look over his shoulder and saw exactly what was in front of him. Nothing. Endless darkness. In a split second Hannah joined him and he instinctually grabbed her by the wrist - feeling the savage energy shoot through him, regretting that choice, and quickly let her go. “She is beautiful…” said a smooth voice from every where and no where at all. Theo tensed. Those large wings folded as he wait for the inevitable to begin. Their descent into hell had begun. A woman dressed in a red gown walked toward them. Her figure became clear as she moved from the shadows. Long black hair. Pale skin. Soulless eyes made of the darkest night held steady on Theo and Hannah. In her arms she carried folded garments, a pair of heels, and boots. When she reached them she bent down and knelt on the glass floor at Theo’s feet as if she were there to serve him, holding the accessories up for him to take from her. “She is none of your concern,” Theo countered, and took the clothing from her. He handed Hannah a black dress that would cover her from head to toe, tying around the neck in a backless halter top with matching heels to wear.
“Take me with you, Theo The Fallen?” pleaded the woman, her dark eyes now rising to meet his. She parted her lips for him, seducing in the ways he enjoyed the most - demons knew exactly what to do when they wanted to get their way. “No,” he replied dryly. Theo put on a pair of black pants and dark leather boots. The shirt that had been offered to him was tossed back at the woman and the rage in her eyes grew like fire. “Maybe I will take her for myself then,” she hissed and rose to her feet, but before she could say another word, Theo drew a sword into his hand with flames licking the blade as if from nowhere. He sliced off the head of the woman and kicked her skull to the side, watching her body drop to the glass floor with blood pooling at his boots. “Off to a great start,” he muttered to Hannah, rotating the weapon in his hand twice before having it disappear back into the unknown. He would wait for her to get dressed before moving from their position. Keeping his eyes somewhere in the distance so he would not witness her body without clothing.

Theo might have landed gracefully from his travel through the portal, but Hannah had no such luck. She could feel the fear gripping at her heart as she was tumbling into what felt like an endless fall. She felt herself shouting, even if nobody was able to hear her. By the time that her body seemed to have found solid ground again she hit it with a hard thud, landing right on the shoulder that had already been hurting her. She grunted loudly and looked down at the red glass that was underneath her. She was surprise she hadn’t just broken through it, but she soon realized that in this place it probably couldn’t be broken. Theo grabbed her wrist, pulling her up to her feet before he let go of her again. Once again a creature appeared in front of them. Was this Kuelrah? She had though the little childlike demon would have been Kuelrah before, but she had been wrong. She just hid behind Theo’s wings, still very aware of her naked form.. and his. She was almost relieved when a set of clothing was provided for her. She got dressed almost instantly. She took the dress and draped it over her form. There was no underwear, but this would do for now. She tied the string around her neck. From the front the dress seemed to cover her entirely, her perky breasts giving her a nice silhouette. But from the back it still revealed much of skin. She wondered why that was, but looking at Theo she might have already figured out the answer. If she had a pair of wings.. the open back would have come in handy. The heels were the exact right size as well and even though it would be uncomfortable to walk on, it was better then being naked. She hardly ever wore heels. But of course there would be no fun quiet time. Theo’s sword was drawn and the creature was swiped down right in front of her. She averted her eyes gasping loudly as he blood danced through the air. The last scream of the woman lingering in the air like it would be there forever..
“Oooh god..” she just said, needing a moment to just recover from that. She turned around, leaning on her knees. “I can’t do this… I can’t do this.. I just..” she started to mumble between panicked breaths. She could feel her heart racing in her chest, clawing at the string she had just tied around her neck as she felt like she couldn’t breath. This was just too much. Demons and death and uncertainty. It finally had gotten to her. Nothing about what was happening made sense anymore and now she was even ripped away from the world that she knew. It wasn’t even about not trusting Theo, it was about being overwhelmed. She simply couldn’t process what was happening anymore. Every single thing now just to much for her human brain to handle.

“You must not do that, Hannah…” Theo said and came to the girl’s side as she bent over to catch her breath, using her knees for support to stand over a distorted reflection - if Hannah were to notice, the girl staring back at her was not her own, but someone that was smiling at her. Enjoying every moment she sank further into the hell that surrounded them both. He wanted to touch her on the back where she was exposed for him to see. The dress should not have fit her that well and he cursed himself for finding Hannah attractive in a moment of despair. This would not be the first time her tears begged him to slay her misery. In times of darkness, Theo walked the shadows on his own. He did not hold hands with lost souls - yet Hannah was his to protect. Coming to stand in front of her he tipped her chin upward with his index finger so that her back would straighten and her eyes would meet his. “You can do this...and if you do not - you will die down here.” His voice rang with truth and clarity even if this was not what she wanted to hear. It was what she needed to hear. He searched her countenance for strength and if she had none he would reassure her with his own. “Trust me,” he said while looking down at her. Every part of him knew not to touch her, but the need in her eyes searched for compassion and devoured the barriers between them - as if they were standing in that forsaken wheat field once more. He put his hands on her shoulders, accepting the invitation of that sinister energy, and brought her small frame into him so that she could place her head against his chest to feel his heartbeat.
The wings that brought him into the sky folded around Hannah and for a brief moment in time she was surrounded by nothing but him and the smell of pine. He placed a pair of strong arms around her body to hold her close, acknowledging the fact he could taste her fear. “You must trust me, Hannah,” because if she did not, he would not be able to save her. Not where they were going. Not with what would be asked of him. The strength in his gaze faltered but the girl would not see with his head resting above her own. He did not want to admit he did not have the details worked out, only the end goal fuel by determination. His warmth transferred to Hannah just as her energy exchanged for the embrace. He felt challenged by the need to keep her close. The desire to remove her dress creeping into his thoughts, tainting the pure stream of consciousness - so he let her go. Taking a step back to suffer the withdrawal of her touch. If she were to revisit him he would struggle against keeping his hands off her. “Follow me, and do not speak to anyone…” and do not look at your reflection or you will see everything you hate about yourself… - that part he left out. She would come to fear this place soon enough. Torn between keeping her at his side and pressing on he paused within the silence to figure out his next move. Did she need to feel him against her still? He debated grabbing onto the girl who glowed like starlight and took another step back to create distance between them, ready to turn and lead the way into the unknown whether she trusted him or not.

She was breathing so fast that she could feel herself getting dizzy, yet she couldn’t stop. Nothing about this made any sense and even a person with a sane mind would have been disturbed by the things she had seen in these last 24 hours. Hannah had not been a sane mind to start with.. chased by demons that people had deemed to not be real. She had been damaged to begin with, but she was damaged only more. Both in body and spirit she was struggling to piece her mind together. “You can do this.. and if you do not - you will die down here.” Theo’s voice rang, bringing her back to the reality of the situation. He lifted her head till her eyes met his. It didn’t help.. she couldn’t do it. The only option was to die right then and there. To just give up her mortal life and let these angels and demons fight among themselves over her broken body. And she was about to tell him so until his wings suddenly folded themselves around her, his strong arms taking her into an embrace. She was pulled into his warmth, her nose filled with the scent of him. The scent of pine and a warm home. Her panicked breaths finally seemed to calm down. Her eyes closed and her arms wrapped around him to. She could hear his heartbeat softly beating against her ears. Just when she felt like she had finally calmed down enough, he pulled away from her already. The moment he left her she could feel the unrest inside of her building again. Just seeing the nothingness that surrounded them instantly reminding her of where they were. She looked down towards the red glass underneath her feet, seeing a reflection staring back at her that didn’t seem to be her own. She thought it was her own brain messing with her and instantly looked away from it. She never considered it could have been something else. She made haste to step back towards Theo, grabbing into his arm to keep him from walking away from her. She was shaking yet again. “Just a bit more… just give me a bit more time…” she begged him.

That cursed energy. Her soft glowing face. Those attractive and weak blue eyes. The moment Hannah touched Theo’s bare arm the world around them split apart. The darkness shifted from nothingness into a corridor with closed doors on each side. At the end of the hallway rest an endless abyss that would not say how far this place stretched. “Fuck…” he said under his breath, and brought Hannah closer to him out of instinct. He did not have the will to explain what was going on or where they were, and deemed she could not handle the truth, not when she required reassurance in hell - and they were indeed in the land of nightmares. Along the walls sinister shadows crawled closer to Hannah and Theo. Faceless demons moved in silence, sliding forward, stretching over the hallway with sounds of agony crippling the air. As he held onto Hannah the toxic energy from the girl infected him, motivating him in all the wrong ways, and he knew they could not stay here. He kicked one of the doors open, the wood creaked as it swung on the hinges, and pulled Hannah inside. The edge of his boot slammed the door shut and Theo pressed his back against the wooden frame, taking in the sight of a place he never wanted to see again. His hands gripped Hannah’s arms to keep her facing him. Forcing her to stand this way so she could not see what was behind her. She had asked him to hold onto a moment of warmth yet cold air circled them. Fog rolled at their feet. The smell of wet earth claimed the space they stood. If Hannah were to turn around she would see hundreds of ropes swaying with bodies hanging off the ends. Faces of the deceased staring directly at them. Watching. Waiting. Their soulless gaze pinned on the girl who glowed and the fallen angel they loathed.
“Hannah...if you do not find strength within yourself, you will not be the only one to die - where I am taking you, you cannot swallow fear.” His hands slowly released the girl in an attempt to ease the need to rape her. Brown hair hung in front of his eyes shadowing his lust. He did not trust himself to do the right thing. Her lips were calling to him and the moment was wrong. Enjoying the sin of it all. They would end up in a new slice of hell in no time if she continued to fetch a taste of his physical touch.

It was only seconds after she had grabbed a hold of them that everything around them started to shift and change. She jumped, taking a small step away from Theo. As if her touching him was the thing that was causing it. He had told her multiple times that he shouldn’t touch her… why did she keep doing it. Her eyes went wide as the black shadows started to crawl in their direction. She wanted to run, her fight of flight sense kicking it. Her breath once again started to pick up. Nothing in this place made sense. It was all going above and beyond what her human brain could handle. She wanted to run, but just before she could execute on that feeling Theo once again grabbed her and yanked her to the side through a door. She almost fall over, not being used to the heels that she had been made to wear, but Theo never let her go and kept her on her feet. She kept her looking his way and something in his gaze told her that looking behind her was a bad idea. She was about to freak out again when he once again tried to ask her to not be so panicked. She wanted to be strong. She didn’t want to die here. She knew she had been ping ponging with the thought that maybe she was better off that way, but she still didn’t want too. She stepped closer to Theo, putting herself close enough to him where the smell of pine was more then the smell of the wet earth behind them. Close enough that she could hear his heart beating softly in his chest. She closed her eyes concentrating on that and finally she was able to calm down just slightly. Her fingers just touched him slightly, needing to know he was still there even with her eyes closed. “I am just not going to look…” she suddenly decided. “I am going to keep my eyes closed till we are there..” she said without opening them. The ground beneath her feet was still the ground. Nothing had changed about that. The cold air that was nipping at her skin, it could just be the night sky. With her eyes closed she could just pretend to still be on the earthly ground that she knew.. even pretending to still be in that dark and wet cave was better then where they were then. She felt like that was the only way she could handle this. “Just bring me there. I will be good.. I will try to do good.” (edited)

The dead watched the girl and fallen angel in silence, swaying from the ropes suspended with anger, misery, and mistakes. Where Theo was taking Hannah there would be no way out. Each vile creature of this realm stalked the glow the girl possessed. She was a beacon in a land of filth, and did not belong here, or anywhere. Theo pulled her close to let her energy seep into his skin, in a way, he was doing her a favor - lessening the amount of power she would have to offer before arriving at their next location. He wrapped his arms around her small frame and his intentions filled with lust. Images of Hannah’s naked body filtered through his mind, shuffling past his memory like a flickering carousel. He saw more than just her. He saw several women. Each of them had their own unique flavor he craved on any given day. His eyes rolled back into his head in an attempt to stop the wicked fountain of his past. The world turned, snapped, and in a flash their surroundings changed. Echoes of low music drummed far away. Darkness covered them yet battled against a gentle fire lining the walls, candlelight lead the way into a fortress of sin. A mixture of people wearing black clothing roamed past Theo, who was holding onto Hannah. When letting go of the girl with too much power his eyes instantly began to drain of her essence. They stood in an entry leading down a hall with hundreds of rooms. Laughter reverberated down the palace. The people entering the building looked at Theo and Hannah curiously. His stance on the situation told those around them to keep their distance, but not everyone heeded the non-verbal warning. A man wearing a black suit approached Theo and offered money for Hannah. Theo declined, and the figure with demon eyes snarled before turning away, disappearing into one of the many rooms down the long corridor. “We must go,” he said to Hannah. The demonic vultures had started to circle. A woman began walking towards them and Theo knew what she wanted. He grabbed Hannah by the wrist and pulled her forward, dragging her past the rooms that could be looked upon as they walked by. Men and women doing unspeakable acts for sexual gratification. Many of them were bound with rope, chains, or brought to the brink of mental exhaustion. Quickly, the setting became clear - this was a place for torment, and Theo had neglected to tell Hannah how she would fit in.

She kept to her own promise. She kept her eyes closed. His arms once again embraced her and she just let the feeling of his warmth engulf her. She concentrated on him, on his breath, on his heartbeat, on his smell. Nothing else that was happening around them matter anymore. Even when she could sense that the things around them were changing once again, she simply decided it didn’t matter. What matter was Theo, his arms around her, his smell in her nostrils and her feet standing on solid ground. Even when he was starting to let go, she didn’t panic this time. She didn’t open her eyes either. He kept a single finger tip on Theo, following his lead and where he was walking. She could hear sounds around her, different smells passing her by her nose. But she concentrated on the ground, the ground that was underneath her feet. And she was managing. Her heartrate remained steady, her breathing stayed calm. She kept walking, not caring to much about when Theo pulled her away. She somehow knew it was him. But then something stopped her. A voice, a chuckle. For the first time since she had closed her eyes she opened them again. She looked in the direction of the sound she had just heard and suddenly she was faced with the last thing that she had expected. In the distance she could see herself. Those familiar light blue eyes staring back into. The giggle that she had heard was her own.. She was without her clothes, naked and hanging five feet of the ground.. Her body was bound by ropes, ropes that were strung around her body in strange patterns. Her arms were bound behind her back, her stomach pointed towards the ground and her ankles bend towards the sky. There was even a rope that bound her hair into a ponytail, making sure her face was staring straight forward. Her body was slanted just slightly forward, making her face just slightly red and contrasting against the blue of her eyes. She was exposed for the world to see her.. to stare at her. Yet she was smiling. Hannah wanted to pull herself away from it, but something about it kept her looking. Something about seeing herself in such a position. She didn’t know how to feel. She couldn’t place the feeling. It wasn’t fear.. she knew that much. Suddenly a figure appeared next to her in the room. A figure that seemed to resemble nobody, just a shape of a human. He walked towards the girl who hung from the ceiling. His lips met hers, kissing gently with a promise of more. Her hands reached up to her exposed chest, cupping her breast and pinching the nipples between her fingers. It was excitement, she felt excited, aroused. She could feel her heart race starting to go up, but this time it wasn’t from fear. She kept watching the scene, watching what was happening to her. She wanted to step closer, to look at it closer. To see the pleasure form on that face that looked like hers. Then it happened. Out of nowhere the rope that held her into the ceiling snapped in half. There was a high pitched scream as she fell down to the ground. Five feet down to the ground with no way of protecting herself. She hit the ground with a loud thud, blood spreading out around her on the floor and she never moved again. Hannah just gasped. She wanted to scream, wanted to panic again. She had just seen herself die.. she had seen herself hanging from the ceiling, naked and bound.. and then fall to her death.

Holding onto Hannah’s wrist was a risk worth taking, or so he thought. He felt her energy. He felt the mounting lust for her. The desire to control her unnatural gift striking him one second at a time. He wanted to toss her into one of those rooms and make her pay for bringing him into her nightmare. Fuck. That was the adrenaline talking. His grip on Hannah released and Theo came to a full stop requiring immediate space, a need to unwind from the electric charge he intentionally absorbed. He folded his wings behind his back and turned to face the girl who should not be in hell. She was staring into one of the rooms, and his gaze followed where hers led. Each chamber was different. Demons torturing other demons. Many claimed a mixture of humans wanting to be there while others were forced against their own will. Then there were spaces like the one Hannah stood in front of - gazing at her own reflection. A maze filled with desire and torment. “Hannah…” he stepped in front of her to block the visual lie and looked down into her eyes. He caught the tail end of the gruesome scene, a murder purposely meant to make her sick, watching the blood splash on the floor, staining the ropes around the woman’s body. “That will not be your fate - you have exposed your weakness to everyone...” He should have told her to keep her eyes shut. Even if he could save her life, he considered what memories would need to be wiped from her mind in order to experience an elated state of consciousness. Demons watched Hannah as she passed by. They stood in open doorways, propped against the walls to see where the fallen angel would lead her. It was no secret where they were headed. The overlord who ran the establishment was the only one who could remove Hannah’s curse - and Theo was not sure if this was possible, taking a long shot in order to save the girl’s life. “He is waiting for you…” said a female standing behind Theo. He turned to face the woman, acknowledging her beauty and the sadness resting within her eyes - a fate that silently inched closer to Hannah. “Are you ready…” he asked the girl he swore to protect. If she had something she wanted to say, now was the time. The brown hair suspended over his hazel eyes moved to the side as he examined her.

She was about to really lose herself when Theo stepped in front of her. His giant wings blocking the thing that was happening before them. She looked up towards him and he tried to reassure her. But at the same time he was telling her off, she knew he was. She closed her eyes again, taking a few deep breath and concentrating on the ground under her feet. Still the same ground, solid ground underneath her feet. Even if they were starting to hurt from the heels that she wasn’t used to, they were on solid ground. She managed to calm herself down again before she opened her eyes again and nodded that she was ready to continue. She closed her eyes once again and this time she was determined to not open them anymore until Theo told her it as okay. Again voices passed her by, smells came and gone. She could hear the sounds of torture and sex and lust in the background. From all the doors she had looked inside, perhaps hers had not even been the worst. Eventually their steps stopped and judging by the sound of the woman speaking they were finally at the end of that endless torment of a hallway. She opened her eyes again, but was more then ready to close them again if the sights in front of her were too cruel. They were not. All there was left was the woman who had talked. “Are you ready…” he asked, well, not really asked. It was more of a statement. It didn’t matter if she was ready. “No..” she said honestly. She looked up into his eyes, he was so much taller then her even with the heels that decorated her feet. She took a deep breath. Solid ground.. there is solid ground under your feet. “I don’t talk unless you tell me to..” she said, letting him know she remembered his rule.

Kuelrah bellowed, slapping his knee while sitting on a golden throne too large for a man of his size. He stared at the back of Theo’s head with disgust, and when the fallen angel turned around he got his first preview of what the disgraced Sent One had been hiding all along. “Ah! I see…” he said to himself. Kuelrah stroked his chin and the beard there. Keeping his attention on the unusual pair walking into his chamber. He was a large man with dark olive skin and black hair curling around a pair of demonic red eyes. Kuelrah waved his hand in the air, beckoning his two guests to come closer. The room was lined with long wooden tables adorned with red tablecloths. Gold plates were piled high with various breads, fruits, meats, and cheeses - each of them with their own delectable appetizing smell. Sitting at these tables were men and women who looked human, but their eyes gave them away to being born supernatural. Some of them had red eyes while others had pure black. Each of them watched Hannah and Theo walk down the middle of the tables, sipping on their wine, silently judging the girl. Kneeling at their sides were humans and demons enslaved to serve their masters. These individuals did not look up in fear they would be punished for breaking a rule. When Theo stood before Kuelrah the man laughed again, his lust was focused on Hannah, the girl who glowed the way she was not supposed to. “What did you bring me, Theo The Fallen…” “You will remove her power,” Theo said without emotion. “And what if I say no?” Kuelrah leaned forward with a smile. “I could kill you, would that change your mind.” “You never were up for a discussion, it was always straight to business with you. I see not much has changed. If you kill me, the girl dies. What would the point of all of this be?” Theo clenched his fists to demonstrate the anger rising inside of him. He would not repeat himself, and Kuelrah knew there was a vein within Theo that might say fuck it, and murder everyone in the room, including himself, if he did not get his way. “I will remove her power, at a cost. What will you give me in return?” Kuelrah was quite amused with the proposition he brought forward. Studying Hannah again. Intrigued, he stood from his throne and walked towards her. Slowly circling her. His lanky fingers trailed over her shoulders and instantly his eyes filled with her energy. “If you touch her again, you will die,” Theo stated.
“So much power…” Kuelrah breathed, ignoring Theo’s threat to end his life. He huffed and headed back to his throne, plopping himself down into a comfortable position. “It would be a shame to waste such a talent. Though it seems I have no choice.” The annoyance in Kuelrah’s voice was meant to be heard. “You will keep her alive…” Theo said to clarify the situation - her powers would need to be removed, but he did not wish Hannah’s life to end. He did not turn his focus away from Kuelrah, watching the demon’s every move. No one in the room could be trusted. “I will keep her…” he smiled evilly, “...that is what I heard.” Betrayal. That is what Theo felt at that moment. He knew Kuelrah would come to this conclusion and he did not have a way to deny his request - his reluctant silence let Kuelrah know he was in agreement. “Then it’s settled! I will remove her power, and keep her as a token of good faith.” Theo could not bring himself to look at Hannah, or the way this situation was playing out on her face - his disloyalty to Hannah hovered in the air. He nodded to Kuelrah, and took a step away from the girl who glowed. This was the only way to remove her curse while keeping her alive. She was too powerful and sacrifices had to be made in order to keep the balance of the war even. Kuelrah clapped his hands with joy, adjusting himself in his black suit. “Play some music, and let’s see what our new friend is made of!” The Overlord was a man of entertainment, and he wanted to show his guests a good time. Everyone was smiling and watching Hannah. Drinking their wine. Clapping. The music started and Kuelrah encouraged Hannah to obey. “Turn around for us, girl, show us your body. Go on. Show us what’s under that dress.” Kuelrah was leaning forward again with hunger in his red eyes. He wanted to get to know Hannah. Her fears. Her desires. He wanted to play with her before making her suffer the loss of her gift, which was portrayed as a curse - and if she did not do as he instructed, she would not keep her life for very long. Theo had completely moved away from Hannah and now watched from the sidelines. His arms crossed over his chest with his wings tucked behind him. If Hannah were to look in his direction, he would advert his eyes. She was on her own now.

She had promised not to talk. She had promised to be good and stay still. So she did. Even when Kuelrah’s scary thin fingers came over to touch her she just clenched her eyes closed and took it. Everything about what was happening before them was scary to her, yet she was holding her own. In a way she was proud of herself. Anytime she felt herself slipping, she just concentrated back on the way her feet touched the ground and she would calm herself down. Her own little small ritual. “I will keep her..” her eyes shot open. Up until that point she had tried to not listen to their conversation. She didn’t want to learn about her fate, it wouldn’t help her. But that sentence she heard and she turned to look at Theo. He ignored her, didn’t even dare to look at her. She wanted to shout at him. Wanted to tell him how he betrayed her! She had trusted him and he was standing there ready to sell her out. It took everything of her being to keep her from doing it. She was not supposed to talk.. the very least she could do was not betray him. Her small fists clenched together. Theo stepped away from her and suddenly music was playing all around her. She didn’t even see where it was coming from. She took a few steps back. She lost count of how many times she had been told to remove her clothes now, but that didn’t mean it got easier. She hesitated, her hands trembling. “Three, go show her how it’s done.” An annoyed voice said from the side of the table. One of the humans that was sitting kneeled on the ground got up. “Yes, Master.” She spoke before she moved towards Hannah, her eyes never leaving the ground that she was walking on. Her body was covered in marks, old scars, bruises that looked like they were caused by fingers upon her skin. Hannah walked to step back from her. “Don’t.” The slave said even though her voice was gentle. Hannah stopped and just stared at her with fear in her eyes. She moved towards Hannah, starting to undo the lace that was tied around her neck. “You can do this.” The slave whispered. “I know you don’t feel like it, but you can do this. Think you are somebody else, think you are somewhere else. It helps.” Her words were gentle. It was the first compassion she had gotten from someone who might actually understand how she felt. Her eyes filled up with tears. “Don’t cry either.” She added to it and Hannah swallowed her tears away. The undid the lace halter and dropped the cloth down. Her hands moved towards the zipper in the back that held it hugged to her hips and opened it as well. Soon her body was exposed and the people at the table behind her started to clap and yell. “Don’t cover yourself, don’t talk unless asked a question. You can do this.” And off she went. Back to the side of the person who was her Master. Hannah had not even gotten the chance to thank her. The people at the table suddenly started to swipe the food that was on it away. The glass would shatter on the ground, the food spill and create a mess. They didn’t seem to care. The were clearing the able away, leaving only a red table cloth behind that looked the color of fresh human blood. “On the table with her!” One of them shouted laughing. The rest quickly joined them, ushering her to step on it. Hannah looked towards Theo, but his gaze was still averted from her. She had no choice. The words of the girl running through her head. She could do this.. She walked towards the table with small and slow steps, preparing herself to be on there within arms reach of all of them. She climbed into the red cloth. Solid ground, still on solid ground.. She kept walking until she reached the middle of the table, the exact point that they had been clearing out so eagerly. The people yelled and shouted. “Have a taste.. before I remove her power once and for all.” Kuelrah laughed from the other end of the table. Within moment grabby hands were all over her. Grabbing at her feet, at her thighs at her knees. The panic instantly grabbed at her heart. (edited)
Many words were being said, but she didn’t even register them fully. Soon they tackled her down to the table, pinning her hands and feet into the red cloth. They kept her down, no matter how much she tried to struggle against them. Hands were over her breasts, her neck, her stomach, her hips. Their hands were everywhere. She panicked fully then. She struggled against them the best that she could. She could feel something building up inside of her, something strong and powerful. She had felt it before just moments before the light had erupted from her and made those Sent Ones disappear. But before that could happen suddenly a pair of lanky long fingers were over her mouth. He pinched her nose and pressed her face deep into the table. Her eyes widened, staring up at the powerful being that leaned over her. She couldn’t breath. “Oooh no you won’t Puppet. You are not going to hurt my guests.” He grinned at her. She struggled against his hand, but his guests were still holding her down to the table. She started to feel tired and with the tiredness that feeling inside her body started to fade along with it. She stopped struggling, her body to tired to fight against the grasps. She felt like she was going to die, going to suffocate under his hand. But then he released her. She gasped for air, coughing as it filled her lungs. It burned so much just to breath then. “Better.” He grinned.

Kuelrah stepped away from Hannah leaving her exposed body on the table for everyone to look at. To observe her nudity. To watch the way she glimmered within the darkness. Nothing was more exciting than the girl who was being sacrificed for entertainment. And Theo did not stop this from happening. He stood in the shadows as bystanders rose from their seats to get a better look at Hannah. As their eyes were on her, Kuelrah’s gaze was on him. The Overlord was at Theo’s side speaking in his ear as demons do… “Why do I get the sense you have something else planned, Theo The Fallen…” his voice was low and wicked, pacing around the Sent One as if looking for clues to uncover his plan - but there were none. “I will give you one more chance to remove the power she carries, or I will kill you, your guests, and everyone in this building.” And when they stood face to face Kuelrah knew his time for playing games was up. He laughed. Turning on his heel and raised his hands in the air, “My children, step away. It’s time to honor the bargain we made or else we may have a problem on our hands…” There was a smile on Kuelrah’s face that did not sit right with Theo. A taste on his tongue that he knew all too well. The demon was lying. And if Theo was not careful, he could end up losing Hannah to the depths of hell where her soul could not be retrieved or revived. “But first!” Kuelrah said with that putrid grin on his face, and Theo glared, “We must get to know her fears. Perhaps the Sent One can assist us with this - after all, it is part of the ritual.” The entire room was staring at Theo, who unfolded his arms and stepped back into the spotlight, walking toward the table where Hannah lay. Her eyes looked glossy as if they wanted to cry but could not. He went to touch the side of her face but restrained himself - she was low on energy, that was a deliberate move on Kuelrah’s part. Even if she wanted to fight back she would not have the power to do so now. “It’s time to see inside of her mind, let’s have a look, shall we?” Kuelrah raised his left hand and circled his palm in the air until an inverse light started to form within the void of the room. Painted there were images of Hannah and her darkest desires, fears, and temptations. Kuelrah showed no respect for her privacy and laughed, which caused the rest of the room to join in and mock her. Theo did not have to watch the stolen clips of Hannah’s world to understand exactly what it was she feared the most: she did not want to lose her freedom. And Kuelrah would make sure she experienced these emotions before removing her power from her. The demon walked to Theo with a rope and his eyes roamed until resting on Hannah’s naked body.
“You will show off my new pet to all my guests - or, I could have someone else do it?” Kuelrah did not give Theo much of a choice, knowing the Sent One would do anything to balance out the war, and grinned widely when Theo took the rope from his hands. He slumped back into his throne and clapped both palms together. “Sit back down, everyone! The show is just getting started.” With a push of his wings, Theo was in the air and landed on the table Hannah laid upon. He placed one boot on either side of her body and stared down at her with the rope hanging from his fist. He knelt down on one knee, crouching over her waist, and folded the rope in his hands. If betrayal had a color his eyes wore them well. He would make this quick. Grabbing onto Hannah and turning her over, pinning her hands behind her back, wrapping the rope around her wrists, her arms, under her stomach, circling her thighs, until she was harnessed like an animal. He used the remaining length of the rope as a leash, which was wrapped around her neck. Her body bulged out in various sections of the rope, having tied the rough twine tighter than he should have. Theo hopped off the table and jerked Hannah to follow. When she nearly fell onto the ground he reached out to catch her. His eyes locked on hers, and for a moment, it seemed as if he wanted to...apologize. But Kuelrah clapped and commanded the show to go on. So Theo stepped away from Hannah and paraded her around the room. Several guests reached out to touch the girl as they passed by, and when Theo stopped in front of Kuelrah, he pointed up to the ceiling where a hook was waiting. Theo glared and pushed his wings down to fly up to the hook. He tied the rope around the metal fixture then pulled down as he landed on the ground so Hannah would lose her footing as he suspended her in the air. The crowd cheered as Hannah slowly spun in the air - humiliated, and bound. Now free from the rope Theo stood there with anger in his eyes. His patience draining like the sands of an hourglass, “You have had your fun, the ritual is complete, now remove her power.” “Not until my guests get to use her…” Theo’s shoulders tensed as if he could feel Hannah’s internal struggle coming to terms with her future. This would be a daily recurrence for her now that she was owned by an Overlord. There was nothing Theo could say to protest or win - and the first guest approached Hannah. They would go one by one, each individual at the tables would have their turn with her.
The first was a man with red eyes. He placed his hands on the back of Hannah’s rear and spread her cheeks wide. His hunger for her seeped out from every pore of his body. The man unzipped his pants to remove a hard cock, placing the tip at Hannah’s entrance, then inserted himself into her without remorse. He gripped the ropes tied to her body to thrust himself into her as deep as he could go, using the rope to hold onto her suspended figure as he bucked against her helpless frame. When he finished, his maniac laughter filled the room, encouraging the second guest to step forward to have their turn...

Kuelrah’s touch had left her exhausted. Exhausted enough to feel like she not longer had control over her limbs. For being someone who held the power to control a war between demons and angels she felt completely powerless. She could feel their eyes staring over her naked body, observing every single detail it had to offer. She swear she could even feel the lust that was coming from them, could smell the smell of excitement in the air. Yet all she could do was stare at the ceiling and pretend she wasn’t there. Hold back the tears that wanted to come out so badly. She kept that up, blocking herself from the world around her till the moment that Theo appeared over her. The familiarity of his face pulled her away from that deep chamber she had created inside of her mind. She stared up at him, her eyes pleading with him. She fought the urge to mutter words, to beg him to take her away from this place. Her lips moved yet no words came out a silence hanging between them that seemed to last forever. And then he reached out to her, but not for the thing she had wished from him. He made quick way of wrapping the rope around her body, the roughness of it scratching against her skin as he tied it tightly around her. She tried to struggle against him as much as she could, but his strength combined with her exhaustion made it not much of a difference. She closed her eyes, the first tear finally dripping down her face as she was dragged back to her feet. She was scared, terrified. Dragged by a leash around her neck like a scared dog. Multiple times she almost tripped over her feet that were more dragging along the ground then actually walking along with him. She put her head down, her hair guarding the painful expression on her face. Grabby hands once again found her skin, making her jump every time one of them actually touched her. And that small hell that was created only got worse when she followed Kuelrah’s hands and stared at the hook that was on the ceiling. She knew what was going to come next. “No…” she could no longer keep herself quiet. She was going to hang from there like a pig ready for consumption. Like the girl she had seen in that room before. But unlike that girl, she wouldn’t be happy about it. “Theo.. no.. Theo please, please!” She begged him but he just ignored her words and was already up in the air. She watched as the rope was pulled over the hook and before she knew it she was lifted into the air. The ropes cut into her skin as her full weight was now supported by them. It was cutting into her shoulders, her chest and her hips. Her eyes staring directly on the ground that was looming around her. Her breathing was starting to get panicked again, making the ropes around her chest hurt even more. She couldn’t even use her trick, solid ground.. It was no longer there to concentrate on. When the man came closer to her she struggled against the ropes again, using almost all the strength she had left in an attempt to get away. Every movement making the rope cut more into her skin but she didn’t care. It was no use, he was behind her, exposing her and in a matter of seconds he was inside her. She gasped out, the breath knocked out of her. Every thrust inside of her making those ropes dig into her. Small moans started to leave her lips, but they weren’t moans of pleasure, they were mixed with pain and despair. She let her head hang, being able to do nothing but accept the thing that was happening to her. Her face covered by her long brown hair that swayed along with the movements of him taking her. Silent tears started to fall from within those brown hairs, coating the ground in small drops of liquid. He finally finished inside of her and the room filled with maniac laughter. She had never felt his humiliated, this inhuman. If they kept this up she was sure there would be nothing of her left. She didn’t even see the second guest walk up to her before he pushed himself inside her, another gasp escaping her lips.
She raised her head, peeking out from underneath that long hair as she found Theo on the other side of the room. Her eyes were full with despair, but also something else. Acceptance. It was the look of someone who had given up. Her eyes were red from her crying, her cheeks wet and coated in her tears. Even her nose was running with no way for her to even wipe that off. Her lips moved, telling Theo the words without actually saying them out loud. Kill me.

Kuelrah’s guests formed a line to have a go at the girl who could tip a war with her unspoken power. They each wanted to touch and feel the human that harnessed unimaginable strength. Denying her gift from the universe to destroy them all if she wished. She was helpless in their eyes. Bound for their enjoyment. Even when she uttered two unspeakable words begging the Sent One to end her life, the girl hanging from a rope would be able to destroy them all if she only knew her worth. Theo knew her value - and his mistake was to let this happen to her. The Overlord did not have intentions to remove the curse from Hannah, this much was clear when he threw his head back to laugh at the situation the Sent One found himself in. The demon was drunk on lies, his unholy power, and an unjust victory to be in such a unique position against one of The Most High’s valiant servants. He loathed Theo and everything he stood for. Despised all that put their trust in him. To break down the eyes of an innocent for the guardian to watch was an act of delightful revenge the demon did not think possible. In those vain moments, the crimson shades of gloating reflected sharp flames rising from within the distance. Trickling down the edge of a sword were orange and red gnashing waves of heat. The blade in Theo’s hand was sharp, on fire, and ripe with the need to dismantle the wicked. To murder those who opposed the concept of balance. The guests in the room were not paying attention when Theo began chopping off heads. Or when their limbs began to fly through the air. Blood that should have been red but was stained black spiraled openly in the room, landing on the faces of those watching Hannah lose herself one thrust at a time. They turned around in fear, watching the Sent One carve his way toward them one by one. Screams ensued. They cowered toward Kuelrah’s throne, which was abandoned - the Overlord was nowhere to be found and his subjects would pay the price for his transgression. To say there was anger in Theo’s eyes would have been a weak attempt to describe the rage he harbored toward anyone in that room who partook in defiling Hannah, the girl he would rescue from this nightmare. He sliced the rope tying her to the ceiling and caught her body in the crook of his arm just before she could fall to the floor. There were dreadful moans echoing throughout the chamber. Agony trembled along the walls reverberating the massacre that took place there. He removed the bitter twine from Hannah’s waist and immediately lost his grip on her. An assassination was underway. Five individuals toppled him, knocking him over, and sent him rolling on the floor as each fought to gain higher ground. Theo managed to snap the necks of three of them, the other two used knives to stab his wings. He jammed the heel of his boot into the eye socket of one and drove his elbow into the mouth of the other.
Bones cracked under the pressure Theo administered to their bodies. Regret never came to claim his actions. Saintly blood dripped down his wings, staining them red as the liquid slid down the slick texture of his feathers. He would make his way back to Hannah, who had slumped over on the ground due to a lack of energy. “You will never make it out of here alive…” said Kuelrah, who was now standing in the midst of his fallen subjects shaking with hatred. Blood pooled at his feet, rippling under each step taken closer toward Theo and Hannah from the shadows. “I would say the same goes for you.” “Give her to me, and I will let you go free...” Theo did not taste a lie when the Overlord spoke, nor did he entertain the offer. He scooped Hannah into his arms and thrust his wings down so they were in the air. It was not long before he carried her out of that forsaken hall, far away to a different section of hell. At least here they were alone, for now. Healing Hannah from physical harm was not the issue, mending her shattered soul is what would take time - he knew she was in no condition to go on, yet their journey had just begun. “Hannah…” there was an apology somewhere in that one word, a justification for what had happened to her. He waited until she would look him in the eyes and then he would be there to fix what had been broken.

She had begged him with all the energy she had left inside of her and the moment the unspoken words had formed on her lips her head just hung back down. She was exhausted, her energy fading with every thrust that was put into her. All that was left was humiliation and pain. She weeped openly, the tears forming a small pool underneath her on the ground as they started to form together. She no longer heard, no longer felt, she just closed herself off from the world, trying to be anywhere but where she was. And for a small while it was working. Her brain just shut off. Her world went black and soundless. For a small bit she was nowhere at all, protected from the horrors that were happened to her body. Because of this she never heard the scream that were starting to happen around her, the death and pain that Theo was causing in his attempt to take her away from there. It wasn't until she was freed from the crude twine that she came back to herself. She blinked her eyes, trying to make sense of the new scene that she had come back to. There was blood everywhere, a severed head next to her of the person who had raped her first. She kicked it away, both in anger and disgust. She saw Kuelrah and Theo, staring each other down before he grabbed into her once again and flew off with her into the air. Her body was covered in rope burns caused by the twine that had been used to bind her. Even with the ropes removed, it almost looked like they were still there but just invisible to the eye. She was still naked, a disgusting wetness between her legs that she wished she could wash away. "Hannah..." he spoke to her and her blue eyes met his. "I trusted you!!" she just shouted at him, her eyes instantly filling up with tears as she took a step away from him. She instantly tumbled over her feet, to tired to properly move them. She fell back to the ground, but never broke eye contact with him. She was furious with him. "You said that if we went here everything would be solved, that I would be better! That they would remove the curse from me.. but all they did was rape me the same way you did!!" she wished there was something near her that she could throw at him, but there was nothing. Even just shouting at him was making her head hurt, she needed to lie down, but how could she lie down in such a place. "Just kill me.. you offered before.. just do it now!"

Each word rounding the girl’s mouth was a curse crashing into existence. Once the trust was gone between the two of them there was nothing left to keep Theo and Hannah bound together. Unstable darkness swirled around them. Invisible hands ruptured from the ground and grabbed Hannah’s bare ankles, they held her in place so she would be forced to watch hell claim their prize - a fallen angel that had escaped and would now be returning to them once and for all. It was no secret the entities living within the abyss would sell what soul they had left to see Theo pay for making them spend an eternity in bitter chaos. This was their shot at revenge. They came from everywhere and nowhere, making sure there was nothing Theo could do to stop the inevitable from unfolding. He had failed Hannah. The war would spark in the direction of Lucifer’s angels and there was no denying that Theo unintentionally played a part in their victory. He could kill the girl who glowed to solve the riddle - when he looked upon her, he witnessed the pain she carried in her eyes. The hatred and betrayal he would never be able to fix. The air suddenly energized foreshadowing the presence of a sinister arrival just moments away...and this energy was not Kuelrahs’. This was something worse. Far worse. From the darkness, a woman walked brokenly forward with black claws clicking against the reflective floor. One leg crossed over the other with both hands leading the way. She was pleased with the forsaken situation between the two. Long grey hair dragged against the ground with each step. Her dead skin was sickly and contrasted against a sea of darkness. “What do we have here?” she offered with pretend bemusement on a tilted head. “When word traveled speaking of a Sent One at our doorstep I thought they were lying...and to bring such a weapon with them. How foolish. What were you thinking, Theo The Fallen?” She sprung into a twirl with both arms outstretched and when her spin came to an end she was face to face with Theo placing the palm of her hand against his cheek, trailing sharp fingernails down a stubbled jaw, and stopped to look him in the eyes. The gaze flashed with a stab of violence. The Overlord waged war within that overdue stare. “You know I’m good for my word. I will get rid of her curse if you give me something in return,” a putrid smile grew when she leaned in to kiss him and Theo was unable to turn away. Her unmatched powers kept him still and in a state of agitation. When her dry lips met his mouth he clenched both fists in anger.
She stroked the length of one of his large wings letting her eyes flicker between him and the white feathers. “Give me your wings, and the girl goes free. I’ll remove her curse and send her along her way, but you, Theo The Fallen - you must stay here with me.” Silence sat between them. He lowered his head in defeat as brown hair fell forward to cover the shame in his eyes. There was nothing left. He took one final look at Hannah and what he had done to her. What this world had done to her, then turned his focus to the Overlord known as Deception. “Deal,” he conceded with unannounced sacrifice. As this single word was spoken into existence he crumbled to both knees. The power of the demon surged, crippling him in ways Theo had not experienced before. His insides began to ache with poison from the curse and the woman shrieked with pleasure. She left Theo to groan in agony while she moved toward Hannah’s naked body. With her twisted fingers outstretched she created a red light to shine from the tips, and pointed the length of her gnarled fingers in Hannah’s direction. Hannah would feel a tingling sweep throughout her body as the energy she carried was pulled to the surface. “This will all be over soon, my dear…” the demon said to Hannah, her eyes reflecting a glint of the crimson power within her knotted hands. In a matter of seconds, Hannah’s power would be completely removed, leaving her defenseless to the destiny being thrust upon her.
