she was excited to finally be able to explore the world, there were many places she had only dreamed of visiting before and now she was going to be able to appreciate them. estella had lost herself in thought before noticing ricky had sat down in front of her, the noticeable difference in his accent is what snapped her out of her thoughts, she shook his hand. he had a firm grip and his eye contact was intense, it was a little overwhelming at first. this man was her new agent, his photo in his portfolio didn't do him justice, he somehow looked better in person... a small blush crept onto her face, that was no way to think of her new agent.
she gave him a smile, waving her hand back and forth, "you really don't need to be so formal, seriously, it makes me feel important. i'm just doing what i love; so honestly just call me estella, el, or whatever else comes to mind - i don't mind!" she said. estella didn't mean to put herself down but in all honesty, she really was just pursuing her passion. the fame and fortune was just a nice added bonus and he could honestly call her whatever he liked.
estella had gone over his portfolio multiple times, business-wise, she felt like she had nothing to ask him, she knew a fair bit about his successes. hannah single, volt, wyatt lacroix, etc. famous newcomers that rocked the entertainment industry and each of them differed from each other and yet, ricky was able to handle them all. it was impressive. he was covered on that front. plus, she wanted to be able to get to know her agent on less of a business level and more on a personal one. it was a win-win for her because the more he saw of her perhaps that switch up in image she was desperately wanting would happen sooner rather than later.
