“Don’t forget what you said. You’ll meet us at the bar when we get back to tell us how things went.” A woman spoke needing to practically yell to be heard over the sounds of the engine. Of course with how loud it was and the headset they were all wearing she couldn’t tell she was speaking so loudly.
“Yeah of course the first drinks are on me.” Richard called back to them with a grin as he sat hanging out on the edge of the window after he had rolled it down. When Richard woke up yesterday he didn’t think that he would be jumping from a plane but by luck he happened to bump into the pilot who was set out to fly out some food and they were happy to fly him up so he could jump down.
His heart raced and adrenaline spread through his body giving him goosebumps in the best way causing him to grin as he waved before he leaned back out the window letting himself fall out of the window with a confident wave.
He righted himself quickly as he fell moving so that he felt feet first and for a moment he felt weightless as the wind blew through his hair before he pulled his cord making the parachute come forward to slow his fall.
The only issue was that he had never been this high up before and when he pulled the cord he pulled it too early as the wind carried him over to the ocean, which would have been okay if it weren’t for the fact that when he hit the water he quickly realised that he hit a rapid as the tides pulled him under the water, the cords of the parachute making him struggle to get his head above the water as the water only pulled him further down.

she was humming and casually swimming along after having to deal with people trying to release goldfish into the wild again when she saw the giant mass of cloth that obviously intrigued her before the girl realized what it was. Then she zoomed towards the mass
Why are you taking away a perfect good meal~ the ocean clearly wanted to claim him. And I was in the mood for snack she tried to yank on the parachute dragging him further under but pearl had snapped her last line UGH
you mean while he was unconscious? she had taken the man during the conversation and finally gotten him onto shore on a small island or the main land she wasn’t paying much attention

He had tried his best to swim up but the issue with falling was that he wasn't holding much oxygen in his lungs to start with and the heavy exertion only made him pass out more quickly as the lack of oxygen got to him. Luckily for him though he had at least one guardian angel as he was brought to shore. Hands on his chest were what made him wake up.
He woke up with a start his hands grabbing onto the closest thing to him out reflex which would be Pearls hands if she didn't pull away his hands being calloused but at least his grip was gentle. He was too out of breath to use any real force anyway as he coughed and spluttered getting the water out of his system before he glanced at the two women. First he glanced at the white haired woman his brain barely processing her table before he glanced at the red haired woman sat on a rock.
"Both are so beautiful." He murmured his voice hearse as it was clear he was still recovering from the lack of oxygen.

Pearl struggled to retreat into the water before the man processed what she was and thought she indeed was a siren and tried to kill her. Her heart was pounding but it took a lot of of her to pull him ashore let alone herself, she wasn’t built for the land at all@All time Jack
He was still in shock and so when he heard the m he tilted his head in confusion first hearing the red headed woman's words making his confusion grow as he then looked at the white haired woman watching her expressions change before she was pushed down.
Two beautiful women seemingly fighting over him? A woman with a fish tail this had to be some sort of delirious dream.
He didn't snap out of his thoughts until he saw her struggle to move away from them towards the ocean and so he quickly pulled himself onto his feet clumsily. "I think you're confused she seemed like she was trying to help me." He spoke up." Swaying on his feet as his muscles ached. The near death experience, the adrenaline and the harsh collision with the water wasn't good on him.
"I can help you if you'd like. To get back into the water." He told her as he moved over to her quickly and gently crouched down to try and scoop her up in his arms bridal style.

He didn't want to call the other woman a liar but at the same time even if he was unconscious at the time he just had the feeling that the kind woman was responsible for him being alive. "I have no idea how I survived that fall someone who was good swimmer must have saved me. Maybe it just looked bad from your position" He told the woman placatingly as he quickly walked into the warm water until he was ankle deep into the water while he smiled at the woman.
"Is it fine like this or would you like me to take you deeper." He asked her softly planning to just sit down in the water with her if she said it was fine while his tired legs shook from a mix of the adrenaline pangs and exertion before he felt his knee give. He fell forwards about to fall on top of Pearl but luckily he managed to twist his body enough to make her land on him instead.

When the red headed woman answered that she had saved him he was caught by surprise glancing back at her but still he didn't change his mind. Even if he did it was too late when he tripped. Once he got over his surprise from falling he glanced down at the woman lying under him his hand raising to gently pat her head.
"How do you feel?" He asked her soflty as he patted her head gently feeling how soft her hair was before he rolled off of her and onto his back before he sat up. "I'm sorry & thought she did. "Thank you for saving me." He told Coral even as still it was clear that Pear didn't scare or repulse him.

He tilted his head as he saw how bright red Pearls face was unsure why she was getting so flustured before he heard her words. He was kind of unsure who to believe but he had the feeling that the white haired woman was being honest with him so he smiled at her softly.
"Thank you really." He whispered to her before he glanced at he red haired woman and was unsure why they were fighting his eyes widening as the white haired woman made such a strong declaration and splashed the red haired woman catching him by surprise again.
"You're both mermaids? then why are you fighting?" He asked softly more curious then anything as he ran his fingers through Pearls hair gently.

Their arguing only made him more confused as he looked between them both before he reveaied that he was patting the woman's head. making him pause before he pulled his hand away from Pearls head. "Sorry." he whispered to her gently.
"Mermaids sirens, what is the difference?" He them curiously as he quickly got over his surprise from the fact that Coral was like a mermaid. "I honestly still find you both beautiful." He whispered to them before he looked out into the ocean. "Once I feel better would you mind helping me get my parachute back? I wouldn't want any fish getting caught in it and dying."

Pearl hadn’t even noticed him patting her head she was used to little turtles and crabs hitching a ride on her, she blushed I it’s fine, mermaids just live as humans do but in the sea, while sirens lure people to their death by drowning them and sinking ships, and don’t worry I feel the same way it was next on my too do list before coral had to start chaos.

When he caught the way that Pearl blushed he couldn't help but grin at her even if she had a mermaid tail he thought that she was beautiful. "Well thank you for saving me you really are amazing." He told her softly before he looked over at Coral smiling at her happily.
"Thank you honestly when I saw you both above me I thought I was dreaming.2 He admired to them feeling bad as he glanced back and saw that Pearl was gone. He hoped to see her return while he walked over to Coral glancing at her tail. "You're legs are gone so would you like some help getting back into the water?" He asked her

"So what is it like being a mermaid?" He asked her softly as he carried her into the water and noticed how much Pearl was struggling.
"Would you mind helping with the parachute?" He added hastily as he gently set her down in the water before he headed over to Pearl. "Thank you." He told her softly before he started to drag the parachute to help her."

I just swam a hundred meters with a PARACHUTE- which is literally made to create drag, she was panting and once it was near shoe she just laid in the sand of the shallow water catching her breath@All time Jack
He paused in his step as he heard Corals words but he dismissed them quickly. He misheard her surely. "I'm sorry for being so distracted she looks like she's struggling." He called back to Coral as he helped her drag the parachute. Once they had it pulled up enough he took a seat next to Pearl before he raised his hand to gently run his fingers through Pearls hair.
"Thank you again." He told her softly before he looked over at Coral and smiled "you should join us. I would love to get to know you both better if I can."

He was about to answer why he wanted to get to know Pearl better before they started to fight more strongly making him thrown before his eyes widened as he heard Corals threat followed by Pearls reveal of Corals history. He leaned into Pearl a little more after the reveal before he tried to placate them.
"Please lets not fight. I want to get to know you both better because I think you both seem cool and I don't care that she'll unable to go on land I want to try and make things work." He told them before he reached forward with his free hand to try to gently hold Coral's hand. "Can we try to get along?"

As Coral almost pouted and glared he couldn't help but smile thinking that she was cute and when Pearl wrapped her arm around him he smiled at her letting his hand pat her head before he wrapped his arm around her waist gently.
He let them both finish speaking before he spoke giving Coral's hand a gentle squeeze. "Thank you for your protection but I don't think she's gonna try and hurt me." He said softly hinting at how trusting he is. "I asked this question before but I missed the anwer sorry, what is it like being mermaids." He asked them both a kind smile on his face while his thumb absentmindedly rubbed against Coral's thumb.
Yet… and it’s fun, you get to talk to turtles and fish! Though sometimes it isn’t fun… like when fishing line wraps itself around an octopus… it’s so sad…

she sighed I’m Pearl, That’s Coral… I honestly forgot how curious humans could be… I’ve never talked to one before I’ve only heard stories she yawned, saving people and dragging parachutes was tiring
He still wasn’t sure what the difference between mermaids and sirens he was tempted to ask but he didn’t want to annoy them by asking too many questions. He didn’t notice Pearl looking down at his hands but he did notice the way that Coral silenced her. Gently he squeezed Coral’s hand when he felt her hand tighten smiling softly at Pearl as he hoped she wouldn’t get upset.
“Pearl and Coral those are both really pretty names.” He told them softly unable to help but think that Coral sounded cute when she yawned so reflexively he hugged her closer only to pause when he felt Coral’s finger on his chin before she turned his head in a way that made his heart race. “I’m happy to meet you both too. You’ve been a literal life saver you two.” He told them as he looked into Coral’s eyes.
It was clear even to him that Coral seemed to be fighting for his attention and so in an attempt to make her pleased he leaned forward to gently kiss her temple before he leaned back letting go of her hand to try and wrap his arm around her waist the same way he was holding Pearl.

He didn’t miss her forwardness, if he was alone with her and Pearl wasn’t around he would have let her pull him around as she wished as he misunderstood her motives. Instead of letting her pull him away from the kind mermaid he pulled back lifting her up onto his lap. “You know you don’t have to fight for attention right? I can focus on you both.” He told Coral encouragingly as it was clear that he misunderstood her.
He then turned to face Pearl glad that she wasn’t trying to pull him in the other direction as he smiled at her kindly. “And I don’t think I’ll ever be able to thank you enough I’m so thankful that I could kiss you.” He wasn’t actually gonna kiss her of course not if she didn’t want him to at least. “If we meet again tomorrow is there anything that you would like for me to bring? I want to see you again. Both of you.”

He really didn’t mean to fluster Pearl he didn’t see how strongly she took his words until he saw the look on her face. He didn’t even mean that he thought that Pearl was trying to fight for his attention he was aiming that sentence straight at Coral. He didn’t want to let go of the woman but even so, the moment she made the request he let his grip slacken as he let go of her.
He was about to speak to tell them both that he thought they were cool but before he could Coral was leaning in close catching him by surprise as he realised that she was about to kiss him. He was about to kiss her back of course he was but before he could he watched as Pearl tackled her catching him by surprise.

It wasn’t difficult for him to lift Pearl up in his arms, which he was happy about, relieved that she didn’t try to fight him about it as he cradled the woman in his arms, hugging her to his chest. When she spoke he tilted his head softly about to speak before Coral interrupted as he looked at her.
At first, he was about to gently put Pearl down to try, to console the woman but a longer look at her made him quickly realise that she was just playing it up.
She was good, most wouldn’t have realised it but growing up with sisters he knew how to spot crocodile tears.

Not knowing of Coral's intentions he had assumed that she was just pouting and vying for his attention. But he did feel bad it was clear to him that she was upset and whatever it was that had hurt her he just wanted to help her. He liked to believe the best in everyone after all.
"I'm sorry I don't want to hurt or upset you. I'm not trying to play either of you I just want to get to know you better. And besides you both have known each other for a long time haven't you? I wouldn't want you both to throw it all away just over a fight." He told her softly before he wrapped his arm more snuggly around her hips and pulled her body in close to his.

To answer the woman he leaned forward and gently kissed Coral's temple before he shook his head rubbing soft circles into the small of Pearl's bare back. "I wouldn't want to leave Pearl alone of she's unwell. Would you?" He asked the woman before he shook his head smiling.
"Besides have you seen this island? Look around it's really beautiful like the both of you. I kind of want to stay here for the night to explore. Maybe I'll spend the night lying under the stars. Would you two like to join me?"

He didn't realise at first that Pearl had fallen asleep as he held the woman close to him only noticing that she had fallen asleep when he felt her body brush against his shoulder his soft smile getting a little warmer as he hugged the woman a little closer planning to help get more comfortable but first he wanted to comfort Coral more. It was clear to him that even if the woman had hid her tears that she was still upset.
Like how he missed Pearls reaction to him kissing her he missed Coral's as with his hand on the sirens side he rubbed her skin softly. "You never know what might happen. I know that we've only just met but if something did happen to her even if your just coworkers wouldn't you regret it? I know I would when she's someone so kind. If I felt like you needed me I wouldn't leave either." He told the woman. It was clear on her face that she didn't like Pearl. Maybe she had a good reason maybe she didn't he didn't know.
"Please just stay with me like this. The waters warm right now, and the sky looks so peaceful." He told her before he lied down on his back helping Pearl to lie on top of him while she slept, and luckily the water was shallow enough that the water wasn't going over his mouth. He had one arm wrapped around Pearl's hips and the other he stretched and offered Coral his arm trying to show her that he wanted to embrace her too.

He looked down at her in worry and when she at the water her eyes filling with fear he went to jump into the water with her.
But then he felt Coral lean into him. A touch he wasn't against but he panicked afraid of hurting Coral or letting Pearl get hurt so without thought he leaned down and claimed Pearls lips in an urgent embrace as he blew his air into her planning to go into the water still.

When she stopped gasping he sighed in relief against her lips. He was a better kisser then this usually as he pretty much just blew into her mouth but he was gentle and before he could put her down on the ground or note how her tail was starting to feel weird he was pushed into the water with Pearl.

Yeah it’s fine when you don’t have the remnants of her lips all over you- which revealed the real reason she was mad, she was second choice, and with only two people here, last choice, once again
yeah it felt weird- HAHAH she started cackling but it was quickly cut short as she saw the siren launching herself at Richard in a fit of anger and she screamed
When he heard Corals words he paused slowly working out why she was so grumpy. Pearls laugh made him smile before he felt Coral jump at him and when she bit into his neck harshly he paused wincing in slight pain before he moved his hands behind his back and gently started to run his fingers through her hair. "Don't worry Pearl. She's not biting that badly." He told the woman softly not liking how she screamed.
"Hey I didn't say it like it was a bad thing. I think it's cute how bratty you can be. I'll happily kiss you again if you want."

CORAL STOP PLEASE! she started crying, actually crying, she didn’t want to watch someone die and she had heard horror stories about what happened last time Coral got her hands on a boat let alone when she went on shore
meanwhile she ignored pearls pleas and dug her nails into him and without letting go tore her head back in an attempt to yank out a chunk of his skin after sucking in much more blood than one should have been able to handle loosing@All time Jack
He only really realised that Coral was serious from the look on Pearls face from the way she cried adrenalinee ran through his body as he felt Coral get stronger. Acting on instinct he reached behind him as he transformed his hands becoming claws and his teeth growing sharper while he stood and quickly walked back with her his clawed hands digging into the skin of her arms while he tried to get them both out of the water and throw her onto the sand.

she screamed and crumpled onto the ground in fear and shock as sand got into her new wounds and she tried to catch herself just to not be able to support herself during to the injuries and face planted into the ground and skidding across it from the force
He hated scaring her. He hated seeing either of them scared. Having to cut Coral’s skin as he gripped her arms and threw her only made things worse as he quickly followed after Coral worried that if he let her back into the water again she would hurt him so he climbed on top of her. Not wanting to cut her with his claws he kept his hands off of her simply setting a bit of his weight over her before he closed his eyes to get his emotions in check.
“Please just take a deep breathe. I never meant to upset you and I never meant to hurt you. I’m sorry.” He told her softly before letting fingers run through her hair to try to soothe her and himself. With how close the full moon was he was worried about regulating himself enough without her trying to fight him. “I’m sorry Coral. You should know when I called you a brat I just meant it in a teasing way. How do you feel?” He asked her worriedly.

he made the smart move, only issue was this wasn’t the first time she was double force transformed and left stranded in a tail without water. He eyes darted around everywhere looking for an escape as she squirmed not again- no- let me- go!
I barely know you! You can’t- her face was so read. She didn’t deal her her feelings well and it often resulted in violence. She was just upset she was called a brat by someone she wasn’t comfortable with yet. She was embarrassed@All time Jack
He didn't want her scared, trying to comfort her he let his grip on her wrists become gentler as he frowned and glanced at her arms in worry. "I'm sorry I don't want to hurt you. I would never want to hurt you. I wouldn't want to hurt anyone." He told her before he gently gripped her hips and helped her to sit up before he wrapped his arms around her and pulled her in close in a gentle hug.
"I'll give you some space now. I'm going to go check on Pearl, if you need anything please just call for me." He told her before he kissed her temple and then let go off her and stood walking over towards the water in search of Pearl.
Sure that she was startled with how back into the water Pearl was he decided to give her some room and instead of following her into the water he sat down in the shallow end of the water and looked over to her. "I'm sorry we scared you Pearl. We're done fighting now I'm sure."

He wasn't really expecting them to really he aware of werewolves but he should have guessed it. They were clearly much better travelled then he was. He only hoped that he could help them calm down.
He hated how he scared them both. He hated how Coral had tried to crawl away from him and the fact that she was squirming even though he knew it was his fault. He hater how he was weak enough to break his own vow.
Coral's words almost made him jump before he smiled at Pearl in an attempt to help her relax. "My claws are away. I promise I would never want to harm either of you." He told them both softly before he raised his hands slowly and showed them both his palms showing that his fingers didn't have claws before he looked over to Coral. "I can put you back in the water if you want. I'm sorry I just acted on instinct. But I promise I won't come any closer to you unless you ask me to."

It was clear to him that she was upset. He looked over at Coral a look of confusion on his face and part of him wanted to just go over to her and hug her, but he promised her that he wouldn't move any closer to her for a reason.
Still he was confused. "Vampire I thought you were a mermaid." He voiced his confusion as he looked back at Coral. "I didn't even know vampires were real. I even had no idea that vampires were real until I got bit last year." He admitted to them before he looked over at Pearl watching as she slowly came closer.
"I promise I'm not upset at either of you. I understand why your terrified. It took me a long time to not be terrified of the person who bit me." He told her softly as sat calmly in the water deep enough for it to reach his waist before he held his hands out for Pearl to take offering them to her.

I get it.. she swam up to him but just stayed next to him, about a foot and a half away but when you are the things that people aren’t sure exist, you don’t get treated like people anymore… she frowned can we just take it easy? Maybe start over?

"I would like a fresh start. I'm Richard. I'm a werewolf that was turned a year ago that enjoys chasing thrills. Recently I was saved by a very kind and pretty mermaid." He told her softly before he looked over at Coral smiling at her a little as he saw that she had human legs again. Or vampire legs he guessed.
"I'm really sorry about making you bleed Coral. I just acted on instinct when I realised how series it was because of how scared Pearl looked. Can you trust me enough to come here? I'll help take care of your arms." He told her softly before he slowly pulled off his shirt revealing a his scared back and neck.

When he noticed her blush he smiled at her soft and watched her chuckle as he enjoyed how flustered she got.
He then looked over at Coral when he heard her swear not realising that both of them were upset about his scared back.
"Okay you can take care of yourself. Can I help you anyway because I want to? I don't like seeing you hurt." He asked her softly before he slowly stood up but still he didn't walk over to her. Not unless she gave him permission.

"You can take the shirt and stop the bleeding yourself then." He told her before he carefully threw the shirt off at her aiming for around her chest before he turned to Pearl and tried to gently hug her as she hid behind him.

Raising his hand he gently tried to run his fingers through the mermaids hair while putting his hand on the top of her head unless she tried to stop him.
"I'm just glad that she's patching herself up now. I wouldn't want you to tell me anyway. She can if she wants to but I want to hear from you is things about you. Like to start off do you feel hungry?"
I- she watched his yet was still somehow surprised every time it landed on her, she was always told people would try to hurt her, not flirt with her, she wasn’t prepared yes I am I was going to try and hunt some fish but you asked me not to go…
she had tuned them out to wrap herself up, wincing a few times but genuinely knowing how to take care of herself, even though pride often got in the way

He smiled back at Pearl happily, not fully realising that he was flirting but he couldn't deny that he was interested in both of the two women even if Coral did try to hurt him he did still want to get to know her more.
His sensitive ears picked up the sounds of Coral's wincing and he would steal glances at her every time. But he took Pearl's advice about giving her space.
"I'm guessing your hungry if you were planning to hunt fish." He told her softly before he tried to gently hold her hand. "I was speaking to Coral about it before you started choking. How about I catch us some fish and you can tell me which ones are good to catch." He suggested to her.

she nodded that sounds nice actually… and yes I was very hungry she frowned but I only eat invasive species and non native ones otherwise the wild life get a little mad…
He smiled back at Pearl as he listened to her before he nodded "that's part of what me and Coral were speaking about her. "Can you pick out which of the fish are invasive and none native and I'll catch them for us." He told her before he slowly stood up his fingers brushing against her hair while he stretched.
"Im going to go look for a long stick that I can use as a spear. Or if you want you can catch the fish ahd I can cook it. I can even keep any eye out for fruit on the island."
With that he looked over at Coral and smiled at her soflty still not taking any steps to get closer to her. "Would you like to help? Maybe in the water or on the island."

"So you catch it I'll cook it. We can meet up here once we're done." He told her before he stepped away from her heading towards where Coral was "We'll see you soon." He promised her.
Once he got within a foot away from Coral he stopped walking over to her a small smile on his face as he saw that she was looking for fruit or at least that was his guess. "Could I join you on your walk?"

He had grinned as he saw blush again part of him wanted to tease her more but she was gone before he could and so he happily went over to Coral.
"Thank you." He said to her soflty watching as she approached the tree and then started to climb it. "Does this mean that you like coconuts?" He asked her softly before he stretched and let his fingers gently brush against Coral's sides being ready to catch her if she fell. "We're going to need kindling and wood to cook the fish. So how about I collect the wood and you collect the food. I would like to cook for you too."

I like the milk, it’s a good blood substitute, not perfect but good, and you can use the outer husks of coconuts for a Fire they’re fiberous enough for kindling but sure make the vampire get human food to be fair, she still did like to eat food, she liked the flavor.
"So do you like milk or is it just coconut milk?" He asked her curiously before he smiled almost feeling like she was pouting with that last remark. "You said yourself that you like coconuts but how about to thank you for getting them I'll give you some of my blood. I promise I don't mind a little biting as long as your gentle." He offered her with a playful wink.
Just coconut milk it’s more refreshing, I hate how opaque cows milk is it’s - bleh she scrunched her nose I would love to take a little bit when you aren’t bleeding already though she didn’t feel bad about attacking him earlier but she knew not to take too much or he would be out of commission@All time Jack
"We'll pick a lot of coconuts then. Maybe Pearl will like them too." He told her soflty as he started to pick up firewood. "Maybe pick up any fruits you find not just coconuts." For now she selfishly grabbed coconuts until she saw a banana stalk and tried to ignore it but there was a nagging voice in her head telling her to pick some sure sure! she called out trying to ignore them just to run into a mango tree@All time Jack
"Oh mangoes." He said to her excitedly once he saw them. "If they're ripe grab some please. I'll even give you extra blood as thanks." He told her soflty not noticing that she skipped over the bananas as he grabbed wood for burning hoping that Pearl wasn't having much difficulty.
Ugh fine! she huffed and actually started being helpful for once. She didn’t exactly want to be. She rather pearl starve but she was trying to get the man’s attention and this seemed to be the only way
"Thank you beautiful." He told her soflty as she agreed to help. "Do you mind if I ask why you reacted so strongly when I called you a brat? I promise not to do it again if it upsets you " He told her softly as he carried firewood. He wanted to call her a brat again of course but he didn't want to upset her. "Also I think that I've grabbed enough wood if you've grabbed enough food."

He spoke before he wrapped his arms around Pearl's hips and excitedly picked her up, he twirled her in his arms slightly before he leaned forward and let his lips press against hers in a gentle peck.

I said don’t call me th- I- she was about to get jealous when she saw pearls fins disappear, she was left in absolute shock at the sight. What a fucking little mermaid moment- her jaw dropped and even she had no words
He smiled back at Pearl when she thanked him but when he saw how strongly she reacted to him kissing her he couldn't help but grin wider as he saw how cutely she flustered.
He glanced over at Coral and smiled at her as he heard her complaint before he froze as he felt her tail shift and change. It was her shift however that brought him out of his surprise as be had to move his hand in order to hook his hand under her knees to help support her.
"Did you two not know this would happen? I would have kissed you sooner if I knew?" He asked whispering the latter into Pearl's ear before he carried her over to Coral. "Now can I use this as an excuse to kiss you too? Maybe something will happen." He said to Coral playfully still cradling Pearl against his chest.

His smile didn't fade as he listened to her instead his look only grew more tender as he saw the way that her eyes welled up with tears. "I honestly had no idea this would happen but every time you want to come out of the water to visit I will be more then happy to kiss you and be your guide." He whispered to her before he kissed her temple and then carried her over to Coral. "I'm kissing you next." He told Coral with a playful edge to his words.
